Halloween weekend. It was very well organized and safe. Camper spots were spaced very well. A little expensive but well worth the money a few times per year especially if you have children.

Beautiful grounds, Great owners and Nice staff! There’s something to do for all ages, crafts, putt putt, several kids play areas, so much fun! Or, just kick back and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings!

Every year for the past 6 years, our entire family camps together at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. We return every year because it is by far the best campgrounds we have ever been to. The employees are incredible, the sites are beautiful and the cafe (if you want a great meal or adult beverage) are so awesome! The family events are so much fun. Have already booked for next year! See you in 2021!

The cabin we stayed in was very nice , comparable to other koa cabins we have stayed at. Two observations: why were all the window / door stickers from when they were installed still all half stuck on .. Do you have old half scrapped stickers on your windows? There was a moldy Tupperware container in the kitchen.... gross....... Thanks Ken

During this stay the Shelby KOA celebrated Halloween! There were activities planned for all day Saturday, with a very well attended trick or treat throughout the campground. The caramel apples were great (next time we'll try the dumplings)!!

The staff was friendly, the activities fun. Our cabin was clean and nice, but the floor by the side door was very soft and you could tell it had some minor damage. Overall, we would go back but try a different cabin.

Staff was friendly upon initial arrival. Being guided by a golf cart directly to our site was a great touch! Site was clean and met needs. Amenities were fantastic. Something for all ages. The holloween activities were especially enjoyable. My family has only camped at a few campgrounds, but this has by far been the best!

The staff is wonderful and the grounds are well taken care of. Everything is so clean. This is by far our favorite place to camp. We love all the activities and the themed weekends. We would highly recommend this KOA to anyone.

Always fantastic! The staff is great...friendly and knowledgeable! Garry and Vickie are hard working and set the example for their associates. This is our favorite KOA and we’ve stayed at many.

Our group of 3-5 families likes camping here, however are getting very frustrated with the bad wi-fi and cell phone reception. We are hoping they consider soon spending some money to a long overdue upgrade. Other KOAs, Jellystone and other places we camp, have much better wi-fi or cell reception, making us possibly reconsider planning for next season. Please invest in improvements.

Nice sites with an awesome camp store! Plenty to do for the young and young at heart. Pricey, but buy one/get one weekends help.

Favorite campsite around. The staff is friendly and lots of kid friendly activities. The Kafe is terrific with a full menu. Totally recommend the donuts.

We came with friends and the staff got us on wonderful sites, close together. They were very friendly. The campground was well kept and clean. It is out in the country so it was quiet. There were many amenities that came with the fee such as bikes, pool, hot tub, shuffle board, fishing, really too many to list them all.

We love staying at the Shelby KOA. We have stayed several times. The only complaint that I have is that the WiFi is not very good at all.

We had the best weekend of the entire summer this past weekend. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Our site was the nicest we have stayed on ever. We will return again.

We always love our stay at this KOA. The staff is friendly and the facilities are beautiful and clean. There are so many activities for the entire family and my kids look forward to camping there every time!

First, I was either overcharged/mischarged. They claimed the amount paid when I booked wasn't enough and I would have to pay extra if I wanted to stay. They removed the $20 discount and added on a $40 charge. Second, they advertise wi-fi which technically has a signal, but ABSOLUTELY ZERO internet service. I am a computer tech and tried 3 different devices. Second year in a row for BOTH PROBLEMS.

Everything was perfect. I am in the middle of chemotherapy treatments and I was looking for an easy to navigate cabin to stay a couple of nights in. This place hit it out of the park with the comfort level. My wife also suffers from a disability and it was great for her too! The service and amenities offered were just what we needed to make our stay a truly relaxing experience.

The bouncy pillow inflatable on the playground is a staple for youth and adults alike. ‘Log’ cabin was a superb home away from home. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of events for the family.

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
