Morning: Start your day with a trip to a true Alaskan icon: Exit Glacier. Located just a short drive from the campground, this is one of the most accessible glaciers in the world. Enjoy a scenic, 1.5-mile walk on the Exit Glacier trail to get an up-close view of the glacier's face. Best of all? This incredible experience is one of the best free things to do in Seward!
Afternoon: Head into downtown Seward to soak up the local culture. Stroll along the waterfront, watch the fishing boats come and go in the harbor, and browse the unique shops and art galleries. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon without spending a dime.
