Honestly, only stayed for quick overnight on way home from Canada. However, campground is in good location, has nice sites, clean restrooms and friendly staff. Don't know much about the general area around it.

We camped for a week. We would of liked to see more family activities like candy bar bingo or bingo. Things that dont cost the campground or families money but a candy bar to enter. Egg toss, relay games things again that dont cost money but bonds families. Family sundae night for a small fee. Staff was very helpful and friendly and people on gators or similar vehicles could slow down a bit.

Beautiful campground, very clean, only complaint, as is with most campgrounds is longer pool hours. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend this koa.

The hosts are exceptional. Very nice and realize that customer service is what it's all about. We will definitely return.

The campground was excellent for children and the staff was fantastic. Everybody was courteous and helpful and I would definitely stay here again. The scene weekends or something to see!

Absolutely adore owners Jeff & Melanie. Staff is extremely friendly & everyone goes out of their way to assist you. We enjoyed various activies. Our 5 year old literally had the time of her life. We look forward to visiting same week next year. We appreciate all Jeff, Melanie & the staff do.

Created with a friendly hello, and offered more personal assistance than at any park we have stayed at, from bringing us wood or ice when we needed. Great activities all weekend loved hearing the kids laughing. Pool and baths and showers exceptionally clean. Great from start to finish.

Positives: Clean bathrooms/campground, nice pool, friendly staff, trash pickup. Kids loved the jump pad and I loved the new picnic tables. Quick resolution to reservation mix-up. Disappointed by: no longer had mini golf/hot tub (shown on printed map I had), would have preferred traditional playground/structures. Negatives: none. Owners are relatively new and are making lots of improvements.

Thank you for your remarks. We are sorry you had an old map. Unfortunately the mini golf was in bad shape and unsafe so we had no choice but to remove it. The hot tub removal was also a decision we had to make due to several reasons. We are glad you enjoyed what we do have to offer as we do continue to improve the park.

It was okay. The site was a little smaller than I like. We bought wood there and was not happy. The wood had more bark than wood. When I buy wood to burn, I expect to get a bundle of wood. Staff wise, very accommodating.

My husband and I have not camped in over 25 years. My children have never camped. But I'm happy to say that my entire family enjoyed the stay. The cabin was perfect for us, especially on those days that it rained. The entire camp was clean and kid friendly. We most definitely will come back to your campground!!!

Stayed three days mid-week. Nice quiet site. My only complaints would be small size of showers and the fact that there was no means to dry your hands in the men's bathroom for two consecutive days. Overall it was a good experience.

Staff are very nice and this KOA is a great stop over for us to catch up on needed rest/sleep. Camp is nice and quiet.

Melanie & Jeff were the perfect hosts- Very friendly, efficient, thoughtful & just like family- better than family. They were very attentive to our needs as we are Grandparents watching a 2 year old & a 6 month old. Always there if we needed them. Yes, we would go back. The cottage was well stocked and very comfortable.

Nice campground on our trip from Montreal Canada to Bar Harbor Maine. Cool little sluice for the kids to find gems and fossils. Owners were very friendly and park was clean and well kept. Thanks for a great stay!

1 month. Very friendly staff. Quiet and well maintained except for the horseshoe pits.

There is no hot tub and the miniature golf is in poor shape along with the horseshoe pits. And 1 activity is all they had. Personal are very friendly.

Thank you for your survey! The miniature golf is no longer usable and being removed, the horseshoe pits are being replaced with new. We do have activities on Saturdays which is the day we have activities. The hot tub was removed last season, we are sorry for the inconvenience of our old map still being on our site but that has been fixed.

Nice grassy site at the end of a gravel road. The site was large enough to accommodate our 41 foot fifth wheel plus our crew cab truck. It was quiet at night and the other campers were friendly. The campground was clean and though I didn't use them, the bath house and laundry were clean as well. It's a nice, rural campground and I would stay there again.

Great hospitality, quite campground. Huge variety of camping and other items at the campground store. Very helpful upon my departure when I had a problem with my trailer.

I don't feel that the campground was ready for campers with children and that is the main reason for staying there. While I do recommend this campground I would advise them to call and see if playground and pool were ready for use. The main complaint is barking dogs when asking seasonal campers they said complaining falls on deaf ears. I don't have a dog and don't want to listen to a barking one.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have had with our pool not being open as we upgraded our pool as well as our playground as we are upgrading that as well. We do apologize you had an issue with dogs barking, it does happen, but if it was brought to our attention we would have spoken with the owner.

This place is a gem! It's in a beautiful location an easy drive from both Skowhegan and Palmyra. Dan, one of the seasonal workers (and his bird Josephine) was a lot of fun and full of information about things to see in the local area. The campground also has plenty of activities for kids.
