great staff some of the best we meet on our 6 weeks on the road very helpful would like to stay again in the future when all the covid problems are over didnt spend the time we wanted there with all the restrictions downtown but the campground was great very enjoyable stay thanks for having us

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and were very kind and helpful. My dog doesn't eat a lot on trips and the staff went out of their way to offer my dog a cheeseburger they had. He was one happy guy! We felt very tended too. My only complaint is how far away it is from Santa Fe and the phone reception and wifi.

Delightful campground for our 32’ft Class A Bounder - plenty of room, relaxing area and very helpful office staff. Dogs were welcome with multiple walk areas.

This is a nice little campground. It's out of town a few miles but it's not hard to get to. The people are very nice and helpful and are willing to answer any questions about the area that they can. It's one of the quietest campgrounds that we've stayed in recently. We heard no trains or highway noise so for those who camp in tents I'm sure they appreciate that.

This is a beautiful little KOA nestled in the hills outside Santa Fe. The juniper and piñon pines are beautiful. The store has a nice variety of artisans Knick-knacks. It looked to be crowded and I was concerned about noise but was very pleased everyone was very proper and respectful.

Web site is a little confusing when making a reservation and detailing what type of hook-ups are required. Make sure to check all of the boxes or you will end up with electric and water only.

I know it's a cabin stay and was comfortable but it could use some vacuuming under the mattress in the wood crevices, crumbs and debris. Staff was very nice.

Nothing memorable or noteworthy about the staff here. The grounds were clean, but that was to be expected.

The campground was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. I would like to suggest that you get raised rubber walk-off mats for just outside the shower so the floor does not get so wet. Also switch to nylon shower curtains - they stay in place better and are washable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Santa Fe KOA. The managers are excellent. The bathrooms were very clean and nicely renovated. The cabins were very clean and filled with complimentary waters in the fridge. I would highly recommend staying with this KOA.

Thank you to Jared for covering a vent that blew off on our way up. He did a Great job. Very pleasant stay. Other than no Verizon service, not your fault. This is our 2nd time staying there and will always make it our stay in our way to Colorado.

This is one of the prettiest and most well-kept KOAs I have been to, and I have been to many. The staff is incredibly friendly. They have really put effort in to decorating the cabins and the bathrooms. I highly recommend this very cute and clean campground.

Would have appreciated knowing about water restrictions at time of reservation. We were placed next to the aeration “pond” it was terribly smelly and you should not have any sites near that odor. We could not be outside at the site Terribly disappointed

Super nice employees. Close to the city but not too close. Well maintained. Dog park is on the smaller side. They were having water issues due to the drought but had it taken care of quickly.

We had a great time. We did the tent camping thing and our site was very private and not too far from the shower house. Michelle in the front office was amazing. We forgot our clothes at home and she was giving us the scoop on local thrift stores where we could find cheap camping/hiking clothes. She was on a mission to help with anything we needed. Facilities were immaculate! Thanks so much!

Staff was wonderful! Laundry facilities were clean and affordable. We have stayed at KOA’s a lot in the last 20 years. This one was comfortable and friendly.

Great- we enjoyed the scenery in and around the campgrounds. Bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. Very easy to check in and out.

The only problem - slight- when we drive in there was no one at office- lunch hour? We waited maybe 20 minutes before some one came.

We were very disappointed in the lack cell phone service and the poor quality WiFi service. We were directly across from the office and neither our cell phones or the WiFi worked. Also at check-in we were advised of a water shortage, it wasn’t until we got to our site and read the paperwork given that we found we needed to boil the water we used too. Also the office had NO bottled water for sale

Outstanding. Beautiful KOA. Best playground yet! Showers/bathrooms were clean and nice. The water situation did not impact our stay since staff were very open about it at check-in. We’re from California, so asking us to conserve water was nothing new, and we understood.

Would have been nice if they would tell you ahead of time that you can't drink the water so that you could fill your fresh water tank before you get there. Otherwise it is a very nice place.

Everything was fine except I missed not having a pool. It was very hot and could have used a place to cool off. No cell phone service, but the KOA did provide an area outside that had a cell phone signal booster which I had never seen before. It worked quite well.

Nice little spots for tents with great recreational opportunities for young families. My kids really enjoyed use of the games room and basketball half court. Staff were friendly and always willing to help, and campsite was very clean and we'll tended. Use of communal gas grills and a shady patio were really appreciated!

Wonderful campground only about 10 miles from Santa Fe. Super clean grounds with nicely spaced sites. The owners were incredibly friendly and working hard to make your stay memorable. Absolutely staying here again!!
