Friendly, Cecil very cool. Pads are too skinny for rain/wet stay. Turning too skinny, ran into mud. Pads need widened. Services good for a Journey.

We were there two nights. We were in Sanger visiting relatives. Loved having the dog park across from our campsite.

Great helpful staff. Nice pull thru pads with full hookups. Good place for overnight or 4 or 5 day stay checking the area out.

Beautiful campgrounds! We were 28 for just one night so cannot say much about it. Met Cecil and he was quite helpful.

Very few trees, great pull through pads, bathrooms were clean and well kept, clean shower, friendly staff. Nothing above and beyond. Good nights stay.

Love the cleanliness of the park. However, the new concrete roads & sites are not wide enough for long (44ft) 5th wheel to make it into site without tires on grass and tearing it up. I would suggest rock around the entrance & exit of each site so your park workers aren't spending their day repairing grass. We always have a shovel so we repaired the damage we did but not many do that.

Office workers areextremely nice. Bathrooms and showers much to far away from campsites. Lots are level.

Right from the start when Cecil checked us in at the desk, I knew if the park was half as nice as he was, we would have an amazing stay and we did! The grounds and laundry room were extremely well maintained! One of the nicest places we have stayed. We will return the next time we are in the area and look forward to Cecil and his smile to greet us again!

Friendly, competent staff. Quick and easy check-in. Site was plenty long enough but had a dip in the center which put my RV door in about six inches of water. Parked at the very end of the site and used three cords to reach the pedestal. Of course, rain is not the park's fault.

Cecil was very accommodating when the site we were assigned turned out to be too wet for us to use given the recent rains.

We LOVE staying at this KOA while fishing at Ray Roberts Lake. The spacious sites with concrete pads accommodate our 40 ft motorhome and our fishing boat we pull behind the jeep! The park is very quiet, especially in the back further away from I-35 road noise. Jacquie & Cecil are wonderful and very friendly staff folks to work with. We recommend this KOA to our friends and will stay there again!

We selected this RV park since it was the closest to our friend's home. The park is adequate with all the services you need. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful each and every time I had contact with them. When we had to extend our stay they were so helpful in all our requirements. The RV park is next to a storage lot and I do believe the dealership in front parks RVs in the KOA camp.

Super nice layout in this RV park. Pull thru lots are amazing, long and wide. The setup is definitely family friendly. The park is quiet and easily accessible.

We stayed for 5 months. We were told the KOA was being upgraded to meet KOA's standards. They did a lot of paved spots over gravel. Which is okay. But were told they d be doing the bathrooms. In 5 months the only thing they did was paint them. 3 out of the 4 both rooms had no water pressure, and no hot water. Theres limited to no internet. Still waiting but not expecting a deposit we placed...

This site is super clean, staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. I love staying here. I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in this area. Highly,highly recommend.

Outstanding campground - facilities and services were excellent. All roads and pads were concrete. Very nice KOA. Would definitely stay again.
