Hi there, first off I would love to start off saying my family has been coming here for many years!! We always have loved it. First day we checked in camp was very busy!! Waited over a half hour to check in. Once up at the desk I learned that none of the three reservations I made were any where close to being near each other. It was suppose to be a group reservation. The rv I stayed in had a terrible odor the whole time I was there. I called and they came with air freshener but that never really helped. The bathroom when we first got there too was horrible smelling but the lady did help with that. Besides that stuff we had an amazing time and loved the location and Amenities

We had a pleasant stay for the most part. So much to do and the kids had a great time. Not sure what's going on with the reservations. Myself and my sister had problems with our reservations. Someone checking me out on my last night, which I did not. And someone downgrading my sisters campsite without her knowledge.

We had a lovely time at KOA campground! The ropes course was some of the most fun I’d had in a long time! My family enjoyed all the events and activities for the children! It was our first annual family camping trip!

Second year in a row for us here. We were so thankful that they had a dog friendly rental available for us! The camp is extremely clean and well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We recommended a stay here to a friend this year and they were also very satisfied. There are enough activities to keep us busy for a week and the weekly themed activities were so fun too!

Had a blast, kids loved it. However prices are a bit steep since KOA took over. 900 dollars for a 4 night stay in a cabin, and that’s with the “rebook discount” . Crazy expensive

One of the best camping trips we've ever been on. Our cabin was immaculately clean and loved the location right at the start of river tubing. We kayaked on the river every day. The teens in the group loved the arcade, rope course, heated pool and water slide. We all loved playing mini golf and that also was one of the best kept mini golf courses we've seen at a campground. Kudos!

Worst trip ever, booked a trailer got there screen door was busted , septic was not empty(smelled) put $200.00 worth of food and meat in fridge, fridge wasn't even working lost all the food but the hamburger they moved us to another cabin with only a stove tried making hamburgers on stove set fire alarm off no vents. So we had to go off site to eat said they would refund have not received any

AC in cabin didn’t work. The whole porch of our cabin was cut off leaving gaps in the wall so it was full of bugs. We gave the benefit of the doubt after our June stay when I was told both pools were open which was not true. Honestly disappointed. Thought we rent a cabin one more time before the season ends but think we need a new place.

There was serious issues with the toliet tank in my RV rental that were not corrected until the last day. The ordor was unbearable. A couple of your maintaence folks were helpful resolving it however it was the end of the trip. I called the desk early on to indicate there was a problem and I was brushed off that it was normal to smell the odor. It was not a good trip.

Over all it was good. But 1 thing I need to say is you had a hour set for kids 6 and under to bounce and 10 plus to bounce. But no times for 7-9 which is where my grandson fell in.

Loved it. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Doing it again next year.

Need WiFi to all the sites (easy enough to fix) Could use professional mosquito spraying (bugs carrying diseases these days are very dangerous)

My only negative feed back is the dirty and moldy AC units in the RVS Site 359. Besides that great and safe place to take the family.

Friendly service and fun entertainment. Mostly clean and organized. Couldn’t give a score of 100 as some young workers were nodding off or clearly unhappy to be doing their jobs. Some discarded trash and clothing seen in the grounds stayed out the whole weekend and was never picked up. Some guest were loud and running engines at night. But this can happen anywhere. Overall a great camping weeken

We enjoyed our time at KOA, but found the check in process to be cumbersome and disorganized. The slide and other activities had posted hours but were not open due to short staffing. The carousel had posted hours but had no attendant. When we went to an arts and craft activity, no one was there, it was disappointing for the kids. The pools & river were very fun. The cabin we rented was nice.

We had a great time, stayed in a new deluxe cabin. Bummed the cafe could not serve hot food, because they needed new ovens. I wish that Info had been on website. The pool and water slide are awesome, cabin was clean, and quiet. Kids loved the high ropes course. The tubing on the river is the best! We will be back!. The staff were great, hard working.

