Always fantastic! The staff is great...friendly and knowledgeable! Garry and Vickie are hard working and set the example for their associates. This is our favorite KOA and we’ve stayed at many.

Our group of 3-5 families likes camping here, however are getting very frustrated with the bad wi-fi and cell phone reception. We are hoping they consider soon spending some money to a long overdue upgrade. Other KOAs, Jellystone and other places we camp, have much better wi-fi or cell reception, making us possibly reconsider planning for next season. Please invest in improvements.

Nice sites with an awesome camp store! Plenty to do for the young and young at heart. Pricey, but buy one/get one weekends help.

Favorite campsite around. The staff is friendly and lots of kid friendly activities. The Kafe is terrific with a full menu. Totally recommend the donuts.

We came with friends and the staff got us on wonderful sites, close together. They were very friendly. The campground was well kept and clean. It is out in the country so it was quiet. There were many amenities that came with the fee such as bikes, pool, hot tub, shuffle board, fishing, really too many to list them all.

We love staying at the Shelby KOA. We have stayed several times. The only complaint that I have is that the WiFi is not very good at all.

We had the best weekend of the entire summer this past weekend. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Our site was the nicest we have stayed on ever. We will return again.

Nice and clean. Lots to do for kids. Since we are retired, we don’t use those activities and the price seemed a little high for us. All & all, nice place.

Great campground. I was very disappointed with the WiFi service!!! Since you can only connect one device (cell phone) with each campsite, I decided to spend the extra 5 dollars so I could connect my cell phone to the WiFi. Neither one worked very well!!!! We got on and would continually get kicked off. It was very disappointing because I paid an EXTRA 5 dollars for something that didn’t work wel

Extremely neat and clean grounds , and store. Large grassy sites. No mud ! All pull thru sites with dual sewer hook ups. Very nice mini golf. Lots of activities. The front desk staff could not be any nicer. I love going here. They really make us feel welcomed. Great job all around

First time camping there and it won’t be the last! Very very nice place, well maintained, clean, and the staff is very friendly. We are glad we listened to others that have camped there.

Great as always! Easy Covid friendly check in. Watching the trees grow in section A and on back has been awesome...this area is getting more beautiful over last few years. Thank you for having such a beautiful KOA. A true KOA favorite�ϋ�����

This is our go to, favorite Ohio Campground. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Amy and the staff are always kind to us and makes us feel like we are at home with family. Love the patio sites and the great family events on the weekends.

We had a great time. My granddaughter loved the chocolate water slide, funtrain, zip line & all the rest. The staff was excellent. One young man in particular, Braden, was extraordinarily helpful everytime we encountered him. Thank you all from the Walker family.

The staff was great. Accommodated is very well. Even when we requested to move sites. A lot of amenities. The only negative was the kitchen. Very unorganized, slow and the food was subpar for breakfast on our way out. All in all a great trip. Will definitely return

Our granddaughter loves your koa & so do we. The staff is always courteous, respectful, kind & very helpful. Our experiences at your koa have been awesome. We're coming back for Labor day.

Beautiful well kept with lots of great amenities. Updated and full service Cafe and park. Great spaces. The one downfall would be internet service and if you wanted to try to teleworking for a longer stay would be huge issue. You can tell the owners really are passionate about their park. Kudos to them and their staff. One small call out staff needs to ensure everyone is wearing mask inside.

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
