We enjoyed 5 great days there, just relaxing with friends and enjoying the park. My only complaint would be to heat the pool, as advertised.!!

We LOVE this campground. It's beautiful with large roomy sites, an exceptionally nice staff and wonderful owners. Best place we have ever camped so far.

We have been going here for over fifteen years. We also have been to many KOA’s across the country and this one is one of the best without a doubt. Clean, large sites, great people. If you want to get away to camp and just relax….go here.

Camping is a family event and I understand the fact that you are considered a "resort" however I think it is still disappointing that your site only includes 2 adults. I also think it is disappointing that you are now charging $4 for an additional vehicle and 2 vehicles passes do not come with your site reservation. A vehicle that can fit easily at your site and not occupy your extra lot.

Have not met a nicer staff or workers at other campgrounds. Everyone has been a super help and so polite. Enjoy each time we stay. A well organized facility. Thx!

We stayed Sunday to Wednesday so we understand that all amenities may not be available. We checked in and Melissa was very friendly if we needed anything let her know and they will give us access to the amenity. Also her coworker Brian was awesome. The stay was great.

Great site 88B wonderful people working there. The campground is very remote so no Antenna TV service but that was ok we were there to rest. We will be back next year.

This is the second time coming here and we always have a great time. The staff is friendly, the amenities for the kids is great, and the bathrooms and the campground is well maintained!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Mansfield Shelby KOA. The deluxe patio site was beautiful and the store restaurant was thr nicest we have been to. We will definitely be back.

The best KOA and the best campground I have ever been in my life!! Very friendly, very clean very nice and the prices even in the camp store is very reasonable! Lots of activities to do for every age. Highly recommended!

We had a fun stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful whenever we needed it. Sites were clean and the amenities were fun. Only complaint was the cafe, it took an hour to get our food and the girls working there were not very friendly or professional. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and have already booked our next stay here!

Had a fabulous weekend stay with two grandsons, ages 9 & 6!! They had a blast! Enjoyed time in the swimming pool, jumping on the big yellow pad, playing mini golf, mining for gems, eating ice cream, riding pedal bikes, magnet fishing in the pond, and making s'mores around the campfire! Staff has mastered excellent customer service~so happy and helpful! Will return every summer-new tradition!!

We had a very fun time and will be back for sure. We ate dinner Friday night & breakfast on Sunday, at their café, I think that is where this KOA could improve! They have a great Menu, the food sounds looks amazing in the photos, but they have a young staff that lacks the training running/working the café and that is there they fall short. I dont blame the girls, i blame the lack of training :(

Always clean, always pleasant, always relaxing! We try to go here once a month as a get-a-way from daily stresses and it fits the bill. Will be returning next month for Monster weekend! Yay!

We have stayed here 5 times this summer. This is without a doubt the best camp site we've been to all year. The campgrounds and staff are without a doubt the best we've encountered.

We had a wonderful time. The staff and owners are great people. There are a few things that could be updated or improved but over all the campground is beautiful. My wife and I are from the area and didn't even know that the campground existed. We are very glad we know it does now. Thank you,

Excellent site and amenities! Only two issues, but I’m sure you’re aware and working on them: 1) no heat in the swimming pool - VERY cold. Almost too uncomfortable to swim. 2) no hot water in the ladies’ shower. We tested all three of them and couldn’t get warm water. Ended up showering in the camper.

Had scheduled a 4day stay but only Stayed one night, mosquitos everywhere, seems that they do not spray. Internet was down. Ask manager too if i can move spot, but was told that “systems were down in all koa’s and could not help”; however, I was able to call another Koa near by and booked the rest of our days with them. Manager did not even tried to accommodate us. Never coming back. VIP m

The campgrounds/facility was just beautiful and well maintained. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. My only reservation about the campground is the nightly cost of staying. Quite expensive which I knew when we made reservations. After evaluating other local facilities we'll probably stay else where.

Wow, what a great campground! Only downside is we only were able to stay one night. You can tell the owners and staff take a lot of pride in the resort and the attention to detail shows. So many included activities, the best mini golf course I have seen at a KOA and our site was fantastic!

This is our 2nd time here (1st visit we camped with friends and this time in our own camper!) and we LOVE it here!!! We have already booked same weekend for next year and will make it yearly!

If you are looking for a great campground you need to try the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Lots of great activities to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. The staff is awesome and very involved with everything that happens there. You won't be disappointed.
