The employees and campers were all very nice. It would be helpful though to have an outdoor water source for the cabins like some other KOA's. Also, the animals could use more land to roam. The enclosures seemed tiny.

It has been 5 years since we last been here at this KOA. There has been quite a bit of updating to this place. Nicely done. We stayed in the pull thru site and we had nice natural barriers with our neighbor. Family oriented and had a great deal to offer.

Our bbq grill just stopped working while grilling some food. Also there weren’t many activities to do for the kids.

We love this campground and enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay. We regularly stay in the back in water/electric as a deal near the playground. This was our first time in site 135. It worked for this week with temp between 60 and 65 but the lack of trees puts the site in direct sun all day. The move of the store to the center building is a great improvement. Can't wait for the remodel to be completed.

Everything was great - check in as easy, people at the office were reasonably accommodating. Lots are not level. We had a heck of a time getting our RV even close to level and unfortunately we were told we couldn't move to another site.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving with extended family here and was pleasantly surprised how nice the park is. Everyone that was on staff was very friendly and helpful. We live in Napa so a nice quick drive to your park. Will definitely stay again when it is warmer. P.S. my adult daughter loved petting the horses. She kept walking down to them during our stay to visit. Cheaper than having our own.

So close to home but so far away! We just returned from a family Thanksgiving trip... we stayed in our Airstream and my nephew and his family stayed in a tiny house... this KOA offers so many options! The staff are always courteous and helpful. Good restaurants nearby... we like Lagunitas Brewery and Brewsters (but expect to discover more restaurants next time we stay at Petaluma KOA).

We had a fabulous 4 day stay ! All employees were super nice and went above and beyond, bathrooms and showers really clean - we actually have a beautiful 5th wheel and ended up showering at the campground, and best of all kids loved it ! I wish they would of had availability for us to stay longer. Can’t wait to go back soon !

Stayed in deluxe cabin and it was great. Extremely clean with a great TV and channels. Lots of lighting . Large refrigerator was perfect. Loved the outdoor seating area by store and heaters and lots of seating. Staff was great and very helpful.

Kids had a great time. Well taken care of. However, the advertisements are misleading. There is a bounce pillow that was never inflated and is not listed as seasonal. Kids very disappointed as we told them there would be one and that’s all they talked about before we came. Bocce ball missing the Jack ball. Can’t play without that. Our particular site was half grass, half mud.

Site was muddy and not level, staff was rude and unhelpful, laundry room floor was flooded with water it was packed with people trying to do their laundry and some of the machines were out of order. Our credit card was charged for propane we did not buy so we had to resolve that and got NO APOLOGY of any kind AND they charged my son's card who was just a guest for one day. OUTRAGEOUS!!

Stay was great. I wish we would have known before coming that the jumping pillow would be deflated. We also didn’t know the store had moved to the rec room, until the last day of our stay. There is a sign posted on the old store, but doesn’t mention the rec room. Other then that the stay was great.

This site is directly off of busy roads and it’s loud! Also, there are so many people here. Way too crowded with zero privacy! For the price I was surprised.

We stayed one night while traveling north on Hwy 101. We checked in, got our site and drove to it. The site was clean and the pull thru site fit my truck and trailer perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got to our site, I received an email thanking us for choosing KOA and a number to call or text if we needed anything during our stay. How cool was that?

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
