Called and reserved a specific site and confirmed it, only to arrive and and be given a different site. Still, was nice and quiet stay.

Big fan of the place and the owners but if I could, I'd rate 4.5 stars because the wifi is a bit frustrating. All I wanted to do was read the news of a morning and it tended to be painfully slow and intermittent at times on my laptop. My wife's experience with a chromebook was even worse. Seemed to work well with a smartphone.

We had a wonderful time. Staff were warm and friendly. Very helpful. Our tent site was great. The bathrooms were awesome. Very clean and always smelled fresh. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Everything worked and functioned well. We look forward to staying there again. Most assuredly we will recommend staying here. I am ready to go back now!! Thanks for a great time.

We had a great spot near the Marina, but mostly away from people as I had requested. Tho it was not busy at the campground. The staff was always friendly and the grounds were clean. I would stay here again. Thank you.

With an emphasis on boating and fishing, I hoped for a wider variety of boating supplies in the store,, but it is understandable since the season is nearly over.

We had been here before and enjoyed it. It is clean and green! Very large campsites. Clean and warm bathroom and showers. However I could not get any hot water from the left hand shower stall and had to move everything to the right side, hopefully someone has fixed that by now, sorry I didn't stop in to say anything at the time. We were traveling from Seattle to Lewis and Clark Caverns in Idaho.

My stay was as I expected, I've camped there before. Seemed a little noisy, from other campers during late evening hours. Clean restrooms, the stay was very enjoyable, I will be back. Thanks

The deluxe cabin was very nice. It’s a relaxing campground. When we checked we were told the store would be open. The next day we went down for ice and it was closed with no sign. I understand that the air was Smokey but you still have people that need supplies and boaters that need gas. We were extremely disappointed the way this KOA was ran. The nearest open grocery store was almost 45 min awa

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There was a sign on the door stating that we were closed for the day due to the hazardous air quality. There was also a number posted on that sign so the camp hosts could assist if needed. We are sorry for the inconvenience it caused you.

The staff at the Starbuck KOA was very friendly and accommodating. The store was very limited on what was available and the shelves were pretty empty. The shower area has a bit of a smell when you approach it and could use some updating but it was sufficient. Because it was so smoky during our stay we could not enjoy the area as much as we had liked. Campground was very clean.

Wally guided me back into my spot and it was on my blind side wally just told me to follow his direction and I did and was able to get in spot very easy

The campground is fine. The view is gorgeous and there are places to fish from the campground/marina. We drove to the state park just over the bridge and spent time there picnicking and swimming. Great for a stopover if you’re going through the area.

Very nice, having been there in over 20 years when my kids was younger. Decided to get them back together and decided to pick this site. We only had one problem, my kids dad was fishing on the deck and some man decided to pick and fight with him. But other then that it was great. We would like to come back next year. That’s Starbuck Lyons Ferry.

Stayed at this campground for one night (Saturday). When arrived to the campground there were several individuals under influence. They approached us and scared our children. Restrooms and showers had strong urine smell. Campground didn't look anything like the picture on the website. We'll never stay there again or recommended to family or friends.

Very nice KOA with a marina on the Snake River. All the facilities were nice, although the pet area could use a little work - but that's being picky. Our second stay there and we enjoyed it as much as the first time.

All well. Nice dock. The workers that I saw weed whacking etc were very nice and I gave them a few Otter Pops. They LOVED THEM since it was nearly 100 degrees out. Thanks again!

Our site was dirty with cigarette butts, q tips, used band aids, etc. Some campers were noisy and disrespectful late at night. I know you can't control the type of people who come, but one group came in and set up their tent with a lot of noise at 11PM and left the next morning. We suspect they came in without paying since the office was closed.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Booking our stay was easy. I wish that we had known what site we were on prior to arrival and getting a map so we could "see" ahead of time where we'd be and what it would look like. There was a tree in the way of our awning and the smell from the sewer hookups below was wafting up to where we were the entire stay. We were on the river most of the time though.

Price is perfect. Store and other facilities are OK. Sites are decent-sized, but can be tough to get into. We’ll-maintained. Great location to explore surrounding area.
