Very friendly staff, close enough to ride bike trails from the campground to a beautiful nature preserve that we could ride our bikes through. One evening I was craving popcorn and was disappointed that they didn’t sell microwave popcorn in their store. Staff to the rescue! They had a popcorn machine that I hadn’t noticed that was empty but they MADE a fresh batch for me! Very much appreciated

This is a great campground, with a great staff. Very conveniently located, and a classy campground. We had not stayed here before, but we would gladly do so again.

Everything was great. We have no complaints at all. Your facility was clean and well organized. It was also convenient from the interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night, but will stay again in the future when traveling in the area.

We came for 7/15-19 and were able to enjoy Hawaiian days there. Our kiddos had a blast from the mini golf, playground, trampoline pads, water balloon wars, and the full events on Saturday hosted by KOA. Wow, will be back and will recommend this park!

This location is half way between us and our kiddos. Sioux Falls/Omaha. We always get the Deluxe Cabin and the kids bring their RV/Campers. We love the crafts, weekend themes (we embraced the Luau theme and decorated our cabin deck), barrel rides, being right by the pool, etc. What a great get-away. We enjoy our twice yearly annual visits with friends and family! Made many new friends!

The site for the tent is too close to the highway, so it’s very noisy to sleep. Maybe they should put the tent sites further in the back

We arrived late and tired. Jules and James were awesome and more than happy to help us find our way to our campsite. The campground is clean and we had great neighbors! We will stay here again!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The WiFi WAS the best we have ever found at an RV park, including other KOA'S.

Clean facilities, having the first site made the road noise from highway loud (although I can’t imagine it was much quieter in the rest of the park. We had a very small pull through site which was fine because we are only 16ft long but probably couldn’t fit anything much larger with vehicle in that site. Communication by park was excellent! Loved the wings & pizza. Hard working and pleasant st

Staff was very friendly made us feel like family. The grounds are excellent and bathroom and showers were very clean. Will definitely recommend it to anyone else.

Loved this place. The trees made you think you were in the forest and not by the freeway. Very well maintained and my dogs loved the green grass. The young lady who came out to assist us was very nice and the man who brought us our wood was kind and helpful.

There were employees out front to greet us when we arrived and they took us directly to our site. Told us after we were all set up to come into office and finish the check in process. The campground was very well maintained. They texted each night to see if we needed firewood, to order pizza they had on site, or anything else they could help us with. Family owned KOA, and it showed.

One of the cleanest, nicest and well kept KOA's that I've been too...but had issues. Since they put their gate up its been nothing but a hassle. Pulled in and you can only fit 3 campers in their drive before you block the road. Then they give you a paper barcode to scan and have access to the gate. Charge guest $5 a head to enter. I could go on but you only give me 400 characters to complain!!!!!!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Regardless of gates we can never eliminate large groups that come at once. Due to this we have staff at the ready to escort immediately. We love visitors but do have a max capacity we can handle. To keep rates lower for others each guest is to register and pay for their use.

We spent two nights here on our way to Rapid City. We have been to a lot of KOA campgrounds and, by far, this one had the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working staff we have met! The sites were long, level and shady. The pool, laundry and grounds were very clean and well maintained. They have a pizza kitchen in the office for take out orders and they have many, fun weekend activities. The camp store was stocked with lots of goodies, necessities and souvenir items. I definitely recommend this KOA!!
