Site had a lot of small trash, cigarette butts all over, and old dog poop...the turn handle for the water was broken ..i informed a staff member who said would be back to fix it ...never came back and it stayed broken all weekend. On top of all that the site was a dust bowl everything was completely covered with dirt and sand by the end of stay and the river had a rotten trash smell. $100 per nigh

I understand this year was a crazy year with Covid and all, and I’m sure you did the best you could with all the restrictions. The campsite my family and I were put on this past weekend was horrible, and probably shouldn’t have even been a site! Paying $100 a night I feel like the site was unacceptable. Not level, campers all cramped in 1 area and pretty much on top of a seasonal site!

well our site was all dirt, with septic tubes and water line all out in the open. our site W60 was not cleaned prior to us checking in as there was dirt everywhere. one pool was closed do to a liner issue but an email was sent saying it was due to covid. our section was very loud at night with no one from the KOA making rounds to tell them to quiet down.

staff member taking pool reservations was extremely rude to us and I did tell someone in the office the next day but I felt like I was just brushed off. Also the pool was filthy. I would love to have someone send me an email address because I intend to send a detailed email and hope it gets to the correct person.

Our campsite was fine except for our cable. That didn't work. I wish we were told that some of the amenities weren't available BEFORE we booked. I was told that one of the pools wasn't open but the lady doing the reservation was new and didn't know which one was out of commission. The hot tub was not working, the fishing pond was almost dried up and the river was so low we couldn't tube it.

We had a great time here, due to COVID we could not enjoy the pool as the lines were too long to sign up. We liked our site and the staff was friendly and nice. Lots and lots of golf carts driving around, and I felt the campgrounds were walkable, not sure why everyone needed a gold cart. The river was nice and it appeared clean. For a Holiday weekend it was quiet during the quiet hours.

We were disappointed that only one of the pools were open and we had to sign up each day for the pool/water slide due to the 50 person limit. Out of the 3 days we were there, we only got to enjoy the pool/waterslide one day for an hour and a half. I ended up standing in line for almost an hour just to sign up. We drove over 2 1/2 hours to get to camp, which is further than we normally travel.

The pool maintenance could have been better. Lots of grass and bugs in the water ! Extra skimming could of helped. One day there was a lot of rough housing and pushing in the pool area. The pool attendants were to busy ogling one another rather than taking care of the situation. Was not relaxing. Otherwise, our stay was fun! the kids enjoyed the ropes course, jumping pillow and mini golf! So fun!

Lack of supervision for kids was terrible. No one i at jump pillow. Kids running into each other on slide because person at top kept telling them to go before other person was off slide. I will say that Kathy and Ryan working at the pool were fantastic. Activity director (I think Heather was her name but not sure), was very rube and should not be in that line of work, dealing with paying guests.

We stayed at campsite E5, it was a nice big site. Carolyn at check in was very nice and informative. The only thing that wasn’t good was 4 guys on a rental golf cart number 40 kept going by very fast. We reported it and they did slow down. Enjoyed our stay.

Worst experience. We left the morning after we arrived. It was dirty, people unhelpful and pool was impossible to get time for.

We had a wonderful time ! The staff is super. The amenities are outstanding! We are hoping to become seasonal campers there!

This was the 8th year at the campground and there were many positive improvements this year. The ropes coarse and miniature golf were great. Sadly the staff wasn't overly friendly. My only real complaint was that after 8 years the waterslide pool has never really been clean, the water has always been cloudy and dirty. Either the chems are off or the filter is too small for the size of the pool.

Lebanon KOA did a great job accommodating guests while following Covid protocols and guidelines. Next year I hope to get there sooner when the river is flowing and tubing fun can be had!

My children (14 and 9) and I had a nice time. We were able to use all the facilities that we wanted to use ie. ropes corse, pool and water slide, mini golf and arcade. All the facilities were clean and sanitized on a regular basis. Our site was the perfect size for our camper and was also on the river so my so could fish. Everything worked out great. The staff was wonderful, helpful and smiling.

I called regularly to see what would be open and I was told that the pools, ropes course and mini golf would be open. I changed the our arrival date but when we arrived they had not corrected it on their end. I realize it was opening weekend with COVID but multiple people were told multiple different answers. They were lying and telling everyone something different. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

It was rainy most of the weekend but the staff was very friendly and welcoming! We ended up needing a couple extra supplies and the store had everything we needed! We wish we could have tried the ropes course but we will definitely be back soon!

