We enjoyed the new deluxe patio sites and had fun going down the river. Dog area would have been better if other people cleaned up after their pets and they had supplies right there. They were still making improvements at the campground that will make it look better

Communication amongst the staff was inconsistent. Upon arrival we did not receive a "pass" for mini golf. Upon attempting to play mini golf, we were told we needed a pass. We ended up receiving an "I owe you" on a sticky note for 4 passes to play mini golf again. The family that we were camping with got an "I owe you" for 10 passes. Always a good time! Despite the rain and sewerage issues. One thing that we would like to point out, you need to do something about the "SPEED"limit at which NO ONE adhers to. There are little people on their way to the pool!! SLOW DOWN! Driving is a privilege not a right.

Third year staying here. The improvements made each year are great but the water slide pool continues to be dirty and in need of updating. The recreation activities continue to need better preparation/ facilitation. Price keeps going up and daily resort fee for things like river shuttle which doesn’t actually occur is disappointing. Same amount of passes regardless of stay duration makes no sens

It was a great KOA campground. The river run was really cool. Water slide, ropes course all great. Our only suggestion is to try and enforce some sort of speed limit. We could not believe how fast vehicles and golf carts were going. Even the staff maintenance golf carts just went full speed with little regard to any rule or regulation. Would we stay again - absolutely.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a premium site that had plenty of space and shade. My only complaint is the golf carts……everywhere! The campground is strictly 5mph for vehicles, but the golf carts are flying thru the campground at top speed. Some of the campground is under construction, which is always a good sign that the owners are taking care of it and updating when necessary.Very clean campgro

The pool had a lot of debris and did not seem to be cleaned daily. Not happy with age restriction on the hot tub. There was no bench to sit on when prepping to take a shower. The prizes the kids earn with tickets at the arcade were very cheesy, very expensive, and the selection was very slim. My son was really disappointed for what he got for over 500 tickets compared to last year.

Washed-out 1st night. Adventure land had nothing saying you needed sneakers so kids couldn't do it. We had a site close to Road that people where going way to fast all hours of the night. And you guys definitely raised your rates and would have stayed another night if it wasn't almost $100 for a site on the main road

Overall it was OK- loved the pool! Site was hard to get into the right way to hook up to the sewer it took us trying 3 different ways and an hour and a half. It was a narrow road, tight turn and not level. But, once we got into it, it was nice and shaded. The checkin staff was great. Many of the support staff were unprofessional, and activities unorganized. Quiet hours were not enforced.

Our site was not level. we couldn't use our bathroom door on our camper because it was two feet off the ground. Also the sewer pipe was not high enough which created a little mess when disconnecting. Recommend leveling your sites!

My site was low and a high water table. This was my 2nd stay both sites had heavy foot traffic of kids and adults. People cut thru my site ALL hours of the day, basketballs bouncing into my RV, kids running into and knocking over my grill and grilling table. My site had no concrete pad (like every other site) my site was on muddy soil, I was VERY concerned about sinking and getting stuck.

The place is great. Their is activities for everyone. The only drawback was there was no one to take you to your site and communication was a little lacking. Like having to make an appointment for the rope course and even when there wasn't anyone there the staff would not take anyone.

Great stay! The staff was super nice. The staff checking in/store. Housekeeping and the maintenance staff were great. Continue to invest in the place. It has come a long way since we were last there.

Poor WiFi coverage through out the campground. There is plenty to do for young families. The staff was friendly and helpful, but we decided to cut our stay after one day.

This was a hard one for me to rate. If you have kids this is an amazing place to go. Loads of activities,etc. For us, who have no kids, we found the sites small for the price we paid as well as somewhat difficult to get into. It was also extremely difficult to get into the one and only sewer clean out on our side of the park. Not a terrible place at all but we've stayed at better for less.

Enjoyed our stay at site 416. Nice being close to Salmon Falls River . Many many different accommodations available at this KOA. Would recommend to family's.

Had a great time at Lebanon KOA, however I was extremely disappointed in rebooking. After coming for several years now, always being able to reserve our cabin again for the following year, we were told that we were unable to rebook our cabin for our annual trip the next year because it had been booked by another party. When we expressed our displeasure, we were told there was nothing we could do.

Over all, very nice campground, but pricey. Nice amenities, especially the water slide. A bit too expensive on the firewood. It's not right to take advantage of a state mandate against bringing one's own firewood to then monopolize & price gouge on KOA firewood.

We usually love it but...the pool was green. Activities were not set up and employees didn't even know about them so they quickly threw something together. Golf cart rentals are more expensive than the camp site?! We did enjoy the additions: mini aerial course, splash pad, playground.

We had a very lovely stay! The weather great and the activities were also. My kids loved the slide, ropes course, mini golf, and the movies at night in the theater having breakfast with Santa Sunday morning was an amazing experience also! Santa Randy was fabulous! It was very clean and staff were great! We can’t wait to go back next year! �

I do not recommend the Lebanon KOA Holiday on Salmon Falls River Holiday to anyone. Multiple people were put into spots that were too small, and you couldn’t pick your own spot. We also went with other people and asked to be next to each other; they did put us on consecutive numbers, that were across the road from each other. They had plenty of rules, none of which were actually enforced. Our

1st disappointed stay. I asked at check in about reservations & was told we did not need them. We attempted the ropes course & for a party of 9, 2 went. They then let 2 more kids go leaving 1 out. The boy working it then told my 7yr old that's life & sometimes you don't get to do everything & someone gets left out. He was very rude, let me teach my child life lessons.

The bathrooms were spotless, our site was near them so I could see how often they were cared for. This is a very busy, huge campground. There were a lot of multiple family sites, which looked like everyone was having a blast. There were a ton of activities throughout the day for kids and adults. It is not a grassy campground, so be prepared with outdoor rugs, if that is what you prefer.

We got site 113 to start with. I have a 38’ travel trailer and this site was way to small and just a mess of roots. Septic water and power were poorly located. After a couple days I asked the front office to move. They were super helpful and happy to help. We paid a small upgrade fee for a patio site and it was great. The recreation staff was great! Lots of work being done, it looks great.

This was our first time at this KOA. We were very surprised in how things were being managed over the actual campground itself. During check in, 4 people stood behind chatting while one woman checked everyone in. The site we were assigned had a flooded firepit. We asked for it to be filled up n and were told no. The main road is not safe for speed and the waterslide had kids not following the rule

This was our second time staying and my kids LOVE it there. There is so much for them to do and the water slide and river are huge benefits! We cant wait to visit again next summer!!!

Campground Staff super friendly at campsites. Some staff confused by pool rules. Reservation system needs a fix to accommodate people on site and not hold for campers that cancel. We were denied a site because it was not available yet no one stayed there during our stay and another camper flooded in 1ft of water and not allowed to move although clearly open sites available.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
