Short and sweet. Close to the highway. On my way early. Greeted in the parking lot by a friendly young lady that informed me the power was out. Took me to my site and it was back on by the time I got my generator going. My second stay here, there'll be more

In spite of Covid, check in went smoothly a d I was still escorted to my site. Tucker, my dog, loved your doggie runs and made good use of it while he had his little puppy fit. If ever I'm through the Sault again, I 'll be ba k �

Great very well maintained campground. Very friendly and Knowledgeable staff and often found grooming the campgrounds. Lots of activities for everyone including pets. Highly recommended with top marks. Great job Sault Ste Marie KOA

You came highly recommended by Bob and Mary-Anne Boulet. We were not disappointed, we had a great time despite the not so perfect weather. Clean, relaxed environment, great trails for us and our pooch. We also had fun taking advantage of Kamp K-9, where our novice Neeko figured out the course quite quickly it was a great exercise for both him and I.... :) Will definitely visit again!!

Campsite was emasculate ,the staff were super friendly and helpful.my dogs love it their ,the dog facility’s are superb even the dog washing station ,when ever I am passing through i will time it so i can stay there stay there

First time staying at a KOA. First time with a 5th wheel. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Great place for dogs. Look forward to coming back.

The check in process on both of our nights was seamless and the staff were friendly. However, the campfire wood we obtained was wet and the kindling was big. Our first night's stay was a more private location than our second night, even though there were 2 sites beside us (for tents) that were not used. Too bad we weren't able to choose the site upon arrival since 3 sites were empty.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Guests are welcome to request a different site upon arrival. If there is availability to move, we will gladly do so. Often times though, sites that appear to be empty have a reservation coming in. Guest was put on a site near playground for the enjoyment of their five children.

Very large potholes when entering the park, large rocks everywhere to hit. Nice staff and excellent WIFI.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have had torrential downpours lately, and they create havoc with the driveway. We are awaiting the grader to repair. Large rocks are placed to prevent guests from driving over grass. No chance of hitting them if you drive on the roads.

Very clean. Nice spot. Cable should include full channels and wifi could be vastly improved. Overall, a great spot to get out and explore. Easy access. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy highway access. Nice and quiet at night.

We are only able to offer the cable channels that are offered by our cable provider...26 channels. If we had known that you were experiencing difficulty with your wifi, we could have assisted; we have excellent wifi.

Noisy people after midnight behind us. Parks could use a night security to watch for noisy people. Lost a night sleep

Bill and his staff are top rate. Our stay at KOA SSM was memorable and we will be back next season. Superb amenities and couldn’t be cleaner. Special shout out to Bill, Max, Mike and Caytlin for going out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you Geoffrey, Lucas, Kingston, Moose and Ziggy �

This was our very first camping trip and our official honeymoon... we lucked out with this KOA, reserving was a breeze, staff was very kind and helpful, the accommadations for us and our dogs was wonderful, dogs got a bath and lots of running room. It was a little sad because the Covid stopped us from totally using the park facilities, but there is always the next time and there will be a next.

Probably the best KOA we have stayed at. Clean and modern, lots of amenities. We stayed only I night and in a cabin. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

it was our first time at a KOA so I had no idea what to expect. Our arrival was greeted by a super friendly person. We got escorted to our site by another very friendly person.We only had a very short one night stay but it was very clean and organized. If I had to do it again, I would request a site with a little more privacy if there was one. The campers around us were very very nice.

The staff and accommodations were great .The one thing I would recommend is to stop allowing fires at each site .It creates too much smoke when the site are so close together .This is a common problem at all RV camp grounds and should be stopped .You can’t open windows and doors because all you smell is smoke ,it can be 80- 90 degrees out and they still have their fires .

Main driveway needs maintenance/repair

We've had extremely heavy rain recently and it leaves ruts in the driveway. Repairs are made as soon as possible following the downpours. Roads are graded regularly.

My husband and I stayed for 5days and absolutely loved it.We had so much fun.It is the best place that caters to your dogs which is absolutely wonderful great job Bill and Joan we'll be back for sure.

I'm not really fond of 'chain" campgrounds but this one was really great. They really take good care of the place and seem to really take pride in the place. Very clean. If you have a dog, they have a playground, agility course, and even a salon for dogs.
