Please please bring back Bingo and Ice Cream Social. You can do both outside under the pavilion like you did a while back. We had more fun under the pavilion anyway and if you’re worried about Covid, that’s the answer. I would have given top rating if these things were still a part of your KOA�

We came up for a weekend with family. We got in late and our cabin was cooled off for us. They assisted us with storing a utility trailer we had with us. The facilities where very clean and well maintained. I would rather stay here than a near by hotel!

This campground is just beautiful! My grandson and I had a great 2-day stay. The pool was very inviting and the cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The wifi provided worked very well. The campground was close to Six Flags, which we did not visit, and also to stores and restaurants, but it seemed far away when you were at the campground. Family oriented, staff was helpful - a great stay!

Everything seems fine there public restrooms clean the cabin we rented was not there were cobwebs inside and some snacks up under the bed left from the previous people that stayed there I would also be nice if there was a small refrigerator in the cabin but we had a cooler

The staff were very polite. The restrooms/showers were clean. Pool was available and other guest look like they were having fun, but I did not use it. I walked the grounds and it was cleaned and well kept. However, the cabin I was in could use a good clean under the bed as it was dusty and the mattress could be changed out for a new one. I would recommend this KOA, as I enjoyed my time.

We stayed in the delux cabin, and we were instantly impressed how clean it was. The grill ran out of propane in the evening, and someone came right away to replace the tank. Knowledgeable and friendly staff all around. We will definitely be staying here again! Judy

I would have liked cleaner showers and bathrooms, that is what we like in general about KOA’s. It also would have been nice to have a snack bar with food such as pretzels, nachos or even popcorn available to purchase.

Our family LOVED staying in the caboose! The atmosphere of the caboose is perfect if you have a train lover! The bed linens were clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the bathroom towels were thick and fluffy. The kids really enjoyed the pool and bounce pillow. Some of the furniture in the caboose is a little scuffed, and the bathroom/shower area of the caboose could definitely use an update.

The jumping pillow wasn’t available all weekend. Prices for bike rentals online didn’t match what was posted locally. Playground was pretty run down. The cabins “overlooking Fox Creek” backed to a bunch of unmaintained overgrowth littered with trash. We had a great time but for the price expected a cleaner and nicer place. Not having creek access is a big missed opportunity for this place.

It was just perfect . Everything was clean, tidy, and quiet. There is also great internet and was able to work right at my cabin.

All amenities were not available. Staff were friendly but the space we rented was very dated. Holes in the bath walls, the bathroom showed signs of history of flooding with mold, the towel ring was hanging loose from the wall, and the air conditioning unit was held together with masking tape. A window curtain was missing and the light fixtures were full of dead bugs. Not worth $150/ night. Sorry.

Our family LOVED this KOA! We got a great deal on the BOGO camping cabin and couldn’t pass it up! The A/C in the cabin was so cool, the TV was nice to relax with at the end of the day. The pool was so clean and fun for the kids! The employees were all very friendly. The bathrooms/showers were great. We can’t wait to return again!

My daughter and I go on a annual mother/daughter camping trip. KOA is always the best! The staff is always friendly and helpful! 5 days certainly wasn't long enough. And a huge thank you to Jenna for finding my phone after we left and for putting it aside until we could get back to pick it up. We love KOA and can't wait to camp again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The grounds are well kept and the staff is always helpful and friendly. My greatest disappointment is that that he bathrooms were never cleaned during the 5 days that we were there. The last day there was only one bathroom stall with toilet paper in it. Otherwise, our stay was very good.

It was a nice cabin. I wish it had been a little cleaner but overall it was a great spot to stay. We couldn’t get the deck fire pit to light but having the grill and dishwasher was amazing. Our kids had a great time in the pool and riding in the barrel train.

Second year for 10 day stay in Deluxe Cabin 3. Same problem as last year - ants! Don't leave anything unsealed on counters or cabinets. Cabin not up to our Covid cleanliness standards so bring cleaning products. Internet spotty. On arrival pool very cloudy, and subsequently closed for 4 days to resolve problem - grandkids very disappointed. Overall, still much nicer cabin than competition.

I stayed for 2 nights in a KOA cabin which was very clean and comfortable and very close to the restrooms. The only problem was the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and it was located so high that I could not turn it off. Thus, it was very difficult to sleep the first night. Despite the heat, I got a wonderful staff member to come turn it off,

Fun stay! Showers were a little scary (part of being a busy KOA), but more disappointing than that is tbere was no where to put your shower stuff i.e. a bench or chair, which means we had to put our shower stuff on scary shower/bathroom floor. Staff was friendly and helpful �.

Poor management. Mold in women's showers. Mold, filth and feces in the men's shower/restroom area. Pool too small for the number of campsites. Amenities were not as advertised. We love KOA campgrounds. This one however was a huge disappointment. Would not rent a bike for my 6 year old grandson because he had sandals on, not closed-toe shoes. We counted 10 people a few hours later...sandals! Not ok

My family and I were very happy with our stay. My only complaint would be an alarm of some kind going off repeatedly in the very early morning somewhere in the campground. I don't know how such a thing could be addressed though. Otherwise, everything was great! We stumbled across KOA because Jellystone was full and ended up preferring it. We will be switching to KOA going forward.

Squirmy worm train was my daughter's favorite. We were sad pool was closed during our stay however, we made do with the worm train instead.

We were only able to use the pool 2 of our six day stay. We booked this site because it had a pool and we had our grandkids with us. Is there any compensation in situations like this? The kids were very disappointed.

It was amazing! Very family friendly kampground! Friendly professional staff. Very clean bathroom/shower area. Water was good and hot. Great place to stay for an over night or extended stay.

Your bathrooms were really Disgusting. They really need cleaned. We watched a few spots on the floor and in shower to see if it was cleaned. We was there for 3 days and the spots never got touched.
