Moved our site without telling us. Didn’t even put us in a comparable spot. Charged me $276 more than the bill said. They did refund it after I noticed the error. They never would have caught it. I booked a year in advance so I’m glad I looked it up… all kids got ear infections from the pool plus they watched them fish a dead rat out of the filter and not clean the pool, pool was a slight ye

Our campsite was dirty upon arrival, scraps of paper, partially opened medicine/ lozingers, etc. There is a need for a shelf in both the shower and shower vestibule on which to place soap, shampoo, eyeglasses etc. Bob, whom escorted us to the site was very friendly- best aspect of our visit

Ower 3rd year was wonderful. Enjoy every moment with the family and the amenities. I'm a little upset about the parking price for the $10 a DAY for an extra car. That's a little to much, don't you think? Especially when you don't offer a rebooking fee anymore. And charging a full day the day of checking in when its at 3pm and out at 11am. We really enjoy this campground but its getting to pricey.

We booked with friends 1 year ago to locked in sites. Upon arrival we were given other sites. We were told when the Kia took over they moved everyone and we should have been notified, we were not. Not only were we moved from the large group but I personally booked 2 sites for my family and they were separated. We did not book them together, I booked 2! I could keep going but don’t have the space

I’m disappointed by all of the added fees (daily fee for a second car, limited use of ropes course and mini golf, etc) and the crowding of new campsites in the campground. Also, my site, 347, is a hill and we made the best of it with our tent but we should have been warned. Plus, a few dishwashing stations at the bathrooms would be nice.

Initially it was great, lots to do for the kids. It got really crowded later in the week with kids unsupervised being aggressive on Friday and Saturday. Lots of noise at night on Friday with no security around. One site was burning pallets in their fire pit. The activities are really good, I would come back during the week not on weekends. No wifi except real close to the office was a bummer.

Excellent stay. Jamie at the front desk, Dusty from maintenance crew & Ali at the ropes course were great team members that we had a chance to interact with. They always had smiles on their faces and were very helpful with everything. Clean bathrooms and lots of activities for people of all ages, especially kids.

There were a few staff that were fabulous one escorted us to our site when we were lost- another fixed a leak in the water offered to take our trash at the same time and apologized for kids riding through our site with their bikes which was not his fault-

SOME of the office workers were not that friendly. We wished we had a phone # to call for questions that we had during the day since it was our first stay here. LOTS of fun things to do!!!!

As always, we love Lebanon KOA. Unfortunately, this time our campsite was a bust. We were next to the office/store where people continued to cut through our site the entire weekend. After an all night rain storm, our site was flooded and we had to pack up in 12 inches of water. At no time were we offered any assistance by staff and the office staff seemed very unsympathetic to our situation.

Place was not kept well and very noisy until late hours in the morning. They promised to pump us out for free due to a change in camp space but had to remind them about this. Was supposed to come every other day but came only once. We were dissatisfied with the entire campgrounds.

Over all it was a fantastic experience.On Monday night kids next door were loud till 130 am never saw or heard any security telling them to quiet down after 11.Was disappointed when so many water activities got canceled due to rain. I would have understood if there was a thunder shower. They did a great job keeping up on bathrooms. Staff was very friendly. Looking forward to coming back next year!

I can see that KAO has spent a lot of money trying to upgrade this campground. They need to spend some money on their personal. From the front desk all the way down to security. They need customer relations training. It's like we as customers are bothering them.

We had a wonderful time, despite the rain. There were plenty of rainy day activities for the kids. The river tubing was awesome! We had a blast on our golf cart and the kids enjoyed the playgrounds, pools, mini golf and trampoline! The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Your the ONLY camp ground that I can't bring my own fire wood. I do live in maine. Also I had to show my dog rabies shot record (really !) It's the LAW in Maine you can't get his license with out it. Your NOT making this amp ground very friendly. BTW been camping for over 30 yrs. And NEVER had any issue, also my dog was wearing both her dog licence and rabies tag.

A large part of what makes the campground a beautiful place is the trees. In order to protect those trees, it has become necessary to have this firewood restriction. Requiring proof of a rabies vaccination is a measure that we feel is necessary to protect all of our guests - human and canine.