Great campground for kids. I stayed in the northern cabins with my two kids and I loved that we were close to the jump pillow, playground, pond and pool. My kids (8 and 13) were able to play while I grilled our dinner and I could see them the whole time. Staff is great. Mariah in the office was wonderful and answered all my questions with a smile! We will be back next week too!

We booked a Glamping tent with out two boys back in March and were notified 3 days before we left that the tent was not available.The first night we were put in an RV which was fine aside from the ridiculously uncomfortable beds. We then had to check out of there at 11am and left to until the “managers rev” was available, we refused to stay in it because it was old dirty and smelled like smok

We had a great time. Kids had fun. One complaint I would think was that unfortunately one of your staff members working in the store wasn't very nice to my grandkids. I know that sometimes kids can be annoying but she was very unpleasant to them. She also tried to double charge my daughter when she got there. Her name is Jamie...she needs to work where she won't have to interact with people.

One particular office staff member was very unpleasant to my kids. My rental camper was leaking from under the sink and water was seeping throughout the camper, the AC was leaking, the sewer tank under the camper overflowed with fresh sewerage as we were eating dinner and had to be pumped out. The bathroom in the camper itself smelled horrendous.

We rented a riverfront RV.......it just so happens our riverfront unit was about 20-30 yds from river via poison ivy laced path.....hmmm.....not as good as expected.....plus the awning in our unit didn't work. But service and activities were good, and staff was very friendly.

2 nights in a cabin - full and bunks. All comfortable. Next time we'll look for one of the bigger cabins. Showers were a long walk for "warm" water. No WIFI might have been a bonus but not expected. We loved tubing down the river and using the water slide. Pools were nice and clean, too. The reservations only ropes course didn't work out time-wise. "Reservation" signs should be posted.

Some things to consider…more scheduled activities and entertainment like they had a few years ago, friendlier office staff, upgrade electrical in rental rv so power does not go out constantly, wireless internet throughout campground. For example, pirate week used to have pirate parade, daily gold rush, nightly entertainment, etc

The amenities were very good. We were disappointed in the rental RV we had for our stay as there was a strong odor from the restroom when we arrived. Staff came and addressed that evening though the odor did come back a day later.

We had a great week! We have stayed at the campground at least four times. We were very disappointed in the way the trailer was when we arrived. I really wasn’t planning on the need to clean everything when we arrived. The kitchen and bathroom were definitely not cleaned properly. With Covid-19, It should be spotless. The kitchen faucet leaked. We will be returning next year.

No management. The whole place is a free for all. Never addressed any problems we were having including safety issues. we booked way in advanced hoping to stay next to our family who also rented a trailer. We were on opposite sides of the grounds. Even our welcome packet was not ready. We camped at this campground for over 25 years before it became a KOA. Never Ever Again!!

One of the best KOAs. Was a very clean site with all the common rest rooms and show areas so clean. the highlight was the high ropes and their team. the slide and kids pool staff were so helpful too. The facility has a theater, 2 pools, hot tub, bouncy balloon river access (shallow river, you can get into and also has lazy river tubing, biking area and I can keep going. We had so much fun !

This was our first visit to Salmon Falls and we had a great time. We rented an RV on site. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the RV and I loved that linens and basic necessities such as hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper and soaps were provided.

A group of us have been camping here for years. We love it here. This year was a little disappointing as the kids were told many times some of the events were closed. The RV was always having septic issues. I understand it should have been treated daily, but was not. Backed up into shower and vanity sink. Toilet had issues as well. In 6 days maintenance was called 6 times. It left such an odor.

Great location. Water slide, pools, pillow jump, river, etc. there’s so much to do it’s awesome. However, the staff constantly displayed poor attitudes and were very rude at times. There were workers off duty threatening people to get the kicked out and what not. Bottom line, a lot of people abusing the yellow shirt

I stayed in a deluxe cabin on the river with my daughter and her family. We loved the pools, water slide, tubing on the river, splash pad and arcade. We also liked the daily activities such as the band and movies. We can’t wait for our next visit!

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
