Very friendly and efficient check-in. They promptly led us to our campsite. Campsite is clean. Fellow campers are quiet. Would be a good place to view stars if it wasn't rainy season. They are in a cellular dead zone, but they compensate with free WiFi, a specific cellular hot spot they mark on their map, and an open pay phone if that's needed. Easy highway access.

Did not disappoint…the care and detail. Michelle was amazing and her customer service top notch. Clean bathrooms, level sites, and great location.

The hosts were helpful and accommodating. The campground was clean and not too closely packed in. We had a great time! Our only negative comment was the smell of the lagoon, which they said they were working on.

We did not end up staying. The moment we hooked up strong sewage odor pored threw our rv. We thought it would air out. Took my son the bath house and both women and men’s bath house were over flowing with sewage. Called the evening host and she could not help me because she was not available. We had no choice but to leave and get a hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful except only once. Grounds clean and well maintained. Restrooms clean and well maintained. Camp store well stocked with necessary items. Pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Smelled like open sewer a lot of the time… enough to keep us indoors in the a/c when we really wanted to have the windows open so we could breathe FRESH air.

Friendliest group I have ever in-countered. Clean, or really immaculate park. I would definitely stay here anytime I could. We had a blast in the local area as well.

Utilities are good and space width is sufficient. Needs more gravel to reduce dust and mud. Kind of challenging for big rigs.

My only issue was the smell of the sewage holding pond about 100’ from my campsite. Whew!

Santa Fe KOA is a terrific campsite. Very clean with lots to do in the camp grounds, but even more to do in the surrounding area. We will visit again!

The campground and staff were great, but we were situated on the east side next to the sewage treatment pond and the smell was horrendous! It made your nose burn, even inside our trailer. All the campers next to us were complaining as well and wanting to move or check out. I would only recommend this KOA if you can ensure you are nowhere near the East fence.

Great stay. The park is very clean and ran very well. The new owners have the place running smoothly. The park is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. This campground is a great stop with plenty to see and do in the area. I had the opportunity to talk to the new owners and they have lots of good improvement ideas that will make the park even better in the future.

What a delightful spot. Possible our favorite KOA evrt. We had to check in late but when we arrived our map was ready with directions. As an extra touch, a card with our name was also on the power box to assure we were in the right place. Everything was super clean! I even used the grill they provide as it was in great condition. The staff were wonderfully friendly to us and our dogs.

Very family oriented. Very clean showers. About 20 minutes from old town Santa Fe. We do not tow a car and we’re in a 24’ C RV. Can drive it easily into town but prefer to stay hooked up. So, Uber worked great!

We had planned to go to Steamboat Springs, but due to fires there, we made a last minute change and travelled to Santa Fe. Shelby was very friendly and effective at helping us find a spot at the KOA. We appreciated the trees and how secluded the KOA felt. The store, facilities, and amenities were great. The WiFI coverage was a challenge--even sometimes in the cell phone hot spot area.

The staff was the most pleasant and accommodating. Beautiful location, great internet, clean restrooms. And clean RV park with many fun amenities. We'll be back!!!

The staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful and freindly. They made you feel like you had known them for years. the facilitys and park were the cleanest I have seen. I will be returning for future stays.

Nice and very clean! We had a nice stay the KOA was close to Santa Fe for daily adventures. It was just my husband and I. Not a great place for kids. Small playground and no swimming pool for guest but there was a pool for staff. Game room is more for teens and not for young kids. There was some kind of stinky pool next door. I would not like to camp on that side. The camp had nice shade.

The staff were pretty accomodating considering how needy we were (RV troubles forced us to change all of our reservations). The place is very nicely kept. Nice dog park, lovely sites. I even used the laundry! Looking forward to returning some time!

One of the best KOAs we have ever been too. We would definitely return as a destination instead of just an overnight stay. Well maintained, friendly staff and just a beautiful campground.

Very nice campground, the front desk said they were proud of their bathroom and they are right to be proud of it. It was extremely clean. Spot was nice and level. All workers were polite and informative. The location of the campground was nice and felt safe. And the park was very fun for the kids. The game room was decorated very well.

I'm from Houston so I thought the camp and site were super pretty. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that part if the camp had a funky smell like sewage. The RR and showers were neat, but also smelled like sewage.

Wonderful campground only about 10 miles from Santa Fe. Super clean grounds with nicely spaced sites. The owners were incredibly friendly and working hard to make your stay memorable. Absolutely staying here again!!
