This was my first time staying in a cabin for the Great Dane show. While it was fantastic staying on site for the show, I will say the cabin was a little rough. A lot of dust, cob and the porch roof leaked rusty water into the porch. This leak was by the front door which prevented us from entering or exiting the cabin during the rain storm. Also no linens for the bunks.

I go here every year with my family and I love this vacation it is my favorite! So clean and such great people! The staff is amazing! Always so friendly and helpful! This is my favorite place! Thanks everyone at the koa shelby Ohio!

Staff is so friendly and accommodating! Families have so many activities from which to choose. There is something for everyone. Cabins are clean and well stocked with necessities. This is the second time our extended family stayed here and we WILL be back!

We had four cabins, one for grammy & grampy and the other three for our daughters and their famlies. It was a very fun trip. Lots for the kids to do.

We meet once a year with our daughters and their families at your campground. Everyone had only good things to say. You offer plenty of options of things to do so our grandkids were entertained the whole time. I love the geraniums and flowers throughout the campground. We had a great stay. Thanks!

It was the first camping trip for my kids and it couldn't have gone better. Lots of activities to keep us busy and everything was well organized. The campground was extremely well kept and everyone who was working were extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for a great Father's Day weekend!

Our third visit to KOA Shelby and had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend for our 13 family members with the 2 cabins near the lake. We will def be back.

We stayed in the Western cabin and loved it. The bed was comfortable, the propane grilled worked like a charm. The campground is clean and the staff are wonderful. We will be back.

I loved our stay at this resort. This was the3 rd time this year. Oct was such a beautiful month also to go with the trees changing color and it was in the 70s. The workers here are very Courteous and anything we ever need the right on it and bring it to us. So many things for the kids to do also and the cabins are so clean and cozy. Highly Recommend this to be your next vacation stay.

Our 10 person cabin was EXTREMELY SMALL. The activities were fun but too close together. Not enough time for adults and kids to have fun. Wish they were spread out more.

It was a wonderful as last year but had some flaws, did not notice on The bill When we checked in filled out paperwork and told them two did not come and we still got charged both nights for 5 kids but we had 3, also our grill did not work we had to use neighbors they came and worked on it didn’t do good for supper we had to go next door to use the grill again. And both faucets leak but good

The cabin we stayed in was very nice , comparable to other koa cabins we have stayed at. Two observations: why were all the window / door stickers from when they were installed still all half stuck on .. Do you have old half scrapped stickers on your windows? There was a moldy Tupperware container in the kitchen.... gross....... Thanks Ken

The staff was friendly, the activities fun. Our cabin was clean and nice, but the floor by the side door was very soft and you could tell it had some minor damage. Overall, we would go back but try a different cabin.

We always love our stay at this KOA. The staff is friendly and the facilities are beautiful and clean. There are so many activities for the entire family and my kids look forward to camping there every time!

First, I was either overcharged/mischarged. They claimed the amount paid when I booked wasn't enough and I would have to pay extra if I wanted to stay. They removed the $20 discount and added on a $40 charge. Second, they advertise wi-fi which technically has a signal, but ABSOLUTELY ZERO internet service. I am a computer tech and tried 3 different devices. Second year in a row for BOTH PROBLEMS.

Everything was perfect. I am in the middle of chemotherapy treatments and I was looking for an easy to navigate cabin to stay a couple of nights in. This place hit it out of the park with the comfort level. My wife also suffers from a disability and it was great for her too! The service and amenities offered were just what we needed to make our stay a truly relaxing experience.

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
