Fire pits or grills were not cleaned. Lower restrooms nice but upper restrooms could be cleaner. Arrived 2-days early and told I could not stay in my reserved spot that I had reserved for a week stay. No one used my reserved spot for the 2 days. Had to move after 2 days.:( Wind storm one day and lots of tree debris. None were cleaned up. Lots of road noise.

Our site experienced poor electrical service. Voltage at site was below 106 for most our stay. Dipping several time as low as 86 volts. This happen both during the heat of the day & night (3am). Told office staff about power concern. We were offer another site but it also had power levels below 110. Office staff told us there was nothing they could do. Maint. Staff attempted a fix but didn't work.

The campsites had dog feces everywhere. Not just our site, all over the grass. There was a cigarette carton in our fire pit, and used cigarette butts all over ground. The sites next to ours had trash in fire pits too. Burning trash is gross and incredibly dangerous. The pool felt dirty. Overall, just high-school kids working here. Absolutely no pride of ownership. Disappointed.

Nice place, clean. We just stayed over night while traveling with camper. Great location for that. My site was occupied but they gave me a better one. We didn’t arrive until 9:30pm. We also bought fire wood from office. It was green. Trouble getting it started even with fire starters and paper. Overall

Reservation was incorrect regarding what type of RV we had. Site was only electric/water. Asked for 50 amp but only 30 was available which we can do however every time the air conditioning came on our surge protector tripped off forlow voltage.To their credit they did replace the socket and we were able to run one thing at a time. Lesson learned if you have any doubt about the electric check first

The campsites were very clean. They had activities for the kids. It was a pleasant weekend! Will definitely come back.

I guess it would depend on where your site is located. As in all campgrounds you never know until you arrive. Most KOA campgrounds you get sites they select. Some good and some not so good. No big big complaints as everything worked fine and staff was nice.

Even though I booked well in advance and told reservaqe had a 40 ft motorhome with a tow they put us in a very unlevel spot. I was told that Reservation could not be changed because they were full. I took pictures showing vacancies and smaller rv's in larger and more level spots.

Very nice staff. Nice pool, crowded, but it was a hot day. It was clean and had some fun activities for the kids.

Historic Route 66 Camp was very clean and neat. I took a shower in the Women’s bathroom. Everything was very clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful as were the campers.

Was a one night lay over on trip to Arkansas. Very clean campgrounds and friendly staff. Awesome concrete pad with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Will do it again.

Arrived to office. Girl was very brief and said lot number. Went looking for our lot and could not find it. Went back and got employee to show us to out lot. Hooked up electric and A/C kept shutting down. Saw some guys with truck working nearby. They came over and tested the electric. It again was shutting down. We were told system was 50 years old and low voltage!! Will be fixed for next year!!

Park was okay. Sites are tight and we would not have been able to pull out of our pull through to leave. Lucky for us, the camper in front of us left so we were not forced to back up to leave.

The initial campsite we had backed up to a cemetery and had no room for the kids to play. Not sure why they offer that site but they gladly moved us and was very accommodating. The grounds itself need some TLC. They have a lot of great areas it's just all falling apart. The bounce pillow doesn't bounce much for the kids anymore, the Pavilion needed a good cleaning along with the entire campground

Great KOA, very nice staff and other campers. Horrible water smell, was told water if safe to drink but we didn't take any chances. The campground is in the process of getting the cause of the smell taken care of. Staff believes the 6 flags park near by causing the problems. Very loud fast and busy train track near by that can be easily heard at all hours. Nothing the campground can do though.

Bathrooms were cl an but very dated and the showers would only work for a little while before the pipes started making loud banging noises and you had to turn the water off and then start over. It took FOREVER to take a shower. There needs to be some “curb appeal” updates for sure. The bright lights by the bathroom doors were so full of bugs on the INSIDE it was gross.

Very nice campground with a lot of shade and nice open sites. It was a busy weekend and the bathrooms needed more frequent cleaning but they were acceptable.

Not a bad campground the first site they have is had giant mud holes on either side of the parking spot. So we asked for a different spot and got a site with a high hill on it. I was able to unhook and hook but a inexperienced camper might not be able to.

Sorry for no recommendation. It's just my policy to not recommend anything to anyone. Great place except for the noise pollution from the trains and trucks on the highway.

Very family oriented KOA. Had pizza at their little store. Family movies show on the screen. Very clean and enjoyable. 30 miles south of St Louis

Starting with check in Bailey was extremely helpful and a positive start to my overnight stay. The entire team was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the power and Bailey had maintenance there immediately and we had the problem fixed in minutes. Love the location and the sites were nearly all shaded. Will definitely recommend and hopefully return. Capt Tom

The site assigned to us had accessibility problems with getting in & out, as a big rig towing. Called office & requested the site #35 in front that had better access for exit & the kind staff worked it out for us. There were very few big rig accessible spots & none in the area of #35 long enough that we did not need to disconnect our tow, which was what we were avoiding as we were one night only.

Spot was level and somewhat shaded. Online reservations were easy to make. Bathrooms were dirty

Super nice staff. Clean grounds and plenty to do for the kids. Also, six flags is across the street so that is super nice for and extended stay.
