Owner and staff were friendly. A charge of 40 dollars for early arrival was excessive. Facilities were clean and nice.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Our cabin was very clean and cozy. There was plenty for everyone to do. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back next year!

The campground was very nice and clean. Pool was nice, activities for the kids was nice and the store and food service were very reasonable. I rate this as a 3 because of the Bass cabin and golf cart rental. The cabin was clean, but the whole cabin wasn't level. There were nails sticking up at the bottom of the stairs and I slept down hill. As for the golf cart, rental should be for all day.

This was our first stay at this KOA and it was absolutely enjoyable. So much was included in the price and will definitely make this a yearly trip. We had some issues with other campers walking through out campsite and they staff was on it immediately. Thank you so much for the great memories!

My wife our kids our grandkids all loved everything about this place activities pool campground cabins and camping spots.We've stayed at a lot of campgrounds in our 60 some years one of the best.Thanks to you and your great staff.

I enjoyed my stay very much..the cabin my daughter's family was in had an issue with the air conditioning not working properly and the staff was so quick to bring a fan and a portable air conditioner...they just go above and beyond..we didn't get to see amy on this stay but the young girl that helped us was trained just as well and super friendly and helpful

Always a great time! The Kafe has great food and the staff very friendly. Cabins are comfy and clean. We had several different cabins with our family being so big and all were perfect for each of us. Amenities are great too! Two suggestions: 1. Please stock the lake better with fish so kids get that thrill of catching a fish. 2. Please move the mirror in cabin 2 to a different wall.

We were here 2 years ago for a family reunion and decided to bring our 2 grandkids back since there is do much to do! I really enjoyed the combination packet, we wore a yellow bracelet instead of buying each activity individually! So this stay was even better than the other 2 stays prior to this!!! Thanks for a great vacation!

We had fun, the grandkids absolutely love the campground and all the activities they have for them to participate in. The only disappointment they had was that the kids craft was making the same craft two days in a row. This campground is the best. Thanks for another great stay and we cannot wait to come back in September.

We had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately we were unable to use the GAGA pit, due to mud from rain and the jump pad was not working. The mini golf was a very nice course. Tie dye was wonderful. Adult craft a lot of fun. Pool was nice and clean. The Kafe workers seemed annoyed every time we ordered something and took a very long time to prepare the food, but the food we ordered was good.

The only complaint I would have is that everything in our yurt was covered in long black dog hair from the people that stayed before us clumps all over the floor and all over the bedding and the rug.. I swept really well on our first day but we couldn't avoid the hair because there was so much. Everything else was perfect.

We had a fantastic time and my son (12) had a blast on the jump pillow. The only thing I would say was the Kafe' was a bit disappointing. Service was less than desirable, the food was salted way to much for my taste, and I was never charged correctly usually paying more. That being said we had a wonderful time and will return.

My husband and I stayed in the Cozy Cabin, we enjoyed the cabin and the campgrounds immensely. The mattress on the bed was so comfortable, and the cabin was perfect for our needs. We have no complaints, the only thing we didn't care for was how close to your neighbors the sites are, they are packed in so tight in some places that you are looking out the window right into your neighbors windows.

The campground is wonderful! So much for kids to keep busy and have fun!! I will have to say that I was not impressed with the owner, Vicki. She approached me when I drove up and questioned me very rudely!! It was not a warm welcome at all! She needs to greet people with some respect! I was so excited to come and visit with my friend and then was so down when I was rudely greeted by Vicki! Rude!

Need to do some maintenance around the camp grounds the putt putt golf needs some work to make it nice again weeds and tree work around some of the flower beds

This was our 4Th. year at the Shelby KOA and have been very happy with everything. Employees have been very nice and the whole campground looked great and very clean . Already reserved a cabin fir next July 4th week. �

This KOA, by far, is the best campground my family & friends have ever visited! Every single employee did an outstanding job, from the boy with the clipboard, to front desk, to trash, my all smiles, during a holiday weekend & their fireworks were really awesome! We will definitely be going back.

The Badger Handicap Accessible Cabin was very nice for our daughter , who is in a wheelchair. We like the amenities , Golf cart rental. electric boats, putt - putt golf, fishing . Very well kept and landscaped , especially the beautiful flowers. Nice , helpful staff. Very nice camp store and cafe.

We had a blast, so much to do here! Only gave it a 4 because our cabin is in need of some upgrades as there is sagging paneling and some obvious water damage. We were only in the cabin to sleep, but for the money we spent nightly I really expected the upkeep in the cabin to be a bit better. Not all of the boats were in working condition. Not enough room here to say it all, but we'd come back!

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
