This is a very clean and very nice place they have activities for both the kids and adults and the staff here is like no other place they are friendly and very helpful

The amenities and the campground itself were wonderful. In fact, they are comparable to Disney's Fort Wilderness - a HUGE complement, as I am a Disney fanatic. However, the staff - from the front desk, to the Kafe, to the maintenance staff - were not friendly or welcoming. We felt that we were a bother rather than a welcomed guest.

It was very enjoyable I stayed in the Venus your tent the only issue I had is how hot the year gets during the day when the sun is right above it a suggestion would be a tarp over the sky light for the hot summer months to save on your electricity bill

Your KOA is a wonderful place that was very clean and well taken care of. It was a great time away. I was a little disappointed that we had to wait until our check in time even thought no one was using the camp site we were staying on but that might have been in light of COVID-19 as we have be able to check in early at all campground we have ever stayed at. Thanks for maintaining a great place!

The Shelby KOA is always a great stay. The owners, Garry and Vicki, set the expectation and example. It is ran well and all that workers there are friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Second year coming and already booked for next year. Even got 4 other families to book. Only two suggestions would have the chocolate slip slide wasn’t as good this year as last year. Barely any chocolate or water. The front piece was bunched up causing kids to trip. I had to go over and fix it. Think only two bottles of wine is good for dinner. Give more people chance w

Air conditioning for a $1000 cabin was horrible. It was 90 degrees in our cabin the whole three days. They did try and help but it didn’t work. Events were not properly handled. Not enough supplies for people that wanted to do activities. They had fireworks on the 2nd of July but none on the actual 4th. Just very unorganized and no communication.

The Mansfield Shelby KOA seems to nickle and dime I didn’t like the fact that I was charged a fee for early check in and not told about it and at a time like this there was no social distance. The seasonal campers appears to not have to follow rules

Staff were great. Plenty of activities for kids. Clean and well cared for. Food in the restaurant however is sorely lacking. Besides the ice cream none was edible. Threw away nachos supreme- pitched BBQ tots (no Cole slaw available for the top) they didn’t tell us that until they brought it out. Fries were severely undercooked. Chicken Wings were burned The first time we got them. Etc.

Stayed 7 days and the park is amazing. Owners have really designed the landscaping and flowers beautifully and there is a wide array of things to do. One of the owrers talked with us for awhile in the snack bar and was quite nice. We just finished a short stay in their new parked just opened this weet in Mt. Giliead, Darrell James, Grove City, OH

GREAT fireworks. Kafka had a tremendous amount of choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and adult drinks. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Pool, golf carts and common areas clean and well kept.

Beautifully maintained, huge sites, lots of amenities. Everything was open even with Covid-19...thought that was odd. Didn’t see any extra cleaning of shared bikes/boats but we didn’t partake in any of that so maybe. They should have hand sanitizer out for use. People super friendly. Fresh donuts awesome. Big enough to enjoy lots of walking.

We loved the Kamping Kabins at this KOA. Super close to bathhouse/restrooms and fishing lake, well shaded, very clean and super comfy beds. The camp store is quite impressive, the best we’ve seen. We look forward to a return visit!

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
