Sites were great! The staff at the store was fantastic and very helpful! We stayed before they were fully staffed for the season and the water slide was only open if they had enough staffing, they made arrangements when we requested it, kids had so much fun. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and return if we are in the area! Thanks for the great stay!

They know what is needed to keep the guests occupied while at their resort. My 1 is their attention to detail in the grounds being kept up. We came in on a Wednesday and the grass and weeds were already high and were not touched during that week! When you are walking on a path by the store and there is dog poop for 3 days, when we mentioned it to the manage, still there next day!

Had an awesome time. Activites for kids were great, neighbors were great, everything was quiet after midnight. Highly recommend and will stay here again! If anything, the arcade could use some updating, but thats every campground in the country!

+:playground, pool, small beach, rental boats. -: In the evening from 7-10pm the management of this camping decided it was a good idea to have a live rock music concert outside, without any thought that some families have little kids who want to sleep, but can't because the music was so loud. Even despite multiple families suffering and complaining the management refused to do anything about it.

My site could have been mowed before i got there. By the end of my stay the grass was high. Went to the office on Monday to see if my site was available for the following Saturday. I was checking out on Saturday and wanted to extend my stay. Was told that my site was unavailable for Saturday. Asked if the person canceled to let me know. No call and our friends said the site was emptied.

The bathroom lights are on a motion sensor. They kept constantly turning off during all my showers. The roads are pretty rough and the tent sites are not grass, gravel and dirt. I think the other KOA's that I have been to do a better job than here, probably because the young adults were doing it.

Arrived and was greeted with smiles the site was spacious and the grounds were all very well kept and clean. The events were fun and entertaining. Much to do, my husband loves fishing, first campground where he caught a fish. The employees running the store were also so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend, its our second time there and we can't wait to go back again.

The campground is very nice, lots shade and pretty level spots. My only complaint is the name and description of the Campground. This campground is not anywhere Lake Winnipesaukee but about a 30 to 40 min drive. It is not even in the lake region at all. It actually has a very small pond that is not for swimming...disappointed.. great for kids with the water park if that is for U

We enjoyed our first stay very much. Jenna, Larry, and Tyler were very helpful. Only one thing that would have made this stay better would have been some weekday entertainment. Other than that it was great.

Way too many trees and no pull thrus for a 40ft class A.

This KOA Is not suitable for big rigs. Too many low hanging branches that scrap and mar paint on a 40 foot RV. Leveling is an issue and our space was too short. Will not stay there again. If you have a camper or travel trailer, you should be ok.

Our stay was good, the only concern we had was so many parents drinking poolside with young children. Very convenient location for day trips to Winnipesaukee. Enjoyed our stay and will be booking again for September

We were pleasantly surprised with the attentive, very young staff. These young adults had a excellent work ethic and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The service given to all the campers wasabi e normal and was refreshing. Thank you for that.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay with family. The bathrooms were not cleaned one day, I mentioned to staff person and it was then taken care of. I think this campground should have additional free parking available that is not on campsite.

We had a great time, and everything was well cared for. The grounds were great, clean, and well thought out. This is a great location for kids. This property does a nice job of accommodating everyone. We all had a blast!! Not certain if there can be anything done, but we picked up about 8 ticks being on the property.

We had a wonderful time. Our camping cabin was great. Having linens provided made our quick get away that much easier. Can’t wait to come back again.

Beautiful camp ground and amenities. The tent sites are too stony with no grass, which made for a rough couple of nights in our sleeping bags. They need to either add grass pads or get rid of the tent sites altogether.

Incredible hospitality, staff engaging and waving to kids, barrel rides were a big highlight, fun engaging activities for kids, very clean, loved the pool and splash pad. Kids were engaged everyday, not over crowded, family friendly and respectful at quiet hours. Will definitely be back!

For our first camping trip, this site was perfect. Friendly staff, amenities, clean sites, respectful guests. Only con, the pool wasn’t super clean.

My campsite was next to another camper that played loud music and there were about 10 children screaming all day. I love children but the noise level was too much. I asked and there were no other sites to move to. The fire pits did not have a cooking grate. I asked for one the night of arrival, and 3 times the next day. Finally someone said you can buy one. Staff was Unknowledgeable/rude at times.

We didn’t get to do too much exploring, bad weather but from what we did see the park is clean and well kept. All of the staff that we dealt with were courteous, friendly and efficient. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Even though we didn’t have the nicest weather we still made the best of it. The staff did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and at home. None of us wanted to leave! We definitely will be back!

It was a tough weekend weather wise and we were tenting so we had to leave because we have a young child. Before we left we asked if we could take the remainder of money left from leaving and add it to the cost of cabin so that we could stay and were told no. I thought that this is something that could have been done we would have paid the extra. It is still a nice campground overall. Thank you

We rented a cabin the last week of September - so it wasn't too crowded. The place is immaculate & Grace (who works there), is an absolute peach!! Had the best time - never had to worry about being kept up by people partying or anything. Already looking forward to booking again next year!!
