I particularly like the cleanliness of the KOA in Santa Fe. The staff was very friendly.Such an adorable little general store with quite a variety. The laundromat, and the bathrooms also were immaculate. Well done facility.

Mostly restful except for a camper next to us with small dogs that started barking at everyone going into the bathrooms around 6:30am. It was almost non-stop for over an hour. Don’t know if there’s a requirement to keep pet noise down until after 8?

The staff was incredibly friendly. I appreciated the inclusion of a drying rack at the dishwashing station. The mattresses were great. I also really appreciate the community grills even though we didn't have an opportunity to use them. The bathrooms and showers were also very clean and well kept. Thanks!

Nice relaxing spot. Only issue was wifi signal really not usable in cabin. But that was kinda ok too

We enjoyed our cabin and all the amenities in it. The only this is that someone filled the conditioner container with shampoo. When I tried it, (which I never us conditioner) it got real sudsy like shampoo. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, which was cut short due to a family emergency. Love the place and where it was at. Keep up the good work Gerry and Clarissa!!! We will be back . :)

This is one of the best Koa's we have ever stayed in. We used a cabin as we were on our way home after ten days out. The staff was extremely helpful. The store was well appointed and the bathrooms were fantastic. The cabin was great. It was clean, the AC was an added bonus, and the tv was great for the kids.

Shelby is very personable and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. The facilities are very clean and nicely decorated!

Love the cabin made for two Missed seeing the ladies I always saw when staying Wish you could put small tv in cabins. We had a thunderstorm no rain there. So it would be nice to be able to know what's happening. Especially if there might be a flood Maybe small tv and charge an extra amount Just would of felt safer knowing

Loved the cute little cabin we stayed in! The room was clean and had a heater which was awesome but we would've loved to have a microwave in the room with the fridge. Either way, it was a great place and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe cabin. Delightful bedding, quality cookware, sharp knives, very clean. All around a very comfortable and relaxing stay! It was our first experience at KOA in over 20 years, and we are sold!

Everyone was extremely helpful and caring and understanding. The place was very well kept and maintained. The folks were a delight to talk to and fun to deal with. The stay was great!

The deluxe cabin we reserved was the nicest KOA cabin we have ever stayed in. It was clean, well stocked with bedding and kitchen items. Even little details like a laundry basket for towels in the bathroom and complimentary coffee and bottled water when we arrived. The patio, grill and fire pit were awesome. The staff was welcoming and offered us information about the Santa Fe area.

Easy on easy off. Very friendly staff and very clean bathrooms. Cabin setup was nice with stools to sit at wall table. Lots of outlets and a mini-fridge! Would definitely stay again when coming to Santa Fe!

The grounds and facilities are excellent. Very clean. Bathroom too small for the amount of people. Another issue that I had was that there’s was extreme horrific smell coming from what I think is either the dump station or not sure if the property runs on a septic system. My cabin was #9 of which was right behind the trash and dump station and the smell was unbearable. Not ok!

I stayed in a cabin, it was wonderfully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. The restrooms and showers were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

It was a beautiful setting and the air smelled wonderful! The onsite facilities and game room were fun. The kids loved it, and it was nice we could have our dog there. It would be really nice if there was a hot tub and even though the temperatures are not as high up there, kids would love some kind of water feature. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Very clean. Stayed in cabin with AC. Bathrooms are always spotless and showers are very clean! I loved the complimentary coffee in the AM. Cute little cafe right down the road! Awesome campground!!

I stayed in a cabin that was right next to the entrance and frontage road. It was noisy. The restrooms were a long up hill walk away from the cabin.

Wonderful campground only about 10 miles from Santa Fe. Super clean grounds with nicely spaced sites. The owners were incredibly friendly and working hard to make your stay memorable. Absolutely staying here again!!
