KOA needs to revisit there reservations plan. If you book through the web site or direct you have to pay a fee to have the same site you have this year for next year. This is part of family �� tradition. Now we pay more for the same site just so they will not change my site. This is is the first campground that has charged me this fee.

Had a wonderful time, campground is well maintained, staff is friendly. The only thing we would like to see is a doggy daycare at the campground so we could leave our dog and not have to worry about him. We have to take turns doing things because of the pet restrictions

There were 15 of us. We booked sites that have the pull through slabs. They each had a swing on it and a fabulous fire pit! The schedule of events was constant and we had 10 kids which made it so exciting for the kids. The Halloween event was awesome! So many people joined in the costume contest and the kids got tons of candy. The water slide and the pillow jump the kids loved!!

We had a bumpy start with the electrical for site 2 not working well. But Jaime in the front office was AMAZING!!!! She got us all situated and taken care of. We loved the campsite we loved the amenities it was just thr weekend stay we needed with family and friends. We booked again for Columbus Day weekend! So excited!!!

Wonderful facilities and friendly staff! Something for everyone at this campground. Highly recommend the high/low ropes course-great, professional staff to encourage you through the course and keep the spirits up of the kids that don’t make it through and let them switch to low ropes. We love to come back to this one!

There have been lots of positive changes and updates to the campground the last few years. They offer varied sites, from rustic to glamping. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the facilities are cleaned regularly. There are many fun things to do here, as well. We loved the waterslide, ropes course, mini golf, bounce pad, pools, new playground, movie night, and tubing on the lazy river.

I've been staying at this campground for almost 30 years. Some very nice upgrades the last few years, thanks. The janitorial responsibilities are so so, on multiple occasions during our stay there were not one but two bathhouses closed or toilets broken, clogged, and generally dirty. Had to walk to the other side of the campground to find one open. The guest services is so so, generally friendly.

I was in site 307. It should be leveled with crushed stone or whatever you use. I asked repeatedly to have branches cut for a friend that was coming in with a class A. Wednesday through Tuesday. They were never cut Other than that, I will be back. We’ll keep an eye out for the Winter registration special.

We booked site 306 very disappointed branches hanging backed in asked if they would trim some branches not possible. I forgot to ask about discount KOA member n said it was too late we had already paid n it was raining n water just poured on either side of rig n car bad spot never go on site 306 ���

we were really turned off when 3 homeless addicts camped next to us...not that they were homeless but the fact that they were passed out and nodding off on the picnic table and ground....it was scary for me and my children....I was shocked that they were there for a day and a half before being kicked out...other than that it's a fun place with lots to do

Camping with grandson (10 yr old). Mini golf, tubing down river, pool, water slides, rope course… All of the equipment was very well maintained. The game room was a little outdated, but we go camping to enjoy the outdoor activities. Very friendly staff & we were very impressed in how clean the bathrooms were kept at any given time throughout the day. We can’t wait to book our next visit!

We used to camp here as kids way back when it was King and Queens Court… we loved it then and loved it now! The upgrades are wonderful and there is so much to do for the kids! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Been camping at this location for over 12 years. I was very disappointed that they got rid of the adult swim/hot tub hour from 9pm-10pm and now choose to close the pool at dusk. Seeing as my children are now older this was a feature that I have looked forward to for years. This should be brought back asap.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Just understaffed for events asevery business in Maine. The River tubing really doesn't meet expectations of your advertising

Overall good experience - some of the sites need to be improved and the sewer connections are just in the wrong location.

This is such a fun campground. We stayed for 3 nights and there was so much to do we never had to leave the campground.

Overall the place has lots to offer! Our experience was not on the level I would expect from KOA after staying at the Strafford and Twin Mountain ones. A group of homeless people walked through the woods on friday and stayed on site 151 at the picnic table rolling cigarettes until 530am the next morning when they set up a tent and began using drugs in it. Hopefully KOA contacts me for more info

Always great this time however due to the bathroom issue we had to smell when they were trying to pump it being across from bathhouse. We travels to other one. Also Pools were very dirty. EVERYTHING else was great.

