it should be stated that the wind blows all the time. so it real hard to do anything outside, you can not use your awning, your slide awnings are trying to be ripped off.

We always enjoy the views. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. Grounds are neat and the restrooms are clean.

Upon signing in, the security worker was asked if he would like to show us the site and he declined. We were placed directly adjacent to another camper when the entire section was unoccupied. Inadvertently, we slightly impinged on the site next to us. The next day we were advised that we had occupied two sites and were assessed an additional $69.95. An honest mistake with no consequence to KOA.

They store and restaurant were short staffed so we were unable to get any food, which was slightly inconvenient because we had planned on eating there for our evening meal. The place is nice enough but not a standout.

The staff was very accommodating with my reservation. Staff was friendly. Sites were nice, had all the hookups. Bathrooms and showers were clean! Good location to go see sites like the Palouse falls, Walla Walla, Waitsburg.

We only stayed one night. It is off season so we didn't use all the facilities. It was clean and tidy. Overall comfortable. The spaces were a little tight and neighbors were very close. Made it a little difficult for getting in and out.

This is the maybe the forth time staying here. We enjoy the high desert area. The hills carved out by the wind and rivers. This is a windy area but calms down towards evening. This time we were camping with my daughter and son-in-law. Went fishing, no luck this time. But, we just like staying here and will be back for sure. Joanne and Walt are very helpful and friendly, staff also.

I was a long term rental here at the Lyons Ferry KOA. I had a great stay and was treated like family by Wally and Joanne who run the campground. I love the restaurant, they're always running specials and adding new items to the menu. It was great to be staying on the snake river where I could fish or boat right outside of my door. I'll definitely be back.

It was a quite rainy weekend in the middle of March. We stayed inside the trailer and played cards and board games while taking in the beautiful view of the river and hillsides.

We were greeted by a very helpful grounds keeper. He helped us with the paperwork and showed us where we could stay. This time of year it was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The facility was well kept and clean. The setting is very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent 3 days and used our site as a base camp to visit Walla Walla, Dayton and the surrounding area. We will be back again.

We only stayed for one night, but we did the same thing last year too and it worked out great. Wonderful campground! Highly recommend!! We are planning to stay a week next year! The staff is fantastic, the facilities are clean and well kept. The prices are great too! Having the marina just makes it all the better!! Excellent!!

I left lyons ferry 17 yrs ago because it had gone bad. I was there every weekend, and for about 4 weeks during the year from 1995 until 2001. The current owners have completely redone, remodeled, re decked and made it what it once was. So refreshing..my wife and my granddaughter had a blast!

We arrived unannounced, and after normal closing hours. The camp hosts assisted us with parking our rvs, showed us the basic amenities and helped us settle in for a very nice night. We left the following morning after spending time just looking around and checking out the area. A most delightful stay. When we return to this area, you can be sure that we will stay with Lyons Ferry KOA Ken Anderson

The facilities seem a bit outdated, but that does not matter to us. The grounds were very clean, everything was well maintained, the management was very friendly and helpful, and the playground was spotless.

Lyons Ferry KOA is a great getaway. Nestled along the Snake River it is a very peaceful and tranquil campground. The owners and staff are all fantastic too - we'll definitely go back to stay again.

Loved the grassy tent sites and location on the river (near Lyons Park and Palouse Falls). Staff was very friendly and restaurant was great! Only suggestion - If possible, add power outlets to some of the tent sites for phone charging and extend wifi. Thank you to the restaurant for offering spots to charge phones and a hang-out for using wifi.
