Very peaceful and fun! Lots to do for kids. We will bring our grandkids back sometime. If not, for sure we will be back !! Very clean campground and friendly staff, all around GOOD ��

Everything in the park is great except for the pool it was cloudy with floating hair and no chlorine smell at all

The amenities are great, a lot to do! Not a 5 star experience though. Our host, Melissa, the first night in was so sweet, helpful, and an extra set of eyes putting our rig in while in pouring rain at 9pm at night. The downside was we needed gravel and asked 2 times, Melissa asked if we got it, but it never was. Also the spot was really too small for our 30ft rig and had many low tree branches.

My husband & I are in our late 80's & rented our cabin so we could enjoy a couple of days in the great outdoors with our son & daughter-in-law which were in their motor home ( the Gibson's).The grounds were spotless & provided all that we needed. We would certainly recommend you to every one . I think it is nice to have some planned activities,as you do .

My daughter and I stayed the the Bunkhouse Cabin for our 2 night get away. The staff is always so helpful! The cabin was clean and had everything we would need! The only thing I noticed was the musty smell when we came in. The a/c was on and the cabin was cooled down. Maybe a humidifier before guest come or some plug in air fresheners would have been great.

It was okay, but did not add up to what I expected based on the advertising. There could be a very beautiful putt-putt course, but it was over grown with weeds and the water feature was not working at all and was full of direct a debris. The showers were nice, but the water was a train wreck. It was either scalding or freezing. Definitely a safety issue in my mind.

Nice place, but in the middle of nowhere. Wifi did not work; we had to use the hotspot of our cell phone.

My children had fun doing various activities all day long. Tent sites a little slim but we were barely at the site because we were having so much fun with all of the things to do on the property. A special shout-out to the young staff that were running activities. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I've been telling everyone how impressive KOA is. We've already booked our next visit!

I enjoy this campground very much when we come. However the top of the cabin we stayed in looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years with dead branches and debris from trees and leaves. The tree also needs trimmed back with overgrowth. The putt putt course had so much trash throughout , it needs some attention badly. All in all its a great KOA and these items are minor. We will be back again!

CLEAN AND WELL KEPT LODGING AND GROUNDS! HAD A SMALL CABIN AND IT WAS STOCKED LIKE CONDO WITH A FULL KITCHEN. DIDN'T NEED TO PACK THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO GO CAMPING, IT MADE IT MUCH EASIER. ALSO, WITH THE ON SITE RESTAURANT IF YOU FORGET BREAKFAST FOOD LIKE WE DID, YOU JUST ORDER AND NO WORRIES. THIS WILL BE OUR GO TO PLACE AS LONG AS IT REMAINS WELL KEPT AND UPDATED.

It’s a great campground. Vicky and Garry run a nice place with excellent staff- Melissa (2), Melanie, Andrew, Karl, etc-all fabulous! Love the all inclusive! Sites are extremely large and well maintained!! In order to go from great to unbelievable- just a couple items- pool deck needs swept clean before open daily- I saw same bandaid on deck 3 days in a row! The gazebo at fishing needs clea

My wife and I have watched this campground grow over a period of years. It used to be a reasonable priced campground but now due to its popularity the prices have raised considerable. Not sure if we will continue to come back because of this. Still a nice clean campground.

We loved the campground and atmosphere. The store is amazing! My only negative is that the mini golf was very weedy and none of the water features were operational. Otherwise we will definitely be back!

Wi-Fi was terrible. Besides the "free" pass code we had purchased 4 more. We have 3 android phones, 1 iPhone, 1 Vizio TV. When we checked in we had told the person what we had. Saturday morning we had informed the staff that we couldn't log into wifi, we were told that it wouldn't work on the TV. Couldn't get 3 of our phones logged in and then one we did, signal was poor so wifi didn't work.

I have stayed at the Shelby Mansfield several time I have enjoyed each stay so much that I have put my name on the list for a seasonal spot my wife's father and mother have been seasonal for a long time unfortunately my father-in-law passed about 10 years back but he loved it there and my mother-in-law is still there. The owners Gary & Vickie are hard working and very nice and Amy is great.

With this being my first experience with KOA, I thought that it is a very well kept grounds, the staff was super friendly, lots of activities and enjoyed the wine and cheese tasting.

Sites were spacious and staff was nice. Half of the squirter boats didn't work when we wanted to use. The campground is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay!!

Cabin wasn’t super clean when we checked in. The futon mattress was gross. The overall appearance seemed really run down than it was a year ago.

Excellent KOA for families. Had a hard time with the showers getting hot water and didn't like the push button for water. My rating would have been a 4.5, but it had to be a 4 or a 5. The wine slushees are a must!

We always heard about the Shelby KOA, now we know why. This is a beautiful, friendly, immaculately maintained camp ground. We had a branch in your awning, about 10 minutes after I talked to a young lady behind the counter it was gone! There's a pool, playgrounds, tennis court, cornhole, and beautiful landscaping. We'll.be back! ��

This was the second time we have stayed here. First was the Log which we liked then 2 time at the buckeye, even loved this cabin even more. Such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere and such a friendly staff. Lots to do for the Kids also. Highly recommended.

We love this place. Everyone I friendly. The campground is clean and very well kept. The sites are very spacious.

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
