Friendly staff. Very helpful. We had a mix up with our date due to COVID but staff accommodated us. Grounds are clean. Extra charges for niceties such as trailer wash, wood, etc but which weren't included in nightly fee. You would pay for those on the street anyway. Strict visit policy due to COVID-19. Very clean place.

Excellent customer service. Sites were the cleanest we have seen. K9 area was spotless and made our furry family members very happy.

The staff was very efficient during check in. The campground was very well kept, and good activities for the children. The best was when our van broke down an hour away and my towing service would not help arrange a way back. I spoke with the owner who phoned a taxi service who came and picked us up. Later that night he phoned to make sure we were back safe. I am for ever great full for his help

We found your KOA camp quite accessible to the Sault Ste Marie down Town section and Hyw. 17 East or West.. Very important for us when we travel. Enjoyed Stress free Covid Camping in your clean, accommodating and friendly KOA ,Thank You

This is a very clean and well-managed facility. Not that I have stayed at a great many KOA campgrounds (3 to be exact), but this one is far and away the best. I was travelling alone on this trip but I can see that there are many facilities for families with children. Also, the location is very close to Sault Ste. Marie, making it an excellent place to stay for visitors to that small city.

In a world gone crazy with COVID 19, Bill and Joan made us feel very comfortable and safe during our stay. It was an oasis in the middle of all the craziness. Thank You, and we will see you in the spring.

The trip was our 1st time to Sault Ste Marie. Hosts Bill & Joan were wonderful, ensuring we had all we needed recommending some amazing local sites and Bush Plane Museum was a highlight! Their KOA was meticulously maintained and our dog Gemma was in doggy heaven! it won't be our last visit for sure Oh and the fall colours on the trees spectacular ���

Gorgeous campground! Extremely clean and well maintained. Very pet friendly, both dog play areas had good fencing so our 6 pound dog could not escape, and our large dog enjoyed the obstacles. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

This has everything that we want at a KOA. Very pet friendly. Lot's to do. Great scenery. A wonderful place for Kids to play and explore.

This is truly a full service campground. Pool, mini-putt, dog park, gazebo, well-stocked store and even an RV wash. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Definitely coming back!!!

Terrific place. Beautifully kept. The owners dogs were a treat. People were friendly. We live on a large acreage with our closest neighbours 500 metres away so we expected a cramped feeling. It certainly was not cramped.

This is fourth time we have stayed at this koa. As always it sets the standard all should be judged on sites always impeccable . Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Owner came out to assist is in getting in to our spot. And helped us with a vehicle breakdown. Even though we were late arriving . Will definitely be back

Campground was very nice. However, if campers cannot use facilities, such as bathrooms, at the campground, then, it should be cheaper to stay there instead of charging full price.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Washroom facilities are for tenters and those in cabins only. Guests with their own facilities, such as this guest, are requested to use their own washrooms in order to reduce the risk of contact with others, for the protection of everyone. We are doing our part to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

sites need to be re-graded and most likely raised to prevent flooding and new gravel needs to be laid down so that rain does not create mud

We had three days of torrential rain. We were fortunate to be able to offer a site to our guests at all.

Even though it rained we still enjoyed getting out for a walk and checking things out. Such a gorgeous spot and with all of the fall colours coming in it is breathtaking. It was our first trip with our new travel trailer and it was an amazing one!

Despite the cold weather, we had a wonderful time staying in one of your rustic cabins, it was very warm and quite comfortable. The bathrooms and grounds were extremely clean and well looked after. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a memorable time.

My husband and I stayed for 5days and absolutely loved it.We had so much fun.It is the best place that caters to your dogs which is absolutely wonderful great job Bill and Joan we'll be back for sure.

I'm not really fond of 'chain" campgrounds but this one was really great. They really take good care of the place and seem to really take pride in the place. Very clean. If you have a dog, they have a playground, agility course, and even a salon for dogs.
