This camp ground is stellar! I had a peaceful enjoyable stay. The staff working were polite and helpful. The washrooms are spotless. I’ve been to 4 KOA’s and this one is by far the best.

This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful. The grounds are kept very well and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The location is beautiful and it has all of the amenities you could ever need. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful campground, very clean, and very well kept. Everything about the KOA is beautiful, except the owner attitude. Washrooms and showers are strictly forbidden to any person that has a hard top camper, no matter how small your private washroom is, you use the pool, no showers afterward, use the laundry, no washroom. Use the kids play area, no washroom. For that reason alone, No recommendatio

Info re facilities clearly indicated on the reservation page. We appreciate everyone using their own facilities during covid and allowing guests in tents and cabins to use the common facilities. We hope to lift this at the start of Stage Three of the government lockdown. Guest stayed twice in 2 wks.

with 5 people staying in a small trailer I was disappointed we were not allowed to use the bathrooms and shower facilities.

Washrooms are reserved for those guests in tents and cabins, in order to keep people safe during covid, with fewer people in a common area. We do ask guests with an RV to please use their own facilities, and we thank everyone for their understanding during these times.

We really like this campground and have been staying there almost annually for the last many years. This last experience was a little disappointing regarding the internet and the cable TV feed which we only started. We like to be able to get news feed from either. The internet would work only very late at night, we suspect too many logged on and the cable TV feed had only one functioning channel.

We're sorry you experienced this. We have had no issues with either the cable or the internet at all. Had this been reported to us while here, we would have gladly helped with your set up. Wifi had 1,116 gb transferred while you were here (which is a fraction of availability), with 99.99% uptime.

One of the very best campgrounds we’ve been fortunate to stay at. Very quiet, beautiful dog park and play, nice trails and very well run! Due to Covid19 protocols we were unable to use the pool or washrooms however that did not take anything away from this top rating. We hope to stay longer on our return trip through.

Les sites pour les tentes sont petits, et n'offrent que peu d'intimité. Peu entretenus. Ce n'est pas fait pour des ceux qui campent sous la tente sans services. Aucune surveillance des heures de couvre-feu. Certains campeurs sont très bruyants. Par contre, les sanitaires sont bien entretenus.et propres.

This is a very nice, clean and friendly camp ground. The people who run this place work hard and it shows. The bathrooms are spotless. Having a rv power wash station was a bonus. The camp grounds themselves are well taken care of. There something for everyone... to do and enjoy. I was very impressed with staying at this KOA in Sault Ste. Marie. and I definitely would recommend this KOA!!

Beautiful campground but questioning why we had to pay a holiday rate at a Canadian campground on a Sunday night which was the Fourth of July. The borders are closed and we only checked in Sunday night for three days. I was out and needed to use the bathrooms. I tried to get in but could not and front office was closed. Other camper would not give me the code. Seems a bit strict.

Loved our 2nd stay…had such a good time last year we couldn’t wait until this years visit. My only negative was I really disappointed with the fire wood…little/thin logs and burned in no time. But all in all great time…see you in 2022

Other than the awkwardly arranged fire pit location that seemed to be on our neighbours site- the stay was perfect! Friendly staff. Amazing amenities! We stayed for 2 nights.

It’s a nice campground; our site was very tight to the site next to us but there are bigger sites, book early for those . We weren’t allowed to use the showers because we had a trailer. (Locked and only for tenters) We didn’t have sewer service on our site, so it would have helped to use the bathrooms/showers to help avoid having to empty tanks midstay as we were supposed to be there a wee

Early reservations are highly recommended. The Canada Day weekend is a very busy time, and guests should book as early as possible in order to secure their preferred site type. We appreciate everyone's understanding with the extra precautions taken during covid times.

We have stayed here on other occasions while passing through on the way out west. Always a good stay and appreciate how well kept the property is. This is my favourite KOA overall.

It was a really good stay but we had a situation with another camper on our last night and we didn't know who to contact or how to deal with it. We actually felt unsafe at one point. A neighbour was blasting music until at least 11, he was extremely intoxicated and it took several visits to him from several campers (as well as several screaming matches) before he turned it down.

We're very sorry you had that experience. When we patrolled the park at 11, all was quiet. No one advised us that there was a problem until the next morning, or we would have looked after it immediately. We hope you will return again, to see that this is completely out of character for this park.

Absolutely beautiful campground. Very warm and inviting. All the amenities you dream of. The owners definitely went the extra mile. We arrived late and they kept the pool open an extra hour so my kids could enjoy it. Would definitely visit again.

The stay was great. Only gave a 4-4.5 because the grass on the site was not cut prior to check in and was not attempted to be cut during our stay. Lawn was overgrown. We will be back again as we really enjoy the campground.

We try not to mow sites when guests are on site so as not to disrupt. We do not allow grass to become overgrown though.

Lovely park. Neat, tidy, very clean. Pull thru 50/30 full service lot way too short and narrow. Good for overnight stay not the 4 days we booked. Had to pull so far forward we had to disconnect. Trees both sides of lot. Even pulled up could not open canopy more than 3 feet. Told should have booked earlier for better lot. Was 6 wks not enough? Owner like a Drill Sargent. KOA VIP member in 2020.

Booking calendar for the '21 season opened last summer therefore many site types were already full by early spring. We offered suggestions of where to park RV on site for various slideout/awning positions, but guest didn't want assistance. 32' trailer and truck were on a site 90' in length.

My husband and I stayed for 5days and absolutely loved it.We had so much fun.It is the best place that caters to your dogs which is absolutely wonderful great job Bill and Joan we'll be back for sure.

I'm not really fond of 'chain" campgrounds but this one was really great. They really take good care of the place and seem to really take pride in the place. Very clean. If you have a dog, they have a playground, agility course, and even a salon for dogs.
