Everything was great but I would like two and three wheel bikes. Easy to get around in . With a basket. I like going up front to buy stuff. Plus good exercise, plus talk to other campers. Golf carts are nice to, some people afraid to drive them. We had a great time �

Very clean, had some issues with bees and nests in many places by the cabins, porch’s, railings etc.. very friendly people Would like to see more activities for the kids

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lots to do and super clean especially during this covid pandemic it made us feel safe. Very family oriented campground. Great place to camp!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Our cabin was beautiful and spotless! So much for the kids to do. We had fun swimming in theIr clean, warm pool as well as playing putt putt on their nice course. The kids enjoyed playing at all their playgrounds. I can’t say one bad thing about the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!!

We love this campground! It is always clean and quiet. All of the employees are nice and super friendly. We definitely recommend staying here and yes we will be back!

Staff is all friendly and helpful, grounds and campsites are very well cared for, beautiful flowers, activities were fun for adults as well as kids, pool is clean and refreshing.

Amazing!! Activities galore! The staff were very friendly. There were seating areas everywhere and it was very very clean. I have 4 children and we had non-stop fun!!

Second time staying we love it everyone is so nice especially all the teens working always smiling �. Great place for entire family. Kept clean and Rib dinner we had Saturday night was great. We will be back.

Not much privacy, toilet broken, called office to fix, they said they would send someone but no one ever came. Lots of other vacation options for the price.

Stayed in many KOA's over the years, this is a very clean well maintained campground, with lots of things to do, grandkids enjoyed themselves. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The campground is beautiful and extremely well kept. All amenities were open and following COVID 19 guidelines. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We really enjoyed our camping experience. Our first time out in our new camper. The staff was amazing & Amy was so helpful & acomadating every time we needed assistance. I can't say enough to express how much your customer service meant to us being first timers at KOA. Our 4 year old granddaughter had a wonderful time. We look forward to our next camping trip to your KOA. Thank you so much.

We stay at Shelby at least once a year usually more. It’s a couple hours from our home and one of our favorite KOAs. It’s clean, quiet, and staff are always so friendly. Already booked another week in October.

Everyone working the days of our stay from the office staff to the maintenance crews and the cleaning staff and the kafe staff were all great!! They all did a wonderful job of making my family feel welcome. We had a great time and my children didn’t want to leave! Thanks Shelby/Mansfield team!!!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at KOA Shelby/Mansfield. The campground was clean and the personnel were very nice and attentive. Before we left we booked two more weekends for this year.

We stayed in deluxe cabin - Log. When I reserved it, floor plan showed 3 beds in sleeping loft. It had 4 thin mats on floor. I have bruises from hitting ceiling beam as I tossed and turned on uncomfortable floor. It looked like RV sites were nice but I would not recommend this cabin.

We had a great time! My kids enjoyed all the amenities you had to offer, especially the paddleboats. The staff is friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the rain. We can't wait to go back!

We had fun and enjoy staying here, we have plans to camp here a few more times this year. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The camp grounds are clean and well kept.

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