I grew up at the campground when it was kings and Queens . i’m so happy they kept it pretty similar to the original campground. The staff is great and i would recommend this place to everyone. So much fun!

Tent sites are not very private and close together. Camper sites on the left side of road are much more spacious. Lots of activities but the pools looked a bit cloudy/dirty. Not sure if it was because they needed to be cleaned or the color of the pool walls itself. The store staff and ropes course workers were super friendly and helpful.

The groundskeepers were so kind and helpful when we had an issue! Most of the front office staff were very kind and helpful. The mosquitos were horrendous, but that’s unavoidable. I really REALLY wish the River would be cleaned out a bit. There were several tires, old tshirts hanging from branches, a bit of garbage… I know it flows down River but the big stuff can be taken out. Gross.

Overall we had a nice stay. The camp is very clean and a lot to do. Liked was lazy River, renting golf cart, mini golf and pools. It looks like improvements are still being made so might try again. 1. We were put next to main road. Need to put a sound barrier up. We could not sleep with all the traffic. 2. Should be able to pick own spot. Far apart from family. 3. Mosquito control needed!

Great stay. Only issue is the arcade is a rip off. The ticket prizes are ridiculous and the amount of tickets you need for the prizes is is more ridiculous. Waste of the parent's money that they give their children. Waterslide was great, ropes and mini golf were also fun.

Great camping sites! Bathrooms were super clean and the ropes course was great! Some of the planned activities could’ve been better planned (friendship bracelet string was in terrible condition- couldn’t even bead the string without it fraying!). The arcade was the hit for my group, the lack of prizes & the amount of tickets needed for the prizes was a bit ridiculous.

Great upgrades since the last year. The splash pad was a nice addition. Our site (339) had a lot of bittersweet overgrowth which lead to a lot of bees and moisture which didn't help the mosquitos situation. I still would love to be able to select our site upon registration. Also, it would be helpful if the showers had shelving to put your soap and shampoo on.

We stayed one night. This was to be a back in but found it to be a pull in to line up with utilities. Site was very unlevel. We were grateful it looked out to an activity field instead of another neighbor.

Very impressed with the new splash pad for kids. Loved the new bench swing in camp site. Sites were large and cement pads were nice.

Great fun for families and kids! Our group enjoyed the ropes course, mini golf, animal show, and of course the great pools and water slide. The adults enjoyed the live music and cornhole tourney. We have already booked another trip!

Many issues with lack of staffing in order to open the slide/ropes course. Made a reservation for the ropes course, it was cancelled, rescheduled and when we arrived they double booked so we had to cancel a second time. Receipt for the stay I received at the time of the reservation was different then when I checked in and thus had to pay more money.

The campground has plenty of stuff to do. We have kids that range from 3 to 13 and they all had a blast. It seemed the campground is understaffed in some departments. This is common everywhere though. We will be back next year for sure!

We were put on a site that wasn’t ready - had to call Office to clean up before set up. Then when tried to dump our tanks their sewer tank was plugged so we couldn’t use on our site. The rope course that is never open. ( weather or short on help) mini golf didn’t have different color balls (weird)

The young girls at the check in area are very rude. I commented she should smile and explain the info a little better than just tell me sign here. She then turned very rude. No name tag to tell you her name. Fortunately we had some other great experiences with employees. Some areas need cleaning and upkeep. I think you should have someone to surmised the lower pool and bounce pad kids get too ro

Pretty nice place. Staff was friendly, but it was apparent that a lot of upgrades and changes were under way. Front desk staff probably need to get a little more organized to handle the customers. Maybe a place a where a line can form for reservations and 2 register lines instead of 1 for folks purchasing ice cream and other goods.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
