Stayed in a lodge with my severely autistic adult son--first trip just the two of us. It's a perfect fit for him cuz he got the bedroom and loved it. Plus, he likes to bounce off stuff and couldn't damage that place! We had a quick trip to the coast which was beautiful, 2 Dollar Tree visits and hung out very happily in the lodge. Plus visited the petting zoo--our needs are pretty simple!

Nice campsite. Quiet Campgrounds. We arrived late at night and had an issue with our reservation not being left outside. I called the night number that was provided and Susan was extremely helpful and apologetic. Seemed that someone must've taken the box which had the night reservations in them. Aside from that, was a good stay.

As previous tent campers, this was our first experience with a travel trailer at a fun/busy campground with activities. We had so much fun! The grounds are beautiful, there is so much to do with the kids, and it was quiet at night.

Stayed in a K2 cabin with my wife and toddler (2yr old), the queen bed was not big enough for the three of us so I slept in the loft. Still had a good time. Not a lot to do in the area but it was great to get out of the city.

Girls trip/momcation���. We rented a cabin and it was perfect for the 3 of us! So close to much, we went to Lagunita’s, Wild Flour, Petaluma Outlets and Lombardi’s! This was our second year staying at the Petaluma KOA!

Accommodations and location were great. The weather cooperated. We woke to some fog that made the early morning coffee taste better. Then beautiful clear afternoons, the only negative was that we didn't get to stay longer. Unfortunately we had to mix some business in on this trip. We will be back.

This was only our second KOA experience. Happily, it was the same as our first visit: friendly & professional staff, a well-maintained facility in beautiful surroundings.

I like this campground for an easy fun getaway close to home. Our basic pull through site was a little muddy in the fall when we visited. It not hard to see that the higher priced patio sites were much better taken care of and updated with new gravel, landscaping and nicer tables. Overall still a great place that is always clean.

We’ve been staying at Petaluma KOA, on and off, since 1986. This year we finally stayed in the tall trees area for the first time since 1986. It was still great. Thanks for years and years of great memories.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Petaluma KOA. it was slightly disapointing to be near the construction (our friend had to wait for them to clear out before he could set up) BUT! Nevertheless, we had a great time and we're happy to be there. Every employee we cam into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Any chance we have, we will come back!

Negatives: pool closed early without notice (5:30pm) Full time residents were using our space as extra parking. After a long day of driving we arrived at 9pm and had to go door to door to figure out who owned the trucks and ask them to move them. A pain!

We stayed in space B023 in the redwood section of the park and Thursday for seven hours all we heard was the unpleasant noise of backpack blowers, blowing leaves to the middle of the streets, that was very unpleasant. Once that had finally ended it was pleasant.

This is the best KOA I’ve ever been to. It was quite large and had a nice pool, although it was too cold to swim when we were there. The petting zoo was a nice surprise, and the goats were very sweet. Thank you!

What really made our stay great was being able to change to a different site from the one we were assigned when we arrived. Site we were assigned was muddy — no gravel, cement, or grass. With our dog, and our own muddy shoes, our RV would have been a mess. We were moved to a site with grass (Q225) up a hill a bit. This site also had Dish TV reception.

The site we stayed at was quite nice with set of 4 chairs and table with umbrella. Nice patio and rocking chairs. Landscaping was well done. Difficult to pull into the pull through with our 43 foot tag motorhome. Had to take off car and trailer and still a tight squeeze. Lots of kids if you like that type of thing.

My one complaint….the pool is listed as heated, although it is absolutely not heated.

We like the environment - that's why we came back. On 11/3 (2 days before our arrival), we received the text that 'everything' was open - pool, spa, farm, and bouncy pillow. When we arrived, we were told that bouncy pillow was closed for the entire season and we had very disappointing children. We wouldn't have come back this time if we knew. I hope you can do more accurate communication.

Tent sites had no flat spaces for putting up the tent. The location had plenty to do for our kids.

Little things wrong with the cabin. Exaggerated number of sleeping arrangements. My biggest complaint, loud neighbors partying until 1am even though quiet hours start at 10. My first night there was the worst nights stay I've had at any kind of hotel or accommodations.

Nice sized and clean sites and campground. Friendly, responsive and helpful staff. Good mix of varying site types and cabins. Close to several breweries and the coast.

Would have been good to know ahead of arriving that the trampoline was out of commission and that the store was going to be closed/only partly operational over the weekend so that we could have planned ahead.

This place has great amenities with great staff. The spaces were fairly spaced apart. My only complaint is about the showers, the shower head is way too high that the water is cold by the time it hits you. The water also was barely luke warm and there's no space for you to change in private. There are also many flies as there are animals nearby. They filled my propane as well, just took it up front for them to tag and they brought it back to my spot! The store was also very cute and had a good selection of drinks, ice cream, and various needs.
