Great campground lots of things for the whole family to do

Bathrooms were always clean and easy to find. The site was amazing. Plenty of things to do. However the check in process needs improvement there was long lines, most check in staff seemed very confused. Another party with us was sent to 2 wrong sites it wasnt the best start.

Our tent site was small and very rooty and was littered with toilet paper from previous campers that had to go the bathroom in the middle of the night. Maybe more bathrooms throughout would help. We love the amenities and lots of activities for the kids!.

Most amazing stay ever upgraded to deluxe campsight with water lights electricity ..so unbelievably peaceful used all attractions staff above and beyond amazing my son had so much fun will be back soon yall rock

I liked it very much, the only problem is that it is raining alot. And before that I tried to call the place to cancelled 2 days a heads to reschedule to another time due to the weather forecast was not that goodl, but no one answers, and I left a messages and no one returned my call. We had no choice of having to go that week.We only got 2 good days to enjoys.and the the other days was raining.

Tons of activities for the kids! My Granddaughter loved the splash pad! We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay was great but a few things were outrageous. You should be allowed 2 cars on the site $10 extra a night for the second car on top of the arm and a leg I spent. Also one of the employees took 2 of my adventure passes when it was only 1 to play mini golf she said absolutely nothing. Also I went to rent a golf cart and one of the staff said she would look and she didn’t look she told me no.

we asked to be near the other three tent site parties and were told you were accommodating a bigger party and we wouldnt be able to be next to each other. Then the golf cart key was lost and we called and they told us $25-so kept looking for 10 hours.... then found out it was only $5 and never received a key to finish the time. kids followed by your empoloyees at 945-10. dirty bathrooms

Our site was in the wide open in between RV’s and we had tents so felt a bit out of sorts. Site # 233. I felt more bad for the people in the RV next to us because I felt like we were in their front lawn. The folks in the RV, were amazingly awesome!!! We will definitely be back, but hopefully on a different site.

Because of the fire danger associated with fireworks I think they should be prohibited at campgrounds. During my stay people launched fireworks and I was concerned about my safety and the safety of my child.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Our policies state that fireworks are not permitted on the campground. Unfortunately, we did still have some guests who brought them in. The situation was handled promptly by our security team and the rest of the fireworks were held by our staff until checkout.

Although we had a good time, there were so many rocks and roots on the site. We couldn’t find a flat spot to put the tent and we kept tripping-nearly fell into the fire several times. The 18+ rule for the hot tub was not enforced. For movie theme week, the scavenger hunt was too difficult and movies were rarely played on time and/broken.

My stay there was horrible people behind us a lot 69 I was in 86 all night long that car door open slam open slam doors and yelling all night long people partying nothing was stopped and the last day there there was a fight a kid got hurt no kids need to see that at the pool it's a place I will never ever go back to. And yes I did complain cuz it was also the people at 88

My tent site was on pea gravel which was uncomfortable to be on in the tent. Restrooms were disgusting and filled with huge bugs. Pool water was so murky we had to leave the area. Water slide not working on hottest day of year. Koa employee refused to honor gift card for store purchases we had family give to child for birthday gift. What a poorly run place

The arcade was kind of a bummer - we made out good with the water squishy out of the claw machine but the arcade games that you win tickets were mostly out of order and didn’t have ticket refills. Other then arcade no tickets we had an amazing stay! It was so fun and full of activities . All staff was very nice and bubbly. Me and my daughter loved being at KOA 25th - 28th!! Awesome!!

All over the country staying at KOA’s, one near home is awful. No WiFi, rude staff, golf carts (including staff), vehicles speeding around kicking up dust. Tent sight nearly hit at 1 in the morning by a drunk cart driver. No security. Activities schedule never followed. Show up and no one there. Hope corporate sees this & gets the proper management. It is a nice place. Heard so many complain

Unfriendly staff, some advertised amenities not available ("free popcorn on Wednesdays with the movie" but there was no movie scheduled. Ropes course available "whenever the guys are here, but we don't know when that is." Waterslide closes at 4, but no signage to that effect. "Cafe and grill" only sells ice cream.). Very unlikely we will return.

Very nice and quiet the sites at this location are a bit more wooded. Bathrooms were very clean and staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Thank you!

Right away offered to deliver wood to camp site!! I left a very expensive flashlight in the store at night. The next morning while going to take a shower. A very nice staff member came and told me they had it in the office and she went to get it, and returned it to me. Awesome!!

Upsides: Staff is super friendly and there are plenty of activities! Downsides: Too many sites smooshed together / Need more bathrooms, I had a legitimate 1/2 mile walk to bathroom from site / Super loud campground owned generator next to a grouping of sites pumping river water, not peaceful at all!

Couldn’t Enjoy my stay because of another campers kids coming on our site eating our food climbing on our table taking my sons toys! going in Our tent. We ended up checking out one day early. The river was gross due to the fact we haven’t had much rain. The pool was so nice! I wish things went differently. We ended up buying wood we never got to use Because we checked out early.

It was very cold and wet my kids didn’t get to do any of the activities except for watch a movie would have enjoyed it more on a warmer weekend

My only two comments are that showers were cold in 2 bathrooms and people are driving too fast. My 9 y/o daughter and friend were on bikes and said a Red Car had almost hit them because they were going too fast. I’m not clear if it was on the camp ground premises or the town road between the two sides. Reach out to town about cross walk or options available, and enforce speed in campground.

We had a blast. So many fun things to do. Everything was nice and clean. Only complaint was the movie that was supposed to play friday night was not what was played so the kids were disappointed(therefore we didn't even check for Sat night) also unsupervised teens being loud and disrespectful put a damper on the experience.

I felt a little disorganized upon check-in. Our campsite wasn’t very clear. And although the weather was completely out of the campgrounds control it feels like we didn’t get the value for what we paid. We weren’t able to use any of the amenities.

We loved the river tubing. Wish the other pool was open because the one that was was crowded but still very nice. Staff was very nice and friendly. Met cool dogs!

The bathrooms weren’t very clean and there were a lot of very loud and disrespectful teenagers running around. I heard the F word more in one day from these kids than I probably have the rest of the year combined. Parents were no where to be found. The office was responsive but it was still very annoying especially when my 6 & 8 year old kids were hearing it all.

Always a fun time up there and always so many great and fun activities for the kids. The only thing I didn’t like was paying the almost 8 dollars for a bundle of wood with maybe 5/6 logs in it. Other than that little gripe it was an awesome weekend! See you next year!

Staff was great and bathrooms and facilities very clean. We were hoping for a little more seclusion and woods. We felt very close to other campers and in an open space that did not have a lot of trees.

We tented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
