Nice sized complex. Met by friendly accommodating staff who I genuinely felt they couldn’t do enough for you. Our site was exactly what was expected and more. Nice touch to find an excellent working BBQ with a full tank of propane. We will be back!

We had been on the road for 6 hours and the Sturgeon Falls KOA made our stay simple and flawless, from guiding us into our site, communicating seamlessly via text and offering meal delivery. It was exactly what we needed!

First check in was amazing using texting! Very seamless and efficient! The staff were all friendly! Campground was clean, organized and welcoming! Thanks again for the Great stay, looking forward to see you next year!

we just finished our season camping at your campground, which we will definitly come back. Very friendly, The young man would stop and say hi on his rounds, The help to back in everyone was amazing. Very clean which to us is important. Clean grounds means pride in the owners. And reasonable prices, We did the appriciation weekend from KOA. Thanks again, R & S Harks, Niagara Falls, On.

Very impressed with the park. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed our pizza which is one of the best we've had! Grounds were well maintained. Would highly recommend this KOA.

first time in a canadian koa & it was very well hosted, even compared the high end koa's that i have been to in the mid to southwest usa. short stay there but the owner gave us plenty of options of sight seeing for the surrounding areas. will definitely return if our trips takes us through there again

We enjoyed our stay. The campground and facilities are all clean and well maintained. All the staff and owners were very friendly and helpful _ especially Jesse.. The park was very full but they managed to accommodate us for two nights on a last minute reservation.

We had an awesome stay! The hospitality was the best I've experienced, we were greeted right away, asked if we needed anything to make our stay better, taken to our site and were assisted with backing in. The site was perfect, Beautiful, clean, and picturesque. The owners and staff make you feel like you are part of the family. 5 isn't a high enough rating, this KOA deserves a 6.

Awesome! Our vehicle broke down the day before leaving and I called Gina to say we may not be able to come. She was very understanding and helpful. Ended up everything was fine and we were able to camp! Had an awesome time. Everybody was so friendly and we had a beautiful site overlooking the marina! Can't wait to go back next season!

Very clean, friendly staff, our litte camper doesn't have a toilet or shower so we were able to use the ones for tenters, nice! Thanks for a great stay, really.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful grounds extremely well groomed . Friendly and helpful staff . Only regret is we could only stay 1 night . We will be back for sute . Nicest KOA we have stayed at in Canada . Thanks to Gina Greg and Jessie . Cheers

This has been a home away from home experience! Our stay was perfect. The owners are so welcoming and friendly and made us part of a real community here. You’re working through a COVID year with such hard work and you are appreciated so much. We will never forget the beauty and community here and recommend all our friends to make this part of their holiday or destination. We will return!

We booked last minute after a really long time on the road and we booked the wrong type of camping site. No matter, the really friendly and helpful staff had us sorted out and upgraded our reservation for no extra charge. It was the last weekend of camping season and the place was busy, but every effort was made to accommodate us. The staff genuinely looked like they loved working there and made us feel special.
