Bathrooms were clean. I especially liked the chair and shower bars. A place to wash dishes was really good.

Great spots surrounded by trees. Actually feels like you are in a real campground vs.a parking lot. Game room looked fun but that was closed to store the snow plow (we were visiting off season). Stop by and grab a free movie to watch - they have a great collection of DVDs. We would definitely stay here again.

They do not respect New Mexico covid rules so i cannot recommend it to my family.They never wear mask.

Reserved online while on the road. Arrived after closing & information was securely attached to a rack by the entrance to the office with our site & other pertinent information. Phone number to call if we needed after hours assistance. Park was clean & well kept. A lot of trees make the place have more privacy & comfort. Staff was very courteous the next morning, I had mail to go out.

Based on appearance only, this was a nicely landscaped KOA. But the amenities were awful. There was zero cell service for Verizon. And the wifi service was horrible. It was impossible to do anything including researching places to go in Santa Fe. Our cable hookup was fuzzy and hard to see even after the guy checked on it. Laundry closed at 6 and the game room was closed. Very disappointing.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I am sorry your experience was not what you expected. We are in the process of upgrading our WiFI and will be ready for the 2022 Season. We have no control over Verizon and that concern should be directed at them. Laundry room is closed at 6 due to water restrictions, but reopen upon request.

We loved our kabin and the campgrounds. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was so friendly. Looking forward to visiting again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The park was a little tight for big rigs but we made it just fine. It’s clean and has all of the amenities we come to expect. The owners continue to upgrade the campground so it will be even more convenient and comfortable.

We came in a day early and the staff was able to get us in a spot where we wouldn't have to move the next day. The facilities were exceptionally clean. Michelle and Lorraine were very friendly and checked on us each day. They helped us find attraction in Santa Fe to do. We will be staying here again. Awesome place! Thank you.

The WiFi was weak - useless over the weekend until about 8:30 am Monday. The staff/owner was rude. In a park with many empty spaces while we were obviously disconnecting from the water and pulling in our slides, the owner or manager came up to us and rudely stated 4 minutes BEFORE the 11:00 AM check out: “Another RV could be pulling in this site in 4 minutes.” No RVs were waiting.

We are in the process of upgrading our WiFi and I apologize for the trouble you had with it. Do you have a name or description of the Employee who talked to you about check out time? We pride ourselves on high quality Customer Service.

It was clean and the people were super nice. I enjoyed the dishwashing station very much, made clean up fast and easy. The water pressure in the showers were awesome as was the cleanliness of the restrooms in general. The only downside were the size if the fire pits. However given the size of the campground it makes sense.

Great little kabin. I appreciate the pet friendly aspect! The bed in this kabin is basically a board with a piece of foam. We actually left early because it was so uncomfortable. Otherwise, staff is great. Showers were pretty clean. Thanks much!

Great place! Friendly Staff. Well kept, clean and quiet �. Staying there late in the year (Nov) the water hydrant froze on the last night. No big deal but its something that would need to be addressed if they stay open that late in the year.

Super nice owners who care and are very proud of their beautiful campground. Clean and well managed. I think what we liked most is the positive vibe and friendly campers there. We have just finished a cross country trip staying at mostly KOAs and this was the best one we stayed at. We will definitely be back and next time we will stay longer to tour Santa Fe more!

We experienced some problems with our cruise America camper and the camp ground let us use their landline phone so we could call for assistance. Very nice.

Nice place, only problem - really inconvenient time to close office and bathrooms 11-1, just when someone is leaving after a checkout and maybe wants to go to bathroom one time or get ice for the road.

We had an awesome stay here in November 2021. Gerry and Clarissa were the best hosts! So friendly, my son (11) just loved her. Nice spots with trees! That means shade! Love it! Close to Santa Fe and everything the area has to offer. We would definitely stay again, 5 stars! ~Let's do this Duer on the go

The hosts were incredibly warm and the campground was well cared for. The cabin we stayed in was decorated so beautifully and we are definitely planning a trip back here soon!

Such a wonderful night away for my granddaughter's 7th birthday! It was beautiful! We played on the playground and roasted marshmallows and the owners even gave her a little stuffed toy on the day we checked out.

We loved the staff. They helped us with our camper issues. The only thing we did not like is the lack levelness. We stayed in our camper but it leaned to one side. It made it uncomfortable. We tried to level the camper but we could only lift the camper so much before it becomes unsafe.

It’s in a beautiful location, not far off the highway—yet quiet. Staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were beautifully-tiled and very clean. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return if we’re back in the area.

The Santa Fe KOA was well maintained. The sites were fairly close. There was no cell coverage for Verizon and the wifi was minimal. They are upgrading their wifi and are adding more sites. This is good for an overnight stay.

Wonderful campground only about 10 miles from Santa Fe. Super clean grounds with nicely spaced sites. The owners were incredibly friendly and working hard to make your stay memorable. Absolutely staying here again!!
