Great concrete pad. Plenty of grassy area plus a dog park for my dog to roam (on leash). Relaxing time. Husband enjoyed the fishing pond. Wish there was more shade.

It was one night. The park is always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there many times over the years. Plan on staying there more in the future.

Easy late evening check in. The gravel spaces are low and collect water Space 43 needs to be wider. The water connection leaks and it’s very muddy.

A great campground for us to stay over night. Long level pads, didn't have to unhook car. Great staff.

Water drainage is a major issue, A patio would be nice. A picnic table sitting in the low spot between the sites could be improved.

super nice folks, I will stay here again, but the sites need a little better maintenance, I had to stand in ankle deep water the last visit to hook up utilities. A load of gravel would have solved this problem.

very convenient location, an RV sales, service and parts company literally 'next door'. paved sites, extra long for bigger units, great staff and within 10-12 minutes of Denton, TX. Have been here several times and will continue to use.

They had really hard rain the morning of our stay and when we got to the site we were give we would have had to stand in about 8 inches of waterwhile plugging in our electrical. I called the office and explained the situation and they put us in a dry site immediately.

Roads were far too narrow as well as pads which made utilities and maneuvering difficult. WI-FI was excellent, possibly since the premium part of the park was half full. Direction signage quite inadequate. Reception area was exceedingly sterile and empty with no excuse for covid times.

I thought the park was great. We will stay there again if we’re going through Dallas. The only negative was the bathrooms are a little far from the camping area. Was nice weather when we were there, but would be a long walk in the rain or cold.

Thought I was in a used rv trailer park. Asked for close to bathrooms and got put far away. I did like the bathrooms. If course everything was closed to covid 19 would have been nice to get a price break on that

It was raining but was easy to get in and out of camp ground. The man that help us with our reservation was great. We were coming in after hours and he had map for us on the door. Thanks for the help

Our site was a pull through with a cement pad. This made set up very easy for our one night stay.

I had requested being close to restrooms, but when I arrived was offered a spot half way down the first lane when the closest sites were clearly open. After much discussion and stating that I saw that the site 26 was open and insisted that if no one had made reservations for that site, then I would like to stay there. The person finally made the necessary changes, but took some time.

We stayed at the facility on the way too and from Galveston and was easy in and out both times. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Train and interstate is loud all night. There is not an acceptable place to shelter in storm. My campsite was nice. The staff was nice. As they are building they should make a storm shelter.

Not much in amenities and yet the rates were raised about 50% since we stayed in January. Was not told this when I made reservations. This place is not worth $50/night especially when you arrive after office closes and leave first thing in the morning.

It was a short overnight stay. They had had lots of rain and there was plenty of mud, but we were placed in an area that was higher ground. Everyone was very friendly.

Good clean facility. Nice concrete pads. Very quiet! Easy late check in and easy Sunday check out. Would stay again.

This site is super clean, staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. I love staying here. I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in this area. Highly,highly recommend.

Outstanding campground - facilities and services were excellent. All roads and pads were concrete. Very nice KOA. Would definitely stay again.
