Plenty to do for the kids! Water slide is a blast and the high ropes course is great! Everything was clean and well kept! Lots of new construction all over the site, we can’t wait to go back and see what they’re adding!

Beautiful campground, lots for kids to do. Poor management made our stay less than desirable. Speed limit not followed (including employees) and no security monitoring the campground. Dust from gravel roads due to speeding, no watering to keep dust at a minimum. Would definitely love to spend summer here, but not under this management. Seasonal campers say this is the worst they have seen it.

This was our 9th year that we stayed at the Lebanon KOA and were disappointed with the staff and maintenance of the park. I understand that the park is new to the KOA family and they're trying to make many improvements. The staff seemed unenthused about doing their jobs and in many cases were unprepared to oversee activities that they were running. The waterslide was out of order repeatedly.

My family had a great time here but I think it could be cleaned up a little bit. There was lots of trash on the ground everywhere we went. Clothes, towels, random stuff found all over the place. The pools could have been cleaner.

This was a nice campground. Very large, with lots for kids to do. Some of the sewer hookups were installed above ground level in such a way it was impossible to get a downhill slope on the sewer line. The staff were rather impersonal, but nice.

Great bathroom facilities. Spots are a little tight, and the resort fee seems unfair for people who dont use the extras.

Nice amenities but it would’ve been nice to have more hours for the slide, ropes course etc. the activities were a little unorganized. They ran out of rubber bands for the tie dye activity. Nice sites.

Very overpriced! Uneven site for a motor home. Very loud neighbors past the quiet time rules! Campground fees and visitor charges????

The kids loved the water slide and play ground. If I had one piece of advice I would put signs along the river maybe a half way marker and a clearly marked sign so you know where to get out. My one complaint is that the website says you have wifi I was told rudely by a staff member that it is only "hot spots" my husband sometimes needs to work during vacations and I find your website misleading.

Hands-down the most disorganized place I have been to. 30 min lines in the camp store, dirty pool area, slide broken for entire weekend and the FAST speed in which golf carts and cars travel is unreal. Watched multiple kids almost get runover, just trying to play. I know you cant control water levels, but even the river was dirty and not floatable. Disappointed is an understatement. Staff clueless

Sites too close to busy road, campground open to random people off the street was scary having small children, vehicles and golf carts traveled too fast within campground, store employees were extremely slow checking out customers, slide was closed all weekend, run down buildings…will never return!

I paid for a premium site and my air conditioner would not stay on. Also the water was right on top of the electrical unit. Thank goodness I was with friends.

need an on-site food(grill) stand near pools or store like it used to have. bathroom options at the pools would be a great addition. also site 24 a friend of mine stayed in next to us had an exposed sewer pipe that ran downhill so would not drain right. site 22 was nice but uneven.

Advertise as having Wifi but there were no hotspots left to loan us and a employee told us the Wifi wasn't that good anyways and it was only good near the main building. I wish we had known this ahead of time! Also, when choosing our spot online the one we chose looked to be a good location. But once we arrived it was an odd placement and hard to get hooked up at a normal angle.

Had a great time as usual. Staff is extremely friendly. Noticed some waterfront sites that were empty all weekend. Website showed only 1 full hookup available. Need to check in on that.

Easy check in, and getting to our site. Enjoyed the things to do. The two things would have been nice to know is where to find the activities posting and we needed to per-register for the adventure course. The site was clean but had to clean out the fire pit of a few things. The sewer hookup was not well defined. Overall planning to head back later this year.

I did not like that the activity's for the kids were not open regular hours. Also if your going to have your staff drive around none stop in golf carts, then u need to do something about the dust. Pools should be open after dark, just put some lights up!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was lots to do at the campground and the staff was super friendly. We really enjoyed the band on Saturday. One thing we did not like was the noise level of other campers after hours. This past weekend it seemed to be more people partying then relaxing, which took away from our stay. Patio site was perfect and enjoyed the swing!

What a kids paradise this place is! It is a large property, so highly recommend the golf cart rental to zip around. They had everything imaginable, from waterslide, jump pad, pond, my son spent half the day collecting and releasing turtles. An arcade, game room. Live show on sat night. Tye Dye making. A great place!

Asked fir a valve site. Cable did not work. They had multiple complaint that day. Call them to repair they stated they knew they had an issue. The lady stated tell them we are sorry. Why did they not assign us a different spot

We really enjoyed our stay. There were many activities for ourselves and our children. The communication about some of the events was lacking and a lot of the staff seemed unhappy/unfriendly. Overall, the weekend was enjoyable, and we will likely return but thought it was important to relay our concerns about inconsistent customer service.

Great campground and lots to do for kids and family. Very dark walking to bathhouses after dark with no path or road lighting , could use stools or benches in all shower areas, water pressure was less than 20 lbs on site #401, need more tables with umbrellas around water slide pool area. Only suggestions for improvements as we Had a great time and will be back.

The only issue I had was access to the dump station with a full size truck/trailer. Between the construction in the pool area and the dumpster placement, not to mention all the trash and debris on the ground, it was very difficult to get in position to dump the tanks. Otherwise everything else was great. Regards

My son and I were very excited about all of the improvements KOA has made. golf was great, loved the new store, and had a blast tubing. I do wish you had a lunch counter where we could buy a bagel etc for bfast. Also, the tent site folks across from us were the worst. Up till 2am with a fire, drinking, swearing and keeping us awake. I wish someone on patrol told them to respect quiet hours.

Clean! Pleasant staff! Wish we had brought the older grandkids 6,7,& 10, they would have had a blast. Everywhere was well kept and clean including the pools. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We spent an extra night for the kids to enjoy the water slide but it closed at 4:30. Was a little bummed. The staff was accommodating and let us mini golf after they closed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Site was very uneven and difficult to back into.. we were surrounded by tall trees, so no directv and our site, 300 was right behind a restroom/shower so tent campers were walking by and through our site at all times of the day and night!!! Our site was spacious though....

Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The amenities are really nice too. Campground is clean and well cared for. My only criticism is the check in process, it was slow so adding an online express check in option would be great especially for repeat campers. Heading back in a few weeks and looking forward to it

We went specifically for the Classic RV and car show but there were only 4-5 cars and about the same for RV's. The staff seemed to be confused about how the RV side of things was going to work. They ended up putting the RVs that wanted to be in the show in several places around the campground. The desk staff was supposed to have a map of the sites but they didn't. Ok but not run well.

Some friends had reservations here & invited us along. We reserved a site & are so glad we did. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest we’ve ever found camping. Every staff member we met was pleasant & friendly. They had plenty for us to do including 2 swimming pools, a water slide, lazy river & a ropes course. The prices in the store were reasonable but a full grocery store was also close.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