It was different this year because of Covid - we usually have our grandkids come to camp with us. They couldn't - We understand this years issues. It was quiet - nice site

Was there for a week. Did not like the pool sign up daily. Not fare the weekend people got most of the pool time. We were 4 seniors 1 handicap. Should be first come first serve. Was not told when making my reservation about the golf carts and how to reserve. Only got one on the day it rained due to cancellation. On a good note. Loved all the positive changes.

In general I felt the rules were reasonable and easy to accommodate for COVID. We have always loved to stay at the Koa. We had an amazing man help our children named Randy at the ropes course. He is by far the best employee I have ever had interaction with at any campsite I have ever stayed at. He deserves a raise! Other than that I felt the other employees acted bothered and lacked enthusiasm.

Everyone was so friendly. Due to the covid virus they had to schedule many of the activities. They did such an amazing job making sure everyone had their turn to enjoy all the amenities they have. Very clean. The kids had something to do all the time and had a blast. Definitely going back.

The location of the arcade and welcome center was disappointing. The signage in the P area is confusing. Your staff agreed. The Band Saturday was outstanding. First band ever at the Campground. Tell your staff it is OK to smile and say hello. Some did. We will come back and hopefully on site N61, our old seasonal site. We had a good time. Should be better after COVID. Stay SAFE!

Campground was over capacity, considering that people are supposed to social distance and have fewer people use pool and other amenities. Lack of masks, distancing. Pool was absolutely disgusting. Was not properly cleaned in between time slots. So many things closed for so many people at campground. Area across the street had pond of water that looked like sewer. Needs work all around!

Sites on top of each other, not clean, fireworks going off on campground, dogs not leashed, no directions on in/out, no one escorted to site, no wood delivery, no ice delivery, overly dusty, loud sites and confusing traffic flow.

We Had a great time even with the Covid restrictions! We enjoyed swimming in the pool, the kids loved the water slide, and we spent a lot of time tubing down the river. Our “COVID Clan vacation 2020” was a great success and we will be back next summer!

Campground is a dust bowl, with sites right on top of each other. Paid for a premium site, but our neighbor's sewer hose was right next to our breakfast table. This is a rowdy drinking place complete with amateur fireworks. Returned from dinner to find 4 vehicles on our site, had to track down the owners to park our own car. 100 people at band concert with no social distancing. Never coming back.

I am trying to be patient ; but, it tough when things don't seem to be improving. I was out on a site that is not on you map, then told I would have to find it, after a look of disbelief I was offered to have someone help me find the site. The site wouldn't fit my rif without damage. Given another site, cable inop, no full hook up, wifi poor, amenities broken, still charged a resort fee though.

Very disappointing. In fairness, COVID was the biggest culprit. We were so looking forward to this trip but cut it short. With all the activities around, our kids we’re unable to do any of them because all the time slots were filled. We called about visitors but were not told the 6 per site included any visitors so my niece and her son couldn’t join us for the day.

The new amenities are great but they don’t have the staff to keep them open for use so we are paying full price for amenities that we can’t even use. The arcade had a bunch of games that were down and hardly any prizes for tickets. The one pool that was open was very dirty and not heated like in the past. The grounds are very run down and need some maintenance TLC.

6 adults, ages23 -61...we all had a ball! Thank you SO much fun, Floating, dancing! The band Was great!!! Staff were all awesome!!! We hope to return next year to stay longer. Same spots would be great!!!!

Understandably things were different because of Covid, but one pool was closed, my kids waited at the jump pad almost all day during the posted hours of operation and no one came back to open it. So much Marijuana smoking in the majority of the campground was a complete turn off and not family friendly. Lots of public intoxication, not to mention hearing about an altercation that took place Friday

During this Covid 19 time my wife and I were a little surprised that their were so many kids in the playground at the same time not wearing masks. Not social distancing, of course, as they were all playing together and interacting with each other. The stay itself was pleasant. We were RV-ing for the first time. I wasn’t sure what the LOUD bangs (like canon fire) were on Saturday evening.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
