Our favorite KOA only issue is the wifi..especially since I am a remote worker and the internet is mediocre at times. Otherwise we love this place and wish you had an opening for labor day

From the moment I checked in I knew I would have an amazing time. So much to do. Clean campground. Friendly staff. And I loved the pull thru spots. While there I booked my next adventure for two weeks later!!

Everything was fantastic! Rented a golf cart & the battery charge went down after two hours. They quickly exchanged it with the owners cart and extended our time. Our kids had a blast. They were none stop go from. 9am to 8pm. The sites were a little on the smaller side, not much privacy. Could hear each others conversations, that's how close we were. Overall definitely would come back!!!

The Shelby KOA is an incredible place for families. There is so much for the kids to do. Good old fashioned fun swimming in the pool, playing putt putt, paddle boarding/boating, and on the jump pillow where adults can act like kids again. We will be back!

My family loved your campground. I was looking for a nice pool and clean bathrooms. This place was amazing. I loved the lake with the boats. We bounced all night on the bounce pillow and my puppy enjoyed his first dog park. The staff was friendly and helpful! We will be back.

Electric not working at site, wasps in breaker box, deck in disrepair along with lots of nails/screw protruding up, site landscaping very poor and unsafe, security light not working in an area where it is necessary for safety. Brian and Melissa were very helpful with golf cart delivery/return which was highlight of my stay. Staff very courteous and welcoming. Lots of amenities for children.

Gary & Vickie are the Best Owner's of any KOA. There very friendly, they always have time to talk to you or help your any needs. Vickie goes way above & beyond to get you some Horse Radish for you're morning Bloody Mary's. They just the best owner & there staff are the friendlyest also

First time staying. Have to say we had a great stay. Lots of activity for kids and adults to participate in. Very clean bathroom showers and big selection in the store. Friendly staff all around great camping experience. We’ll be planning another trip there soon!!!

Park was spotless. We have an RV, so I did not check out the showers. My biggest complaint about this park was the internet. Not that I needed internet constantly, but what I did use was awful. You have to pay per device that you want to connect. Normally I just use my hotspot on my phone, but that wouldn't even work. So I paid for extra devices, but nothing would connect.

Amazing! This campground was BEAUTIFUL, clean, peaceful, and we never ran out of things to do. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Melissa who suggested the perfect campsite for our personalities. This KOA ticks all the boxes!

Getting to the campground was a fiasco because of a road closure. It is definitely a destination as it is not close to any major roads. Once there, the campground is nice, the premium sites are long and level. If you have kids, you will love it. Plenty to keep them busy.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. With three kids, we found there was so much for them to do over the weekend. The programming was great. The facilities were all very well kept. Our family will definitely be returning for another stay next summer.

We always enjoy our stay at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Amazing facilities that are always clean and well kept. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We keep coming back.

Amy and Melissa were superb, always quick to help us and our Winnebago group. Was surprised how fast service vehicles are driven within park and young age of children permitted to drive personal golf carts.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lots to do and super clean especially during this covid pandemic it made us feel safe. Very family oriented campground. Great place to camp!

Amazing!! Activities galore! The staff were very friendly. There were seating areas everywhere and it was very very clean. I have 4 children and we had non-stop fun!!

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
