Due to weather and overnight freezing conditions, the dump station was closed. Had to jockey 37 foot class A into a tight campsite to dump.

We had such a great time, it was so nice to get away from work and home life for a bit especially right after the holidays :) Our cabin was SO clean & stocked and the staff could not possibly have been more helpful, especially the guy that came out on 2 occasions to replace the propane tank for us. We can't wait to do it again, possibly in the DC that allows our pups :) THANK YOU ALL !!!

Very good campground. Website needs an update. Check in and out times aren’t accurate, advertised site amenities aren’t accurate; and it even lists “six flags over mid America” as a local attraction; the name for that park changed to “Six Flags St. Louis” almost 30 years ago. A small thing but indicates a lack of motivation to keep things up to date. So call ahead! Overall,

Perfect overnight spot for us as we changed our travel plans and made reservations the same day.Everything went quite well from late checkin to a very clean bath house for our very early departure to return to Ohio.

Had a rustic cabin, only complaint was that they were heated with only two small 1500w space heaters. Thirty degrees outside, the highest the cabin got throughout our stay was 59.

Initially, the cleanliness was not to standard and the toilet was leaking. Within 5 minutes of expressing our concerns, the issues were addressed and corrected. We were comfortable during our week stay and would definitely stay again.

The best element of any stay I believe is the employee interface. At this KOA that interface was welcoming and always focused on the guests needs. I highly recommend this KOA.

Stayed in Kabin3. Very clean and cozy. The stand up heater did not work well. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The grounds were very neat and cleaned. The store was well stocked. Staff very friendly. The bathrooms and showers also very clean, much appreciated for that.

No issues. Everything went smooth. KOA Elk city is the best we've stayed at so far. (Very nice dinner, great food and ice cold beer)

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We were supplied everything we needed. Outside deck and grill were great. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is to have a second remote control as there are two tv's.

Everything was clean and the park is beautiful. I didn’t mind the noise of the trains… I think that comes down to personal preference. The laundry room was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The park was very picturesque and we would happily stay here again.

Kelsey was very nice, there is road noise, like most koa's, but it was manageable. Trains go by as well but not all night. It was ready on off the highway always a plus.

Like the location. Camping cabin was full of dog hair and left over food like it hasn't been swept.(have pic for proff). Upgrade your space heater. We have stayed at probably close to 25 of your cabins and this was the only I have complained about.

The K2 cabin was simple and clean. A nice step above tent camping. I was in town visiting a friend for the day and it was an inexpensive way to stay the night and not have to drive back to Springfield till the next morning. The space heater was nice and kept me from having to bust out my lower-rated sleeping bag. The staff I interacted with were both very cordial. I'll be back sometime.

Just an overnight stay for us this time but we would like to come back and stay longer. Plenty of room for our 45 foot with F-150 tow.
