When making the reservation I Requested to be near Kamp K9 because I have a tripod dog and a geriatric small dog. Our site was too far for the old dog to walk in the heat and our tripod could not go that distance in the heat as well and I had to carry both. Disappointed to say the least.

We arrived late and they had the reservation ready for us. We were parked in a very convenient and close slot, so that was very helpful for us, since we were just traveling through. This is a large, open campground with lots of room and amenities. Our dogs particularly liked the K-9 Kamp! :-)

No envelope was left taped to the door with my name. No one answered the phone after several attempts during the day and upon arrival. I looked at the sites that were assigned on the door and picked and empty site and set up. The website stated cable television, but no cable. Internet was was overcrowded and connections were slow. No one was at the office when we left at 9am.

My wife and I had a very lovely stay at the KOA in Sanger. However it would be nice if there was cable. We especially liked the dog walking area, since it was fenced in. However suggest moving it away from a septic system.

The office staff was so friendly! I chatted with them for almost half an hour when we checked in. The site was clean, grass very well kept.

Disappointed in the campground.....the Wi-Fi was not available for 2 days and the tv was spotty.....the parts department was lacking and we had to go to Denton to Camping World for what we needed....beautiful new building and it was pretty empty. Paid $40 a night and not happy......hopefully if we go again they will be more together......

Cecil was a delight to visit with in the office/store. Night check-in was very easy and we went up to get our receipt the next morning. It was a delight to have the New McClain's RV Superstore within walking distance of the park.

Site was very clean. It was easy to find and park our Travel Trailer. Customer service was awesome. No trees around but it was very quiet.

Rather nondescript campground...no fence or separation from the corporation in front of it, which was confusing.

It was difficult to find a trash dumpster and they need more doggie waste stations with bags. As we walked our dog we found numerous piles of dog waste in the grass. With more than one place to get a waste bag and can to put it in would be nice.

We spent two nights @ McClains Sanger KOA and couldn't be more pleased with the campgrounds and personnel. The campgrounds were very well maintained-grass cut,trees trimmed, pool clean, restrooms clean and bug free. Cecil was a great representative of this RV park with valuable camping experiences and friendly manner. With an RV Dealership nearby was also helpful with any RV issues I had.

Cecil in the office could not assign us a site because their computers were down, even though we had a prepaid reservation. We waited approximately an hour in the office and parking lot before we were allowed to proceed to our site. This is not a good way to end a long day on the road and is not the kind of service we expect from KOA.

It was pouring rain the 1st night. the sites tended to flood just a bit. The place itself is very nice and clean and the staff was extra nice and helpful. I intend to stay at this site again in the future.

Had rain on my last night. Lot 49 had water across the pad. Had to wade water to get to truck. The AC breaker pole and water faucet connection had water 5” deep that I had to wade to disconnect them That is a disgrace for a KOA park.

All went well with our stay at your campground. But the toilet block is a bit far away from the tent site.

We had a wonderful stay. Our site was concrete, although most of them are gravel. Very few trees, but it was a quiet park. Nice office, pool, and tables. No cable TV, but they had WiFi. The staff was super friendly! We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the campground. Our only complaints are that the dog park is right next to the sewage tanks, which was quite unpleasant. Otherwise it was a quiet Labor Day weekend. We will definitely stay again.

This was my 1st night stay to practice all of the set up and get to know my new RV better. Cecil and I made friends as soon as I walked in to the office. He gave me advice on some questions I had about setting up the water line. He also came by & checked on me. It was just me & my dog camping. I felt very safe and may be even “watched over” during my stay. It will always be a great memory

Very nice RV park. Large spaces, easy access off frontage road. The office wasn't open during the time we were there, but the woman who helped us make the reservation was very friendly and helpful. We were only at the park one night, but if we return that direction in the future would definitely stay there again!

Lovely area. Very nice accomodations. A bit difficult to find if you are not from the area. NO INTERNET!

This site is super clean, staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. I love staying here. I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in this area. Highly,highly recommend.

Outstanding campground - facilities and services were excellent. All roads and pads were concrete. Very nice KOA. Would definitely stay again.
