This was our 4Th. year at the Shelby KOA and have been very happy with everything. Employees have been very nice and the whole campground looked great and very clean . Already reserved a cabin fir next July 4th week. �

The two cabins were perfect sizes for our family and the outdoor space (and weather:) made for lovely evenings.

Great place to stay, staff go out of their way to help. it was a holiday weekend, they were booked but when you went to the office/store they would treat you like there was no one else around.

We really like the campground but think it’s ridiculous how we were charged extra for 2 of us. We only had 4 people for our site. I realize that we stayed over a holiday weekend but to be charged extra for 5 of 7 days is a bit much. Other campgrounds don’t do that. We will likely not stay again. We ended up paying $825 for one week, never again!!

Had a great time, even though it rained lost days. Used the pool and hot tub, played putt putt, wine bingo and just hung out at the campsite. Enjoyed an awesome fire works display Saturday evening too! We really had a nice, laid back and relaxing week!

You guys were awesome from top to bottom. From inside the office to the kids running out the firewood. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We will be back every year for indy weekend at Mid-Ohio. Thank you! The Vanco Family

This KOA, by far, is the best campground my family & friends have ever visited! Every single employee did an outstanding job, from the boy with the clipboard, to front desk, to trash, my all smiles, during a holiday weekend & their fireworks were really awesome! We will definitely be going back.

This is our third stay at Shelby/Mansfield KOA. We have really enjoyed it so far. This trip for the 4th of July just wasn’t as good. The older staff seemed very cranky and annoyed. Some of the activities were just lacking. The prices at the kafe are really steep. However, The fireworks display was one of the best we have ever seen!! We will most likely come back, but will probably wait a while.

All the sites need sewer. Dump station not possible to get to. Bad planning there Our CampSite was in front of kids playground. Our site was used as a major thoughfare to it.. Very poor site. Don't like new reservation system for next year. Prices too high already and now must pay reservation fee to get a site for next year. Great fireworks and will go back despite experience. Staff helpfu

The Badger Handicap Accessible Cabin was very nice for our daughter , who is in a wheelchair. We like the amenities , Golf cart rental. electric boats, putt - putt golf, fishing . Very well kept and landscaped , especially the beautiful flowers. Nice , helpful staff. Very nice camp store and cafe.

We had a blast, so much to do here! Only gave it a 4 because our cabin is in need of some upgrades as there is sagging paneling and some obvious water damage. We were only in the cabin to sleep, but for the money we spent nightly I really expected the upkeep in the cabin to be a bit better. Not all of the boats were in working condition. Not enough room here to say it all, but we'd come back!

We wanted a two-day get away close to home and Shelby KOA was the ideal spot. The landscaping was beautiful and everything was well maintained and very clean. The site was so level that set-up was quick and painless. There was plenty to do (even for 2 sr. citizens) and the food in the Kafe was great. Friendly people and a great time! We'll be back.

Awesome as always! Mr. & Mrs. Cole are the best as is Amy and their entire staff. Helpful, pleasant and always smiling! Campground is always clean look forward to 2022 and beyond!

The Staff is all super and friendly. Even the kids picking up garbage always greet you cheerfully as you walk by Everything is what you want and need. Wish the Internet was better but totally understandable considering location.

This was my first time staying in a cabin for the Great Dane show. While it was fantastic staying on site for the show, I will say the cabin was a little rough. A lot of dust, cob and the porch roof leaked rusty water into the porch. This leak was by the front door which prevented us from entering or exiting the cabin during the rain storm. Also no linens for the bunks.

I go here every year with my family and I love this vacation it is my favorite! So clean and such great people! The staff is amazing! Always so friendly and helpful! This is my favorite place! Thanks everyone at the koa shelby Ohio!

We were there for the dog show. Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was great and so was the ice cream. Grounds well kept.

Very clean very nice. Everyone is exceptionally nice. Ran out of propane and the owner help fill my tank no waiting around. Kid friendly. Cant say enough about this place other then come and stay and see for yourself.

This was a really nice campground and my family had a great time. The facilities were well stocked and clean and the community events were a lot of fun. Our dog especially loved the little dog lark. Our only issue was that the Wifi only worked if you were outside and near the pool - this made everything - from checking the weather to looking up community events - an arduous task.

Staff is so friendly and accommodating! Families have so many activities from which to choose. There is something for everyone. Cabins are clean and well stocked with necessities. This is the second time our extended family stayed here and we WILL be back!

Absolutely beautiful campground. This was our second time staying in a tent. We will definitely be back. Staff and overall service was great. May be a place for seasonal camping very soon.

Everyone who we interacted with was so nice and pleasant,the campgrounds are very clean with large lots pleanty of planed activites for all ages. Be sure to use Google maps, we were told this when we made reservations, it turns our our GPS (co-pilot) is not Google maps, We called the campground and they assisted us with directions on how to get there from where we were at.

We meet once a year with our daughters and their families at your campground. Everyone had only good things to say. You offer plenty of options of things to do so our grandkids were entertained the whole time. I love the geraniums and flowers throughout the campground. We had a great stay. Thanks!

While only there 1 night we were placed, after questioning by person signing us in, at avery quiet site away from noises of playgrounds and such. Beauiful farm field sights , and absolute quiet! Will recommend to traveling friends and family, and hope to return again in our USA adventures!

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
