We rented a deluxe cabin and it was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. My child had such a fun time in the pool, mini golfing and on the adventure course. My only issue was the entrance and exit to get the River was not safe or easy to get in and out of.

We Had a Good time the site we stay on 329 had a lot of roots from the trees we kept tripping on them at night because we couldn't see them.tHE Cabin had no outside lights. we still enjoyed are stay we even booked for next year.

Great facilitates, lots to do, very clean. Only recommendation is anti slip mats when you get out of showers.

Staff little stiff. People walking across our site. Bathhouse was not clean a few times and no place to place cloths when in shower.

We had another amazing stay! All the new upgrades were wonderful and the campground was super clean. Loved our cabin and all the activities. A special "shout out" to Allie at the Ropes Course. She was so patient with my 8-year old. She gave my daughter just the right amount of verbal support and instruction while letting my daughter advance at her own pace. She was absolutely super!

We have been coming for years but this was the first trip as a KOA. We like the improvements but are going for more. Like more comfortable or large bed in cabin. And better description online, we brought many things that were provided like soap, sponge utensils coffee pot etc. great job so far and we will be back next year for sure!

The amenities were great. Bathrooms nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had fun at the cornhole tournament. Some areas could have had better lighting, though.

The stay was fun. Lots to do. Have been going for the past 10 years. Stayed at the "Glamps" the past 3 years. One HUGE concern. One night our neighbors had an actual skunk in their glamp. The next night it walked through our site while we were all sitting around and went under our "Glamp". We reported upon check out but the worker said "nothing we can do"(really?) HUGE health and safety concern!

We really liked the tubing and water slide. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to bring our own tubes. The cost was very high for a campsite-almost the same as a cabin, and more than a lot of hotel rooms.We didn't find the staff to be very helpful or friendly.We probably wouldn't return because of the cost and the busyness of the campground and rudeness of other campers.

Hello! We loved the staff, your staff is amazing and cordial super clean KOA great amenities available. The only reason that we didnt list 10 out of 10 is safety. We stayed at the cabin #325 SAFETY issue structural integrity of the "railing detached-loose" and foundation of outdoor deck/porch "ground-post" not even touching the ground. Bug screen curtain was broken allowing mosquito's fly in cabin

The stay was good. aside from the camper not being level and the bathroom constantly smelling even after maintenance came out and "fixed" it. I made multiple calls to the office to have maintenance come out and address the issues, and it took many more calls before they sent some one out. They poured some chemicals down the toilet, and that was about it, never leveled the unit.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were helpful, the rental was good( maybe a better mattress) and there were so many activities too do. We will be staying again!

We weren’t able to visit last summer due to covid so we were super excited to visit this summer! We had a great time! There were so many upgrades to the campground. Great job!

We had a wonderful time this year, things went much better than last year. The staff was pleasant, bathrooms kept up with, so many activities for the kids, love all the camp amenities. My only complaint is that every night we had skunks come inside the safari tent with us. Thankfully nobody got sprayed, but it was very stressful for all of us. They would come in even if there was no food out.

We were disappointed that the booked safari glamping tents weren’t ready but we loved everything else. Staff is VERY responsive. We liked it so much we booked for October and are bringing more family. Well done. I also appreciated the bathroom rating stands. Very clean although strange not to have a shelf or bench for showers.

Loved the deluxe cabin and it’s location in the park. Some front Office staff could could use a personality boost. Witness staff member make rude comments to campers when they asked a question about how they would go about using the mini golf course.

The rec activities never started on time... the chocolate slip n' slide had no chocolate on it... and the fire dancing that was scheduled from 8-9 pm apparently started early, so we only saw 10 minutes. Very disorganized at best. We also had large tree stumps and roots throughout our picnic and firepit areas which made it very dangerous. We will be trying another location next year...

We stayed in a trailer. The trailer had an odor when we first arrived coming from the bathroom. We assumed it was from being "pumped out" from the guests before us and that the smell would go away. The odor stayed the entire weekend. The beds in the trailer are basically like sleeping on a box spring that would be under a mattress.

We loved it so much that we booked our trip for next year before we left! We stayed in the cabins on the frog pond and had the best time. It was right next to the 2nd pool, river entrance, and jumping pad so my 5 year old was in heaven. Great, comfortable, and clean little cabin. The pool with the slide was great too! We can't wait to revisit next year!

