Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee.

Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. 

Cancellation Deadlines:

•RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.

•Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. 

Cancellation Details:

•Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

•Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

•No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.

•No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.

•Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.

•The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.

•Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements.

Please check with your selected KOA for Holiday or group cancelation policy.

Group Cancellations and high occupancy periods: may have stricter policies. Check with manager.

Group Cancellation Policy: Groups over 10 RV's will need to cancel prior to 30 days of arrival for a full refund - $20.00 cancelation fee per site. High occupancy events may have a different cancelation policy to check with management.

Select My Site: Upon choosing a preferred site, you are acknowledging your commitment to pay a daily fee of $20.00 to secure a selected site for your reservation at Salt Lake KOA Holiday. 

The campground reserves the right to modify the assigned site according to availability and will reimburse the fee in case of such alterations. 

The Select My Site fee is applied as a per day charge, necessitating an additional daily fee to confirm the reservation of your preferred site.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
