Excellent KOA for families. Had a hard time with the showers getting hot water and didn't like the push button for water. My rating would have been a 4.5, but it had to be a 4 or a 5. The wine slushees are a must!

We always heard about the Shelby KOA, now we know why. This is a beautiful, friendly, immaculately maintained camp ground. We had a branch in your awning, about 10 minutes after I talked to a young lady behind the counter it was gone! There's a pool, playgrounds, tennis court, cornhole, and beautiful landscaping. We'll.be back! ��

We love this place. Everyone I friendly. The campground is clean and very well kept. The sites are very spacious.

We were disappointed with the condition of the dog park fencing. It appears like it might fall down in places and there some gaps that could allow smaller dogs to escape. We didn’t use it but I did see a dog get out of it one time. Otherwise no issues.

Big thanks to Amy she was kind and helpful. Everyone we ran into on staff was exceptional. Our site was clean and big enough for any rig. Ther was so many things for our youngsters to do, We will definitely stay again soon.

We love staying there! Went 2x this year. Some updating/upkeep on the playgrounds would be nice tho. And the landscape around the putt putt need work. We still have alot of fun!

The campground was very nice and clean. Where we stayed the spots where small and cramped once other campers came in for the weekend. It was nice and quite even during the busy weekend. We would come again but will reserve a bigger spot next time.

It was a Very Nice time. We had the last W/E site available for the long weekend. The BBQ Rib dinner and Wine&Cheese Party were great. We hope to return again next year.

We had a great weekend. This KOA is super clean and has many amenities! They have a full schedule of activities every day--we had so much fun! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this KOA for families looking for a wonderful getaway!!

Loved the site. With the corona virus we felt very protected and the view was wonderful. It was our first outing with our new dog and it was great not to be between other campers. Would reserve this spot again. We love coming to Shelby KOA.

We arrived on a Sunday and the major issue I had was one girl who was working with food was not masked, but everyone else was. When I ordered food I asked the girl to ask the one without the mask to mask up before making my food. The girl who didn't have a mask on couldn't believe I asked that and gave me a dirty look. I am diabetic and I am really trying to watch everything so I don't get Covid.

every thing about our sta nice, good food y was great, our campsite was great, we had a deluxe cabin, very nice, all staff were very nice to deal with, pool was great, kids really enjoyed swimming, boating, putt putt, gem mining, store was nice, restaurant was very nice with good food and service. We were here years ago and am very glad we came again, everything was great and we will come again.

The staff are so nice and wonderful very helpful and polite. Amy Taylor and Madison were the best.The owners are super friendly.Tons of stuff to do there. Everything was included except tye dye shirts which was super fun to make.Campsites were very clean so was the whole place.You occasionally ran into dog poop from people not picking up after there pets.But I only seen a couple spots. Loved it

Very clean park. Nice spacing between rv sites. Lots of activities to keep you busy. Very quiet and the sky at night is amazing.

We have stayed here numerous times and the reason for our continued returns are because the employees are awesome, the campgrounds are meticulous, and even tho the sites were all full and families are everywhere, it is very quiet, people are respectful, and every moment is enjoyable.

The ponds were great! Play yard and amenities were wonderful! Great activities for family. Only suggestion for improvement is consider cleaning pool more frequently...a lot of natural and people trash in the water. Kids would also like to see the electric paddle boats repaired. Great time overall!

We are a big family and it was our first camping trip. We had a great time. We enjoyed all the activities and didn't want to leave. Loved it so much we booked for october.

It was very nice. Staff members are very helpful and friendly. Amy does a wonderful job. Many of the staff , particularly a couple young men were very polite and helpful. Wish we had names. Enjoyed the squirt boats and miniature golf and appreciated that it was included in the daily rate. Always glad to return. ��

Had a great time there, pool Is very nice. Elec box showed a problem when I plugged in, owner came and corrected it and all was fine after that. Booked to come back in Sept. Thanks

We love camping at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA! The amenities are the best we have experienced. The facility is well kept and the staff is super friendly. We look forward to returning again soon.

Great camping experience. Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Fun for us and the grandkids. The owners Vicky a d Gary are wonderful . Will recommend this Campgrounds to family and friends!

The amenities and the campground itself were wonderful. In fact, they are comparable to Disney's Fort Wilderness - a HUGE complement, as I am a Disney fanatic. However, the staff - from the front desk, to the Kafe, to the maintenance staff - were not friendly or welcoming. We felt that we were a bother rather than a welcomed guest.

Your KOA is a wonderful place that was very clean and well taken care of. It was a great time away. I was a little disappointed that we had to wait until our check in time even thought no one was using the camp site we were staying on but that might have been in light of COVID-19 as we have be able to check in early at all campground we have ever stayed at. Thanks for maintaining a great place!

The Shelby KOA is always a great stay. The owners, Garry and Vicki, set the expectation and example. It is ran well and all that workers there are friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Second year coming and already booked for next year. Even got 4 other families to book. Only two suggestions would have the chocolate slip slide wasn’t as good this year as last year. Barely any chocolate or water. The front piece was bunched up causing kids to trip. I had to go over and fix it. Think only two bottles of wine is good for dinner. Give more people chance w

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
