Both my wife and I complained separately about another camper that was making us feel uncomfortable and I even asked to move to another site. There were plenty of site open the whole time we were there that would have been suitable. I was denied.

Sorry you had a camper making you feel uncomfortable; however, I can guarantee you that there where no sites open. We were full.

The campground was very well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location along the river is amazing. One of our favourite KOA campgrounds so far.

Staff is always so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay great. Third year we took grandchildren and they ask to go. We forgot one pillow and they lent us one. Would definitely make it a fourth.

Nous avons aimer notre séjour à votre parc. Les gens du parc étaient très courtois avec un grand sourire. L’inscription se fut rapide avec escorte au site. Si je peut faire une recommandation serait de soulever le tuyau à l eau, car il était trop prêt de l égout. Merci pour un bon séjour.

Great place. Clean, efficient check in. Pleasant staff. The boat ramp was a nice place to let our dog go for a swim, and we took advantage of their dog shower too !

Was dis appointed that washrooms and laundry were not open.which was understandable, but the wifi didn't work at all.

Fun place. Excellent staff. Loved their musical inclination. While I personally am more of a site privacy type with forest around me thus finding our particular site quite cramped we were happy to be there. And as already realized by owners there is a need to redo some site layouts so not to have sanitary dump connections adjacent to neighbours picnic tables.

We stayed there for six nights and enjoyed every one. From the boat tours to the live entertainment on stage and around the fire was definitely a real personal touch by the owners. With the technology of texting to the front office was really accommodating when you need firewood at 8:00 PM or ice for your drinks at 2 in afternoon . Owners were awesome ,definitely will be back . We had a wonderful the owners and all the staff where the most helpful and courteous of any park er have ever stayed. They always came by your site to be sure you where satisfied. I will always recommend the Stugeon Falls KOA to all my friends. We r probably going to book it again next year.

Jessy, Steph and their family/staff were excellent host. We felt very relaxed during our stay, this campground is a hidden treasure. The swim area is well laid out and the water slide permits the child in us to re-emerge. After our 9 day stay it was hard to pack up and return home. Steve H.

The Folks that run this camp are awesome. The owner's Mrs came by and sang Happy Anniversary to us as we sat out on the deck/patio for dinner on our anniversary day August 2nd. For our 40th. Thank you other than the change in weather we still had a great time .

We camped for 10 nights with our toy hauler. Took many beautiful rides through the wilderness on the many secondary highways in the area. Avoid Hwy 539 at Field ON. Terrible road! The rest were great though. As for the park, everything was spotless. The staff and owners went out of their way to make our visit special. Highly recommend this campground ����

We had an amazing family camping trip! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and very clean campground. Very kid and pet friendly. The best KOA we have every stayed at, we will be back!

Overall the campsite is great, it’s a great location - The staff was very friendly and helpful, which makes the environment much more welcoming. The only issue I would say is the spots were very small at the water front, not long enough for a trailer and a vehicle, we were too close to the people beside us and had hardly any room, their septic hook up was right in front of our door - not pleasan

To relax. Staff amazing, clean, great atmosphere. Wish it had more trees. Had to go in hospital and staff managed to extend our stay without making us move. Great job, love your KOA.

Beautiful, clean park. Staff very friendly. Some great sites, ours was small....no room for outdoor games and very close to neighbours. Paved patio and furniture was a bonus.

Loved everything about our stay! We rented one of the Deluxe Tents and would do it all over again...Staff was super friendly and just real down-to-earth - it didn’t feel like we were just guests but more like acquaintances...The bathrooms & showers were clean and the property very well maintained and the other amenities were great! We can’t wait until we can book and stay again! Thank you �

We lucked out making a reservation for thursday night knowing the long weekend was all full. Its Sunday and we are still here! Enjoying . Staff is all exceptional and accommodating!

We came for 2 night there was a young blonde girl that took us to our site every time we saw her she was so pleasant and always smiling also we took a pontoon ride and the two young guys made the ride so much fun I highly recommended people to go have fun and relax

Enjoyed our stay at the campground. Very friendly and helpful staff. Campground is close to town and a major highway making it easy for a stopover on your travels or a enjoyable week relaxing like we did.

We booked last minute after a really long time on the road and we booked the wrong type of camping site. No matter, the really friendly and helpful staff had us sorted out and upgraded our reservation for no extra charge. It was the last weekend of camping season and the place was busy, but every effort was made to accommodate us. The staff genuinely looked like they loved working there and made us feel special.