The amenities that it has, such as the pool and rope coarse, are too small for the size of the campground and number of campers. Check in was not very organized, chaos at the counter. Check in line different from line for purchasing store items caused long lines and customer confusion. Map for getting to site was a black and white photocopy and was barely readable. No signs to direct to campsites

This campground is disgusting! To back up into our campsite was all branches. Unlevel ground made it a pain in the butt to get our camper backed in. And then once we were in, our site was full of stumps and roots. My fiancé ending up busting his ankle on the roots. After we got set up we went to the office to get our golf cart that was “still being cleaned” only to have my 5 year old daughter

Paided WAY to much for this place. $450 for a site that flooded, got charged $10 a day for my car, $3 for my dog,$10 a day resort fee that half the stuff was cancelled due to rain. I will not return here. The only thing positive was the employees as they were amazing and super nice. Other then that, the price is ridiculous for this KOA and paided extra for the adventure package and it was useless!

Although we had a good time during our stay, our site was nothing but tree roots and dirt. This made walking difficult to say the least. The hot tub/pool were nice. Cable was not operational (we did receive a discount) and the wifi was not accessible for the sites in our location. Realizing this is a relatively new KOA, we will wait a few years before returning and hope upgrades have occurred.

Our site was nice. We were very disappointed in the entrance and exit to the river for tubing and the dead trees in the river. The game room had many games were out of order. There was no weekend entertainment and no activities for teenagers.The bathrooms were very clean and well kept, friendly staff. For the expensive rate we paid were expecting more.

The river that they advertise on the website is literally standing water of muck. You couldn’t pay me to go into that “river.” Our pull through site was shared with two “cabins” and another lot. The cabins were trashy looking. The area to the left of our site had trash outside which looked like rolled up carpet’s. The pool with the waterslide had a mouse floating in it. We will never g

I see that you stayed with us during a long, dry spell, and the river was admittedly low. Since then, we have had a lot of rain and many campers have enjoyed floating on the river every day.

Asked about my site being big enough to back into without unhooking my trailer.They said no but a pull through would be $34 extra. The site next to me was empty and large enough for my trailer and truck. I would call that putting me in a site that won’t work in order to get more money on another site. I will not stay at this location again.

Beautiful campground. Very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The river is wonderful. The only negative is that it was very loud. The road it is built on has a lot of loud traffic.

Dusty and Maggie are hands down two of the nicest people I have ever met, they were helpful from the beginning to the end of our trip. The bad, The place was generally clean, pools kept running out of propane. I believe they should be on an automatic fill. The arcade, ehhh. I was completely robbed on the price of my stay, in addition to everything being “extra”. Out of room to type more.

Pool and water slide was very crowded because of people coming in on day passes. I'm a little unhappy about that because that's part of what I paid for when I made reservations.

I see that you were with us for 4th of July Weekend which is a very busy time for us. I encourage you to check us out on a different weekend or maybe squeeze in a weekday stay to enjoy the campground when it's a little quieter.

We stayed on one of the new patio sites. It was great! We asked for a second picnic table so the kids had plenty of rooms to do crafts and play board games. They were happy to help us out. We had a wonderful time and would like to go again!

Excellent Campground, friendly staff, clean restrooms, and very nice facilities! Hope you get to sell propane soon. We ran out! We will return. My wife now wants a wooden swing! Thanks for all you efforts!!!!

We love staying at the salmon falls koa . Honestly this time I wasn’t impressed with the staff around the pools, they seem to not want to be there. I get it. My daughter became lost from us , she followed a friend to another site and then became lost she went to the pool because it’s something she knows and asked for help, they told my five year old to go to the store and they’d help her

KOA attempted to resurface some of the sites. BAAAAAAAAD choice of material. The sand/gravel used has an extremely high content of mica. It's like glitter!!!!!!!! It gets EVERYWHERE. You can't keep it out of your tent/camper. And once in there you can't get all out!!!!!!!!

You’re staff was great, but...... You really have to take control of your guests!! The bad demeanor at the pools were uncontrolled!!! Partying at a site near us was also!!! We will not return!!

This campground is NOT big rig friendly in our opinion. We have a 40 ft Class A towing. Dusty, dirty (muddy in rain) unpaved roads were VERY tight to get to our pull through KOA Deluxe Patio site which had inches between the other deluxe sites and their sewers. Amenities fine. Wifi not good. Staff/manager friendly hard working. Just not optimal for big rigs.

I would recommend a friend to stay there during the week, and NOT on weekends. The site across from us had about 25 people on site, partying on a Saturday night.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
