We paid for the premium wifi never could sign in on the the TV. We had to watch on our cell phones wasn't much fun..

We were told our stay would be $36 a night with the discount. We paid for the 1st night, got in late and were given the number for the campsite. we were then charged an extra $9 for campsite upgrade which we did not ask for. We called on the phone and he was rude and snobbish. Koa is usually top grade but this manager was not.

Convenient location right off Interstate I35, great staff, nice flat drive through concrete camp sites. Facilities look a bit tired and in need of updating. A good stop-over site, but not much to do if you are staying multiple days.

Just one night, the park is still under construction and should be really nice when finished.

Very convenient to our RV dealership so we can make sure all repair items were taken care of. Park is under construction so it was a bit loud & congested but it will look great when it is all complete.

We stayed there two nights. For the most part, everything was good. The people in the office were friendly and helpful. We were without water our first night. When we were ready to leave, we still couldn’t figure out where the dumpsters were, even though the office lady tried to explain it to us. Nice park overall .

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at Sanger KOA. The concrete pad at site 30 was very long and services were excellent. The campsite is in process of converting several sites from gravel pad and road to concrete. Cecil and Jacguie Putnam are extremely helpful and friendly.

This park is always improving. Being right next to the new McClains Longhorn RV store is a real plus. Office personnel at this park are very friendly and caring. They even remembered us from our stay two months ago!

We stayed over five weeks at this park for grandchildren activities and doctor visits. The office staff (Jackie and Cecil) were friendly and helpful in working with us and our scheduling. The park is a work in progress and they are continually making improvements. The sites are well spaced. We stayed on a concrete site and it was great. I would recommend this park.

Loved the location, very convenient, right off the highway. I did not like that they didn't have cable t.v. and the train at 3AM woke me up.

The park was very nice and well kept. I noticed there were quiet a few permanent residents there and their homes were very well kept with no junk sitting around. The downside was people were not that friendly. Not rude, but when I would wave they would give me a blank look and turn away. You can hear the freeway and train. I expected that though with how close we were. We will return.

Cecil at the front desk was great and very welcoming. You can tell he genuinely wants to connect with guests and loves welcoming them to the campground and area.

This campground needs major road and site grading. We were here several years ago and it appears that nothing has been done in that time to correct the roads and sites. Normally KOA's are consistently great campgrounds without issues like this one. Friendly staff though.

We only stayed overnight, but everything was great. Check in was smooth and easy. The concrete site pad was large and clean. Hook ups all worked well and were convenient. We travel in a 45ft class A motorhome pulling a vehicle.

Wonderful park. Owners were very thoughtful when laying out this park. Sites are huge, easy in easy out. Concrete pads with grass in between sites makes it very homey. Priced perfectly. Will stay here again for sure!!!!!

The campground was very clean and the restrooms and showers were neat and orderly. The staff was very curious and accommodating when I spoke to them on the phone booking our site.

Perfect location, out in the country, but just 10 minutes to Denton. Staff is so friendly! Nice to have service and parts department next door, (McClains) if needed. Been coming here 3 years and do not plan to stop.

Great, friendly staff. Can't say enough good about them Clean and well lit place to stay. There owned by Mcclains RV super center. It's nice if you have a problem there stores right there. Also great people. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The owner was very nice. Everything was in excellent condition. The WiFi wouldn’t stream a tv show we wanted to watch.

Easy access from I-35 North or South! Concrete driveways and long pull-thru spaces! Water, sewer and electric connections close at hand! Well illuminated after dark, easy to see your way around, like walking you dog. Will be staying here again!

This site is super clean, staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. I love staying here. I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in this area. Highly,highly recommend.
