Loved our stay overall! Cabin L3- The queen mattress was awful- worn out and tipped off to the side. And the shower had very poor water pressure.

We stayed in a basic cabin. It was a clean and comfortable cabin. It contained a mini fridge. The down side to the cabin was it was near the highway so the road noise was an issue. The campground had mini golf and clean bathrooms and showers.

What a fun place we stayed at! The team of people welcomed us, our cabin was so clean and adorable! We had never stayed at a KOA before and wow, we just found a gem of a company to have be part of our travels! Also, LOVED the activities our children could do after a long car ride.

This was our first stay, and it was excellent! Clean, safe and so much to do! Thank you for having the ice cream social and other fun weekend activities. The kids loved it all. We will be back!

We had a blast - this is the second year we’ve made this weekend trip to stay in the cabin and enjoy some family time! We have young kids and they love the activities available and the bunk beds in the big cabin!!

Love this place. Perfect for families with the clean pool, fun activities for the kids, and great amenities for either overnight or longer term stays.

Two night stay, one in the deluxe cabin with loft and the second in a smaller cabin. Both furnished with everything we needed. Very clean, and a nice pool and playground. A family retreat that we will return to!

Linens stank like over-perfumed detergent/fabric softener. Should use scent free detergents. Cabin had zero hot water in the evenings. Tons of shade, except for front cabin and front RV spot, making those two spots uncomfortably hot from the sun, even on a cooler day. Playground and jumping area also have zero shade making both unusable for a good part of the day because the equipment is too hot.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

What crazy weather we had 50 degrees to 90 the next day. The weather can be very unpredictable in SD. Many guests prefer the pool during the day then visit the playgrounds when shaded from the trees in the evenings. Linens sanitized between each use with bleach due to virus.

It was great. Hot water heater didn’t work in cabin but they were gracious about it when notified. I would stay here again if passing through.

WE HAD A FANTASTIC STAY. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY, THE RESTROOMS AND OUR TEEPEE WERE CLEAN AS WAS THE ENTIRE PLACE. PLANNING ON COMING AGAIN.

The cabin was dirty. Found dirty clothes and food. Asked for a discount due to it not being clean. They said I would hear from owners. Never did! I won't stay again until they handle the matter!

Found young man and woman who were working on Saturday nite very helpful and customer service oriented!! Had a little scare with a guy who was truck camping, and both workers went out of their way to make me feel safe and offer alternatives (moving cabins, calling if issues). So appreciated them and their attention. This is why I chose KOA cabins instead of hotels for cross country trip.

Our cabin was filthy, and they would not sell us firewood after initially saying someone went to get more. Asked again and they said they were out, but magically brought some to us after we drove for 30 minutes looking for firewood. New bedding was provided for our bedding that was stained, and had bugs on it. After complaining again were told we should have told them we had more complaints prior

This labor day we had an increase of firewood sales due to weather and couldn't restock until Mon. Free wood was found for guests w/o. Bedding was replaced after a sheet was noted to have a dryer burn. Staff would have been happy to remedy all concerns while onsite but wasn't made aware until after

Excellent! Teepee was fun! Pizza and breakfast delivered to site was marvelous ! Pool was clean and warm. Thanks KOA staff. We will be back.

It was run down quite a bit, only about half the toilets worked in the women's restroom, and DIRECTLY on the interstate, was not near a river like the map indicates, not quiet and peaceful at all. The employees were the best thing about the stay. They were amazing themselves.

Thanks for staying 3 nights with us. As requested, you chose K1 to be closest to the front field. While we are located on the interstate, we are away from the river but have a lake a block away. We did have some repairs that came up over your stay, which was fixed once parts arrived.

We spent two nights here on our way to Rapid City. We have been to a lot of KOA campgrounds and, by far, this one had the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working staff we have met! The sites were long, level and shady. The pool, laundry and grounds were very clean and well maintained. They have a pizza kitchen in the office for take out orders and they have many, fun weekend activities. The camp store was stocked with lots of goodies, necessities and souvenir items. I definitely recommend this KOA!!
