The Staff was very very unfriendly . After staying at over 50 KOA in the United states I am troubled why this KOA is accepted to be a member of such a great chain of camp grounds. The area was run down and all it needed was a new coat of paint and a little TLC.

Mask policy was posted for bathrooms but no one using the bathrooms wore masks. Staff at front desk and escort weren’t very friendly or personable at all... park kept up well inside, needs some trees trimmed for taller RV’s. Would stay again only based on convenience .

Need to trim the tree branches so they aren’t hitting everything on the roof of the motor homes. Out of your control but the people next to us from Louisiana were the rudest and most inconsiderate people I’ve ever parked next to. No regard for anything or anyone. Started packing up at 5.30am with setting off the car alarm followed by there 2 dogs barking while they talked loudly and slammed

Nice campground. We have stayed there twice and no issues at all. Very helpful staff. Nice and shady.

I wish the laundry was open in evening after we go site seeing. One reason we stay at koa and pay the fees is to catch up on laundry.

We stayed 2 nights as a layover from a cross-country trip. This was the nearest KOA to family members living nearby.

Staff very unwelcoming upon arrival. Ladies restroom smelled like urine. Sites very small. Has to drive down commercial alley to get there. Worse KOA we've stayed to date. Do not recommend.

Convenient to St. Louis. A little wet with not enough drainage, but otherwise a good campground.

We had a gorgeous site with a patio and bench table and chairs grill and fire pit we had plenty of grass area it was quite lovely we were a few minutes past 11 having coffee and we were approached and asked when were we leaving that check out was at 11:00 that was the first time that had happened anywhere we were usually gone long before 11:00 but a few minutes late after didn't really matter

People at check-in were rude and unfriendly. Only found 1 friendly employee. Pool area wasn’t cleaned the 4 nights and 3 days we were there. Penalties were numerous. Not what we normally find and expect from a KOA RV park.

It was not in a very good location, car races, railroad tracks, the store was supposed to be open at 9am and it didn't open till 930 , one of the workers said it will be open whenever she decides to get here, very noisy after quiet time

We did not spend much time at the campground, we were out exploring every day, so we did not use any of the facilities. We were not happy about the mud when we exited the camper. There was no way to set up to avoid it. But it was nice with all of the trees for shade. Would consider this campground, if ever in the area again.

Stay was uneventful, difficult to see entering at night from the east not being able to see the signage. Just entering the office through the dark room seemed pretty odd and not very welcoming.

After I hooked up everything on the Rv I looked up and realized there was a tree branch from the tree that was next to me that had broken off and was hanging on another small branch and happened to be right over my Rv, by then I was so tired from the days journey that I didn’t want to move the rig, but the girl at the counter did offer me another site, I took the chance, trees need to be looked

Didn't feel safe as the campground was in a warehouse/storage district. Not ideal for a single traveler. Noise from a racetrack could be heard. The grass needed to be cut and treated as it felt like flees were jumping on you. I could not sit outside my camper. Would not recommend this KOA location and will look for other accommodations while traveling through this area.

Everything was okay except the water was brown. So we ended up having to run out of our own tank with no opportunity to refill either. This meant rationing our water use significantly when we had planned on full hookup. Fortunately, we always fill our own tank for use while on the road. We will likely look for a different campground with full hookup for future visits to St. Louis.

Grounds are much improved. They were not able to fill my propane tank in my RV, so they missed that sale.

The lady at the front desk was beyond unfriendly. The location is in an industrial spot and the campground was totally rundown. On the upside the bathrooms were clean.

The check in person was very rude and had a poor attitude. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her. We are KOA members and normally have a very good experience with KOA's. KOA's are always our first choice when we are traveling. We will never stay at this particular KOA again. Also a lot of tree branches were low and scraping against our RV as we were going to our site.

Quaint, little campground. The young folks there were pleasant. The facilities were clean and the pool was nice. The overall appearance was in kept. Bushes untrained with weeds growing bigger and higher than bushes. Small tree branches laying all around camp sites. Manager’s home was old and unkept. Would only return if no other choice.

When I called for directions, I was told hat they had been e-mailed to me. I said yes, but I lost them. She said just use your GPS. I don't have a GPS. "Every phone has a GPS." Not true! Finally just asked for directions, and she reluctantly tried, verbally fumbled around, finally giving directions which sent me the wrong direction Laundry room is only open from 9 to 5 (five!) , good way

Clean and friendly, easy parking, nice dog park, laundry facilities, easy after hours check-in, adorable rates. Needed a sewer extension hose and a coupler. They had what I needed in the store, and the supplies weren't too expensive. Beautiful, well maintained park. We had a great experience there. 🥰😎

Out of the way Journey. Nothing too fancy. Even tho it's located in an industrial area, you don't even notice. Great if you are visiting the area and need a home base.
