Great campground. Clean. Some spots are better than others. We went mid week so not full which was great. Awesome playground and our daughter loved swimming in the lake and pool. Horse flies were terrible and our only complaint. Staff were helpful and kind.

We went here for the water slide and payed for premium site $135 a night! Water slide was barely open and when we asked about it the lady said we have staffing issues and no one available to watch the slide. While 4 people in office were stuffing envelopes to be mailed. We got a bit upset and the manager did nothing to remedy this situation. Won’t be back!

Water slide was barely open. Manager didn’t handle my complaint well at all. Basically told me sorry. Grounds are not managed overgrown. Dirty pool. Smells like dead rodents all over the campground. Won’t be coming back.

Very sorry that the recreation person left the day we got there they Did the best they could. Did not think glass bottles of beer should have been allowed in pool area. Bathrooms were awesome.

Had a great time at the facility. BUT...was placed on wrong site and person that was supposed to be there was not very happy with us. Also had difficulty with billing of credit cards...some of other people's bill that was with our party was billed on my card....we ironed out the bill between us. Seemed like lots of confusion...maybe your employee that did the check in was new.

From beginning to end it was amazing!! I love the small park feel It makes camping with kids more enjoyable. The playground was great for them. They were they every morning while breakfast was cooking. The pond and boat rentals was a great added feature. The pond was just big enough to have fun but not to big to overwhelming. The pool and slide was so much fun. For us as well as the kids.

We are new to camping. This was the first time out in our new camper. The grounds and the facilities are well maintained. We have reservations again in October and are looking forward to our next visit. Cathy and Ken Young

Beautiful-clean park. Sites are quite large- most with patios. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Our stay was great! The kids in the campground were having a blast, which I love to see! The campground is spotless as are the bathrooms. The staff was helpful and courteous. I was a bit frustrated that we had a sort of difficult to back-in patio site, despite having booked six months ago. We have a 36' camper; tight maneuvering. Perfect once we landed though! No cable either. Great overall!

This is our 2nd time staying here and our first time was great. This stay was definitely a disappointment when compared to our last stay. We had booked for Christmas in June which required us to book an extra day. There were no Christmas decorations or anything really to support the fact that it was supposed to be Christmas. The events were chaotic or did not happen at all.

This being our first KOA experience, we where extremely impressed with the staff, amenities, and overall management of this particular campground! My wife and I along with our pup will be traveling to a few other KOA campgrounds this season that we have reservations for and certainly hope they all live up to the standard we saw or better. Thanks to all!

It was great, very fun with kids. My only complaint is that we'd requested a couple of sites and were assigned a different one across the campground, and the ones that we'd requested sat empty until the last night of our stay.

Very friendly staff, which made us feel like we were family. Facilities very spotless. The campground is very deceiving in the size (much bigger than it appears), because of the layout. It doesn’t feel cramped. Only one thing that I could note needing repair is the hand dryer in ladies bathroom and no paper towels were available. But, hey, isn’t that what pants are for?

Beautiful peaceful campground. Nice amenities. Would love to bring our grandchildren to play in the pool, slide, and splash pad. Lovely pond on site. Great stay.

The KOA is a wonderful manicured place. The sites are level for the most part and easy to get set up in. There is a nice size lake for swimming, small paddle boats, water park, and events happening. The staff is very on top of everything making sure it runs like a machine. Thank you see you next year.

Nice, well maintained campground in a central location. Bath facilities were very clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. I would have liked for the wi-fi to be stronger throughout the campground. Our space, 125, kept cutting out. I understand camping is supposed to be "get away," however, it is essential to download a newspaper, or post favorite pix from a hike.

This campground is located perfectly between the ocean, the mountains and the lakes region. You can do it all within a brief stay!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Strafford KOA. The campground is extremely clean and has great amenities, Our premium campsite was large and perfectly positioned. The staff was very friendly and I can't forget to mention that the little pond has some very big fish!! We will be back!

The campground was very nice and well taken care if. The staff was friendly. Only issue is that we paid for a premium lake view in which we could see the lake off in a distance between many trees. Not worth the extra money. I recommend this campground.

Sites were great! The staff at the store was fantastic and very helpful! We stayed before they were fully staffed for the season and the water slide was only open if they had enough staffing, they made arrangements when we requested it, kids had so much fun. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and return if we are in the area! Thanks for the great stay!

They know what is needed to keep the guests occupied while at their resort. My 1 is their attention to detail in the grounds being kept up. We came in on a Wednesday and the grass and weeds were already high and were not touched during that week! When you are walking on a path by the store and there is dog poop for 3 days, when we mentioned it to the manage, still there next day!

My site could have been mowed before i got there. By the end of my stay the grass was high. Went to the office on Monday to see if my site was available for the following Saturday. I was checking out on Saturday and wanted to extend my stay. Was told that my site was unavailable for Saturday. Asked if the person canceled to let me know. No call and our friends said the site was emptied.

Arrived and was greeted with smiles the site was spacious and the grounds were all very well kept and clean. The events were fun and entertaining. Much to do, my husband loves fishing, first campground where he caught a fish. The employees running the store were also so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend, its our second time there and we can't wait to go back again.

We had an amazing first time experience here while staying in one of their campers. From staff to guests we had the best time ever and cannot wait to return!!

We rented a cabin the last week of September - so it wasn't too crowded. The place is immaculate & Grace (who works there), is an absolute peach!! Had the best time - never had to worry about being kept up by people partying or anything. Already looking forward to booking again next year!!