The bathroom door knob was broken at time of arrival. We had to notify maintenance twice. He finally showed up and took the knob off but never replaced it. Also the magnetic screen was taped with duck tape. That was useless.

We arrived the tv was broken and it never got fixed. We did not have a gas grill as they said we would have one previous to arriving. We checked in with our golf cart never was told it could not be gas and was told we could not use it and my mother had just had surgery on her knee. Overall it was okay however a few situations could have been handled differently.

This was our first time here at Lebanon KOA. We were pleased with our stay overall. We love the pools, river run, and miniature golf. We were disappointed that our deluxe cabin was not what we had reserved. We got a handicapped accessible unit that reduced the size of the overall living bc of the huge bathroom. We expected 2 bedrooms and got 1 and a hallway with a set of bunkbeds.

Some of the services weren’t available which was disappointing. I also went to the front office after dark and the walkway was not lit. I tripped on a very low curb that was not visible at night foul and injured my rotator cuff. I filed an incident report. I was also disappointed to see that there are only two activity cards and additional visits would be charged this is a new policy.

This was our 4th time staying at KOA Lebanon. We LOVE it so much. It's so tight knit and family oriented. Every employee I've ever come in contact with has always been so kind and always willing to help. I can't say enough great things about this place! WE LOVE IT AND WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!! Thank you KOA!!!!

Really superb site- Thoughtful in its facilities. The people are a very family friendly demographic. We really love your site. What is tough- getting through before and during stay. What is good- managers response to issues. What is in need of some attention- cleaning and inspection prior to checking in new guests. We had some significant structural & safety issues with one cabin . Still love site

The staff was friendly, pleasant and always helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The pool was green so we didn’t swim in it. There was a skunk and possum problem at the safari tents. They got inside the tents at night. The tents should be secured to platforms. (reminder store all food in your vehicle at night.) All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

We stayed in the RVs - overall the experience was fair at best. The camp sites are SO close together. Too much so for my liking. Staff was friendly but at times lazy and unhelpful. The beds in the RVs are atrocious! It felt like sleeping on a countertop. It’s also super expensive to stay there. For the price we paid I would have liked a more comfortable bed. We stayed in one of the RV's you can rent & we had a great time! The staff was prompt when asked for assistance & always nice. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit in 2022!

They need to get staff in there that knows how to communicate appropriately with people. Also a brand new system because it's clearly not right as it overcharges people and then the staff comes looking for you. Maybe an appropriate way to deal with it would of been sorry we think there's an error on our end instead of blaming me that would be better

The check in process is long. My cabin was unlocked when I arrived. When my nephew he checked in, I noticed he had dish towels in the cabin and I did not. It would be nice to have a checklist of items that are suppose to be at the cabin so you are not charged if items not received. There was a confusion with my golf cart rental and it got repossed from me twice.

We had the best time, there were a few things that could be improved- warning safari tents that we will get skunks inside every night even if there is no food, adding WiFi in our area. Photos showed safes on mini fridge and there were no safes, add rubber mats to changing rooms so you’re not in muddy puddles trying to change- a safer way into the river - all minor issues had the best time

First time ever. The customer service was horrific I am in the customer service industry so this does not come easily for me to write. We went to play pool In the arcade. Missing balls and stick. Then we went to play miniature golf and there were no golf balls. When I addressed the issue Pam said “ well if you don’t like it you can go camp somewhere else”. I was stunned. Horrible

Our trailer smelled like toilet/sewage. We asked every day and everyone was dismissive of my husband and I. Upon packing up the car as we were driving home we could smell the toilet/sewage smell was in all our belongings. Staff not always helpful, one in particular yelled at my daughter and her friend a couple times; they weren’t doing anything wrong but he felt yelling was necessary.

We loved every min!!! Stayed in cabin 260. We had kids like in lower 20s next door was absolutely amazing seemed to be considerate that we had a 4 yr old with us. Definitely be back next yr. !!!!!!

Our stay was terrible. Our rental RV had many problems. The stove broken, the propane tank was mishandled & it took staff a long time to get it lit. The worst problem was with the toilet. The seal was broken, the bowl couldn't hold water so gasses from the tank were emitted into the unit constantly. I rated favorably because they refunded the stay. We could try again the facility upgrades are nice

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
