Convenient location, cabin was nicer than other KOAs where we have stayed. Bathrooms could use to be cleaner.

Feedback sent to the email address bounced, suggesting new management. Grounds, dog park, hot water and proximity to Memphis were great, but no one turned off text messages or removed ads about bbq restaurant closed for the season. Bath house plumbing needs maintenance, toilets run, shower heads drip and shower drain is slow. Dump station water was off. Won't take much to get back to 5 stars.

We had a nice restful stopover at this KOA. It was Halloween weekend and so the place was really hopping with a lot of families enjoying all the opportunities even with the pool closed.

I’ve stayed at this KOA several times. I’ve never been disappointed. Friendly staff, nice facilities, good wi-fi. Seasonal activities. Open year round. Close to many local area attractions.

Friendly staff easy check in check out. Bounce pad m fun for kids. No key in cabin but was replaced quickly. No inner security locks on door. No knob on fire pit but used butter knife. Hard to turn on. Free pumpkins were nice. A roach came out of the TV and got away before I could kill it. Worker came and sprayed around TV..No oven was odd

2 guys in a golf cart to take us & our neighbors to our site, never got out of the cart, never directed anyone just drove thru the site & sit & waited at the end of the drive thru to watch the RV/Campers pull forward, I watched them sit in their cart while a older woman had to get out of the RV and move the picnic table by herself so they didn't hit it, showerhouse set to temp 57, too cold

I originally had a reservation with a KOA in Springfield, but after driving more than 10 hours I knew I couldn't make it. I was able to rent a space from the above mentioned location and I couldn't have been happier. They were so pleasant and accommodating. A young gentleman even took me to my campsite and delivered my wood I had purchased for me.

Great site about 30 miles from St. Louis and right across the highway from Six Flags. This KOA has great sites, some with patio furniture and fire pits. The staff was super friendly and professional.

This is a very nice stop during our trips out east. Only about a 4 or 5 hour drive from our home so we usually stay one night going out and again on our way back. Once I retire next year our plan is to come stay "awhile" and see St Louis and spend a little more relaxing time at the campground. The folks in the office are always super friendly and willing to help.

We loved the campground and the Cabin we stayed in, But the Bed was hard. Me being 58 years old. Well let’s just say Lol. I did not have a good night sleep. The bed needed a air mattress on top the mattress that was on the bed . This was my first experience with the KOA campground and yes I would like too return at a different date and try again The place is clean and the people friendly.

The site was a little unlevel, our front tires were up off the ground. Other than that everything was great. The a activities for our 8 yr old were really fun and the trick or treating topped off a great weekend.

Super nice staff. Clean grounds and plenty to do for the kids. Also, six flags is across the street so that is super nice for and extended stay.
