I disappointed that you didn't have enough full hook ups to start with, then the first night the site 13A had a sharp drop off for my toe vehicle. My next stay again no full hook ups and the first site you assigned me was a mud bog while there were several dry sites available. I had to walk up to the office to get some help. The escort could have radioed the office and found me a dry site.

Very friendly staff, clean facility with plenty of activities. Easy to find, easy access, and accommodating to our needs.

Myself, husband and our 11 yr old daughter stayed in the Caboose. It wasn't as fun of an experience as we had hoped. The "twin" loft was similar in size to a baby bed, mattress was very thin, and loft was extremely hot. On the second night of our stay we ending up leaving in the middle of the night because we were uncomfortable. Caboose could use updates and is best for 2 or less guests.

They put us in a spot that had a big hole covered up and yellow tape around the utility hook ups. The electric was not working and we had to be moved. This happened to the others. This spot should not be up for reservations until the repair is complete.

I felt that your campsites were very small. Our site was gravel and not sculpted. Where we had to park the rain water pooled. Also sites weren’t clearly marked & too close. Staff seemed very impersonal

Great, friendly experience. Only thing needing attention is the showers need a scrubbing and hair needs to be removed daily from drains in ladies restroom.

Very clean facilities with great water pressure for showers. The pool was amazing! Sites were spacious and well maintained and the staff was very friendly! Great place to stay with a family!

Nice campground. Helpful staff. Only bad thing is you need more lights around the bath houses. Also they need to be enlarged. 1 commode, 1 urinal, 2 showers in the mens is not enough if everybody is getting ready for the day at the same time. I have been in smaller campgrounds that had larger bath houses.

It’s a great campground but I’ll say what I say about everywhere else. Please stop putting sites right next to bathrooms and shower houses. Everything else was great.

It's a nice quiet place. Only issue I saw was the concrete pad around the pool needs alot of work. In some spots it's like walking on sharp stones because its breaking up. It would be better if it were taken out and redone instead of patching it.

We are KOA members, we stay at these places 8 months out of the year. Took the grandkids camping for the first time, and after enjoying our day and the fire quite late, we were all jolted out of bed at 7:30am by heavy machinery about 30 feet away, apparently they are upgrading and didn't bother to give us a heads up. Office was unapologetic, and we had to deal with very cranky small kids.

Fire pits or grills were not cleaned. Lower restrooms nice but upper restrooms could be cleaner. Arrived 2-days early and told I could not stay in my reserved spot that I had reserved for a week stay. No one used my reserved spot for the 2 days. Had to move after 2 days.:( Wind storm one day and lots of tree debris. None were cleaned up. Lots of road noise.

We had to find somewhere to stay at the last minute due to power outages and no water at Jellystone. I called and got a fantastic person to help me and a wonderful Deluxe cabin that was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. 2 young men came to help us get the propane fire pit started and were also very friendly. Great place to stay!

Our site experienced poor electrical service. Voltage at site was below 106 for most our stay. Dipping several time as low as 86 volts. This happen both during the heat of the day & night (3am). Told office staff about power concern. We were offer another site but it also had power levels below 110. Office staff told us there was nothing they could do. Maint. Staff attempted a fix but didn't work.

The campsites had dog feces everywhere. Not just our site, all over the grass. There was a cigarette carton in our fire pit, and used cigarette butts all over ground. The sites next to ours had trash in fire pits too. Burning trash is gross and incredibly dangerous. The pool felt dirty. Overall, just high-school kids working here. Absolutely no pride of ownership. Disappointed.

Nice place, clean. We just stayed over night while traveling with camper. Great location for that. My site was occupied but they gave me a better one. We didn’t arrive until 9:30pm. We also bought fire wood from office. It was green. Trouble getting it started even with fire starters and paper. Overall

Reservation was incorrect regarding what type of RV we had. Site was only electric/water. Asked for 50 amp but only 30 was available which we can do however every time the air conditioning came on our surge protector tripped off forlow voltage.To their credit they did replace the socket and we were able to run one thing at a time. Lesson learned if you have any doubt about the electric check first

Customer service was excellent (reservation was ready; readily at hand - in and out in less then 1 minute) and the cabin is exactly what we expected - clean and ready for us to make the bed!

I have stayed at this KOA 4 times in the past. Usually great stays. This time I had several things I was unhappy about. Our cabin was unclean when we arrived, the trash wasn’t even emptied. The bounce house wasn’t working, the movie projector was broke so my kids couldn’t watch a movie at night. Very unhappy with the activities. My smoke alarm kept going off… very unhappy with our stay.

Super nice staff. Clean grounds and plenty to do for the kids. Also, six flags is across the street so that is super nice for and extended stay.
