We had no phone service. The lady at the front desk was rude. She parked us against a giant shed and we couldn’t see out of our RV. They have water issues and the laundry was closed. Water pressure low. The cable was terrible. It was 11 miles from Santa Fe.

Excellent. Restrooms and showers are clean. Staff is helpful, professional and friendly. The spaces can be a little tight, as the property is compact, but the location is convenient and the staff is great about helping to navigate the park. Overall, I recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay in this KOA Campground. It had everything that you would expect from a KOA. Very nice and friendly staff. We would use this campground in the future The Burrells from Bogart Georgia ����������

The staff was excellent. The reservation woman did all she could to get us a full week, when only 4 days was available and called us back the next day to apologize that she could not find one. We let them know that the cable was fuzzy, so the connector was changed out, but it still was bad. But we did fine with just regular TV instead. We liked the nice large site and it was level. We had

Nice place in all of the expected KOA ways, with these exceptions. We got the last site, a 30A pull through. We have a 50A rig, so I carefully watched the panel while making sure to stay below 30A. No-load voltage was 123V, but as load was added it rapidly dropped, as low as 107V at 27A. Also, wifi signal was strong but often without Internet availability. Verizon cell coverage is also very poor.

It was a planned over night stay on our trip . We planned on laundry time before our next stop but we’re notified when we arrived that laundry was closed. We would have appreciated advance notice so we could have adjusted our plans.

The campground and bathrooms were was clean. A lot of trees made for some good New Mexico ambiance. And the staff was absolutely helpful. They even tried to assist me with a repair I needed to get done. Even though it didn’t get repaired, they made sure I could get ahold the people who could do the repair. I’m so relieved there are still places that give quality customer service. Thank you.

We stayed in site D-1 which had the patio w/ Weber propane grill, firepit, table w/ chairs, and bench. It was very nice and spacious. Everyone here that we spoke to was extremely nice (campers and employees). Our space was almost perfectly level. Power, water, sewer connections were good. We did not use the WIFI, as our AT&T hotspot was very fast (126 Mbps). Great campsite.

Spacious site, friendly and helpful checkin process, bathroom was clean and easily accessed from our site. WiFi was fine in general. Some issues at times and the area surrounding the KOA doesn't get great signal. Quiet, respectful campers

Very nice place. Staff is kind. Kevin was very helpful and friendly!:). Only complaint is we couldn’t charge our Tesla for a reasonable price. Their fee was $50 for one charge which is way above what it would cost. $15-$20 would be reasonable given we wouldn’t be charging from 0-100%. We only needed a small top off that would cost $7-12 at a charging station; the closest one is 25 mins a

2 Days to enjoy Santa Fe. Really enjoyed it. Check out Arable Restaurant nearby. Awesome. Dog barking is an issue. WTH? Should be an easy fix. Park is nice. Flat spot. Staff was very nice. Book early if you want a site with sewer.

Office staff GREAT. New washing machines. Lots of construction noise until 9 pm and barking dogs on nearby properties. Bathrooms clean with nice tiled showers. Will stay again.

Wonderful campground only about 10 miles from Santa Fe. Super clean grounds with nicely spaced sites. The owners were incredibly friendly and working hard to make your stay memorable. Absolutely staying here again!!
